The Eye Makeup Remover is an effective eye makeup remover that removes even waterproof mascara without stinging, greasiness, or drying out – it even adds moisture to the eye area. It is fragrance-free but may have a faint scent of roses as it contains Damask Rose, which has a soothing effect on sensitive skin.

Use:
Apply the product directly to the eye area or with a cotton pad and gently massage. Wipe off with a moistened cotton pad.
