-What are you most proud of about yourself?
”That I'm a good listener and that I'm so happy that I managed to get past the shaky teenage years of insecurity to the point where I'm actually (almost every day) content with who I am.”

-What can we women do to lift each other up even more?
”A really difficult question that should come so naturally, really. It should be in everyone's DNA (yes, even the guys) but I think being kind and humble can go a long way.”

”Officially Khaled - "All I Do Is Win" but really, it's Cascada - "Everytime we touch", haha.”

"Oh, my favorite product, a really difficult question because there are so many products I love!🙈 But if I have to choose one, it has to be my all-time favorite from Ida Warg.”

"My female inspiration is my very own mother, Liselott. She is an incredibly brave, strong, inspiring, and intelligent woman! ❤️ If I had to name a more famous inspiration, it would have to be Zara Larsson. She is a real power woman 👊🏼🤩"

-What are you most proud of about yourself?
"Something I am very proud of about myself is that even though it is not often visible on the outside, I am very strong and goal-oriented on the inside. I know what I can do, I know what I want, and I never give up! 💪🧚🏼‍♀️"

-What can we women do to lift each other up even more?
"We women must continue to support, inspire, motivate, and be role models for each other. It is important to make us all feel included and accepted. Something I always strive for and which is actually so simple is to treat others as you want to be treated.🤍 GIRLS RULE!"

"I have to say that LUSH LIFE by Zara Larsson is my power song! The line "Doin' it the way I wanna" in the song describes exactly what POWER means to me! ✨"

"Since 2014 when Lyko bought the salon I worked at in Gothenburg! But specifically in the Beauty Scan team 🤩 with the skin test, I've been working since 2019. I love my job online and our team of strong women who complement each other so well with knowledge, creativity, and laughter! ❤️"

-Favorite product?
"Impossible! 😂 But fragrance-free Bioderma Sensibio H2O Micellar Water 💦 which cleanses gently but effectively while also soothing and moisturizing, will be my choice. It's my fav for removing eye makeup without stinging or irritating and it will always be a part of my routine!"

-Who is your female inspiration?
"Right away, my thoughts go to Lyko Social and all the lovely customers here who inspire me every day! 💖 But especially to our wonderful Aka (whose real name is Anna) who was the one who commented on my very first review many years ago (yes, I remember which product it was 😄). And later she inspired me to create looks with both skincare and makeup!

Aka, you always give encouraging, uplifting, and inspiring words to everyone who visits here, you miss nothing and nothing stops you from trying new things either. You share your own lovely looks and detailed reviews with beautiful pictures and videos, thank you beautiful you! 😘"

"That I AM a skincare therapist and not just work as one, and through the knowledge I have gathered over the years (I recently turned 45!), I can help so many people feel better! 🙏"

"We have to express more of the positive thoughts we have! Saying to each other well done, you're so strong and beautiful! It's so important to lift and encourage but also help those we meet in real life but also online like here on Social and in my job team, Beauty Scan. I think we're really good at it so let's keep choosing joy! 💕"

"Hi everyone! My name is Putri and I have been working for LYKO 2,5 years now.

This is my favourite everyday-look in which I feel most comfortable with. I already had my base of skincare, foundation and concealer on. And even though I LOVE a full glam look, I also love simplicity when I am home, go to the office or another activity. And isn’t everybody just beautiful already? Skincare is beauty too, right? 💜

And oh, I can’t really choose what my fave make up item is. I guess a smile is the best! But hm, really, probably lipstick OR my holy browgel 🤎. Isn’t that last one just the best invention?!

While I love being creative with makeup, Matilda Djerf and Hailey Bieber really inspire me to use very minimal makeup and wear comfi yet cool clothes. I love the easy on the go style/vibe. Just a little bit of makeup can do so much already! They look so sophisticated, simple and yet so elegant 🤎💪🏽.

I am proud of my easy view on changing haircuts! I got that from my grandma, just try it out and rock it no matter what. It’ll grow back you know 🦋.

What can we do to uplift each other (even) more? Give compliments! It really makes my day to get, but also to give a compliment to someone I do and don’t know. The smiles are the best part really!

"From the Lyko brand, it would be Sweet Iris hand cream - I am having a lot of trouble with dry hands during wintertime, and this one saved me this year. Recently I also have discovered cranberry lip oil from essence - also available in our store."

"Janis Joplin - this woman went through a lot in her life. Her music moves me on so many, many levels. She was so strong, yet emotional and passionate woman."

"That I started being more laid-back about what people thought about me and started doing things that make me happy."

"We, as women, should celebrate and embrace femininity of any kind. To understand that womanhood can mean a different thing for each and every one of us. Be kind to each other."

"Of course, I would like to mention many of the women who are or have been close to me and inspire me every day, but to give you a name, Ebba von Sydow. I think she honestly shows how to combine career, entrepreneurship, and family life or how sometimes it just doesn't work out! ❤️"

"It's hard not to answer that I've given birth to my two children 😍 But also that I dare to show my emotions, both when I'm sad and happy! Today, I see it as a strength, and I'm proud of it 💪🏻"

-What can we as women do to lift each other up even more?
"I think we're getting better and better at lifting and celebrating each other! But that's just it, we have to dare to celebrate, dare to say when we think someone is good, see that together we help each other move forward. It's not an individual competition!"

"WORK BITCH by Britney, when I need a real pep talk from myself, this song works really well 🙌 The idea that if you want something, you have to work for it, whether it's relationships, jobs, or anything else!"
