Fresh, Fragrant Hair!
As a #Lykoinflutester, I have been tasked with testing Why Dry - Hydration Shampoo & Conditioner. A fantastic duo! Huge thanks to Lyko for really nice products 🥰 My hair type: Thin, fine Scandinavian blonde hair. Dry, frizzy & needs moisture 🛁 I like Lyko's own products. I think you get affordable products. This duo also works great on my hair. Simple, stylish bottles, which I like. Both products smell wonderful 😍 I have been using the Shampoo & Conditioner for about 2 weeks. I am incredibly satisfied. I massage the shampoo in & rinse out. Lathers, foams wonderfully. I always shampoo my hair 2 times. Easy & pleasant to use. Gives soft & strong hair. My hair feels clean & fresh for a long time. Not better than store shampoo
As a Lyko Influtester, I have tested Lyko's 'why dry' shampoo and conditioner. My hair is Nordic, dry, thin, and damaged at the ends. My hair needs both moisture and nourishment. The size of the bottle is nice, but it should be more for the money. I would rather buy a regular store shampoo, as they cost less and do about the same for my hair. I don't think the smell of the shampoo was that great, it reminds me a bit of laundry detergent. It lathers okay, but feels somewhat dry and heavy in my hair until I get it dried. I get medium soft hair afterwards, as in combination with the conditioner from the same series. All in all, a perfectly fine shampoo, but I won't be buying it again myself. I would rate it a bit higher if the smell was better and the price lower. #LYKOINFLUTESTER #LYKO

Cleansing but also detangling
As a #LYKOINFLUTESTER, I’ve had the chance to test the shampoo and conditioner from #LYKO’s hydrating series! I’ve been using the shampoo with every wash for about a month now and I must say that I really like it. My hair is long, curly (about 2C/3A), with medium thickness and last but not least, also bleached! So moisture is always welcome in my dry, slightly damaged, and sometimes frizzy hair. The first thing I like is the scent - a bit herbal and super fresh. I also like that it lingers a bit in the hair after washing, but I wish it lasted longer. I think the shampoo lathers well on the first wash but even better when I go in a second time (which I always do). The lather spreads easily along the scalp and lengths but doesn’t leave the hair dry at all. It’s actually very detangling and softening, which I’m quite surprised about. But despite this, the hair still feels light, airy, and very clean when it dries. The hair doesn’t get that super dry feeling that other cheaper shampoos often give, which I was afraid of since it contains sulfates. But I honestly found this shampoo to be more detangling than the conditioner in the same series! A dollop the size of a nickel is about what I use per application, so the bottle lasts quite a while. I would say the price is very good for how the product worked for me. I could buy this again if I ran into issues with my regular shampoo! I give the product 4 out of 5 stars for performing above my expectations! But I wish it were sulfate-free to be more color-preserving. 🧧

#influtesterreview I have tested the shampoo and conditioner from LYKO for 2 weeks every day. ❤️🔥My first impression is that the shampoo has a thin consistency and smells good. The color is white with some glittery gray in it. ❤️🔥Otherwise, the shampoo has a sleek design, with a pleasant light blue color. All the ingredients are nicely listed on the back. ❤️🔥I do as I usually do in the shower, rinsing my hair well with water first. Then I wash my hair with the shampoo superficially, and on the second round, I wash the roots where I rub the shampoo in. This process is painless and doesn't tangle the hair, overall satisfied. ❤️🔥The shampoo is mild and cleanses the hair without drying it out. The hair feels clean and nice everywhere. 💔What this shampoo does not do, however, is remove dandruff. It is, as mentioned, mild and kind, but does not cleanse the scalp well enough as one might wish when having dandruff. 💔Another thing I struggle with my hair is that it quickly becomes greasy. I hoped that this shampoo would help my hair so that I wouldn't have to wash it every single day. But unfortunately, my hair became greasy later in the day, and I had to wash it again. ❤️🔥Overall, this is a kind shampoo you can use daily, especially if you don't have the same problems as me, like dandruff and greasy scalp. #LYKOINFLUTESTER #BYLYKO

Pretty decent shampoo for a nice price
This shampoo does what it’s supposed to – the hair feels clean and fresh after use, and it provides some moisture to dry hair without weighing it down. The consistency is easy to work with, and it lathers well, which means you don’t need to use so much product at once. I think the shampoo has a pretty neutral scent. That said, this is not a shampoo that gives a noticeable wow effect or anything extraordinary. If you struggle with very dry or damaged hair, it might not be nourishing enough. For daily use, it’s a good choice, and at that price, it’s hard to complain. Reminds me of store shampoo
I got to test Lyko's new Hair Duo and was really excited🤗 But like with the other new products from Lyko, I think the products look very "spartan" and can also feel that way, for example, the bottles are short, wide, and hard to squeeze out product.... So a pump would be better instead🤷♀️ My hair is treated, coarse, thick but in good condition nonetheless, and I love all the care that goes deep and nourishes both the scalp and hair😃 I have atopic eczema that quickly flares up with products that strip my scalp of all moisture, etc... But I have been without it for maaaany years now, so I'm crossing my fingers this time too🤞 Starting with the smell..... Not good..... To me, it smells like cheap shampoo..... Simply put.., not ugly, but a very floral scent that I've smelled maaaany times before, and unfortunately, I don't want that kind of smell in my hair🤢 Very runny consistency of the shampoo, so it's easy to get too much out, so I feel this will be used up quickly.... Lathers well, feels good both before and after washing, but nothing to document in a picture that makes it anything different from what they sell in the grocery store.... The hair became soft and felt clean, but it did nothing for my ends. I will not be buying this because of the smell and would have preferred one that was fragrance-free🤌 I like to have a base shampoo and conditioner to switch it up a bit, but these do not replace my existing ones #Lykoinflutester #lyko

Very affordable
As a #lykoinflutester, I had the opportunity to test Lyko's own hair care series Why Dry, this time I got to try the shampoo and conditioner. I also got to test their dry shampoo (NOTE: the dry shampoo comes from the Please De-grease series). There will be separate reviews for each product. I have very thick and long hair that is a bit wavy, the hair is already curled, and therefore needs extra moisture, especially now during the cold/dry season, otherwise it gets tangled right away. My scalp gets oily quite quickly, especially now that I wear a hat when it's cold outside, so I wash my hair 2-3 times a week. This shampoo with nourishing sunflower and fruit extracts is a really good product, especially considering the price. It cleanses the hair thoroughly and leaves it clean and fresh without feeling drying. The scent is also very pleasant and lingers just the right amount in the hair. I also notice that the hair gets a nice shine and feels a bit more elastic after washing, which makes it look healthier. The shampoo lathers nicely and is easy to apply and rinse out. For me, who has a bit drier and damaged hair, it feels like an affordable solution for everyday use. Recommended for anyone who wants a simple, pleasantly scented shampoo that delivers good results! I was so lucky to test this shampoo from Lyko, and I must say I am very satisfied with it, considering it is so price-friendly. I didn't really like the scent, it smells very floral and somewhat synthetic. I can't quite define it. The advantage for me is that the scent disappears reasonably quickly and doesn't linger in the hair after washing it. I have long, dry, and colored hair with fine strands, and I felt that this product along with the conditioner in the same series made my hair fresh and soft! I was positively surprised by the result it gave, and I would say it’s better than regular store shampoo. They can make the scalp oily quickly, which I did not experience with these products. However, it could smell better for me, but that’s a matter of taste😊 I can recommend this product, and I would absolutely buy it again, even though I usually use salon products as I care about having healthy and fresh hair☯️ + Price-friendly + Feels like it provides good moisture without weighing down or making the scalp oily. + Nice size + Lasts a long time + Lathers well - The scent wasn't for me, but it disappeared quickly after the shower. - A bit "heavy" to use, as the packaging was a bit hard. #LYKOINFLUTESTER #LYKO

Regular shampoo
As a #influtester, I have now had the opportunity to test Lyko's Why Dry Hydrating Shampoo and Why Dry Hydrating conditioner. My hair is bleached and needs a lot of care / love plus a lot of moisture! I feel like I don't have much to say about this series, it's completely fine, totally okay. It probably suits those who are looking for a completely normal regular shampoo and conditioner. I wouldn't say they go deep or do anything particularly special with the hair. It's normal, like a completely regular store shampoo. Okay scent and consistency. I personally prefer salon brands, they go deeper and care for the hair. Something my hair needs! Redken is my number 1. The bottles were a bit cumbersome to get anything out of as they are quite wide and round. Maybe should switch the top to a pump bottle? This didn't become a favorite of mine, but if you're not picky about hair products, then maybe this series is for you. Okay price on the products. #LYKOINFLUTESTER #LYKO

A good shampoo in a nice and smooth packaging! The most important thing for me with a shampoo is that it lathers properly and that the hair gets clean, and this shampoo has no problem delivering that! I have quite long and thick hair and usually shampoo it 2-3 times to get rid of any products and clean it thoroughly. Especially during rounds 2-3, this shampoo lathers and foams up nicely, which also makes it easier to work it in properly. I have used the shampoo together with the conditioner in the same series, which I perceive is marketed as moisturizing primarily. However, I don’t find my hair particularly dry after dyeing it dark, even though it definitely becomes elastic now during the winter in the dry air, under a hat and against the down jacket. Unfortunately, this duo doesn’t do any wonders against that, so some oil or cream is also required. Otherwise, I rather have problems with my hair getting greasy quickly, and I don’t know how this works for those with a dry scalp. After a wash, the hair feels clean, soft, and shiny, and above all, it smells soooo good and fresh! Smells heavenly!
I have thin, fine Scandinavian hair that is colored and easily becomes static from "wrong" products during the cold season. Unfortunately, this shampoo wasn't right for me - right now. BUT I will still continue to use it because I am completely obsessed with the scent! I usually find washing my hair a necessary evil and mostly just annoying, but I actually look forward to it now. I also think it will work well with my hair when it gets a little warmer. I think my hair stays fresh just as long as with other shampoos, and I wash my hair every other to every third day with dry shampoo in between. I always double wash with shampoo and use about the size of a dime (if anyone remembers what one looks like 😂), and the second time it lathers really well. The very first thing I thought when I got this shampoo home was how GOOD it smells! Like, oh my god 😍 It smells heavenly! I can't do flowers for the life of me, but my guess is that it's a floral scent, like rose + something. Incredibly fresh and not heavy at all. The only thing I wish for is a different packaging. It's quite hard to squeeze product out of it since it's pretty stiff, so I would have really wished for a pump to make dosing easier. All in all, definitely a product I will buy again when it runs out. I just have to use unscented spray conditioner to enjoy the scent and non-static hair 😁 #Lyko #Lykoinflutester
