Good products but poor toiletry bag
The products in the advent calendar are great, but the toiletry bag really brings down the overall impression. The handle comes loose as soon as you try to lift the bag, and it can't even hold the weight of the included products. The bag is large and spacious, but in practice, it's quite unusable. Extremely poor toiletry bag!!!
I was so looking forward to giving this to my husband for Christmas. But when I tried to take the toiletry bag out of the box, it broke 😬. I want my husband to get something whole! After the complaint, I received a code for a 200 kr discount as consolation. I don’t want that, I want a whole and functioning toiletry bag. I think this was absolutely unacceptable. Very disappointed!
First, the handle on the toiletry bag broke when I lifted it out of the box. Worst quality. Then the contents were absolutely terrible! Only small sample products and more or less the same thing in the compartments. Huge disappointment, the contents couldn't possibly have cost more than the calendar did?! Very satisfied with the advent calendar this year. I was smart enough to grab it from under the toiletry bag when I took it out of the box, so I haven't had the problem of the handle breaking like many here are complaining about. So disappointed!
Fourth year in a row that I buy this calendar for my partner. He has been so happy all previous years, but this year's calendar is a huge disappointment. Barely any full-size products, cream for the groin, small testers, two deodorants, 3 hair sprays, masturbation spray, hardly any brands you recognize. The calendar that used to be so luxurious is now a cheap flop. I find it hard to believe that the value of the products even comes close to the price of the calendar. Yet it is more expensive this year. Also, the toiletry bag broke as soon as my partner picked it up. We are so disappointed. There will be no more purchases of Mandatories next year. Embarrassingly bad!
This was pathetic stuff. There was neither anything you need nor anything that comes close to the value being advertised. December 23rd today, and so far I've only received small hotel shower gels, various testers, and generally very little that is useful. I gave this as a Father's Day gift to my husband. I didn't read about the contents very carefully, but the introduction gave the impression that the contents would be products for skin and hair care and similar. Do you think we choked on our morning coffee when we and the kids opened our calendars and my husband got a tube packaging with the text “BONERS MASTURBATION CREAM”? Now it’s December 16th and my husband has become more and more disappointed with the content. Ball wax and masturbate cream feel very boring 😴, he is genuinely interested in skincare and felt that this was very unprofessional and silly! We didn’t expect this.
