    Favorite moisturizer👌

For reference, I have oily skin, especially in the T-zone, and since I test a lot of different skincare products, I don’t often buy the same moisturizer again. But this one I always come back to! 🥰 It’s light on the skin, moisturizes well, and doesn’t get greasy or heavy, which I really appreciate with my skin type.👌 I find it especially nice in the summer when it’s warm and I want something super light on the skin. You also don’t need much product to get good hydration, so even though the tube is 40 ml, it actually lasts a long time. The price also feels very good considering how long it lasts. This is actually my fourth tube, so that probably says a lot about how good it is!😉 I also think it’s perfect when I want to keep my skincare routine simple. It works just as well in the morning as in the evening and never feels like it sits as a thick layer on the skin. Extra plus for being good for sensitive skin, so if you have oily and sensitive skin, I can really recommend trying this if you haven’t already!!😍 #lykoreview #lykomission #lykocreator #lykoinfluenser #larocheposay #fuktkräm #hudkräm #beauty #oljighy #känslighy La Roche-Posay

    Very good cream!

The cream feels light on the skin. It suits my skin well as I am prone to acne and redness. I also have sensitive skin and tolerate it well.

    Excellent

Quite economical, spreads well, lightweight, does not roll under makeup, not greasy, no shine. Dermatologist recommended it for rosacea and it works well. Very small tube and expensive. #lykoreview

    Super good cream

I think this product is very good as both a day and night cream, but it absorbs more into the skin which makes me prefer a richer cream during the day when I’m putting on makeup. But I don’t get any pores or anything like that from this cream!

    Good, basic and reliable.

For oily, sensitive skin, this is a perfect night cream. For dry, sensitive skin (for example during isotretinoin treatment), it’s perfect morning and evening. My skin: Usually oily and sensitive, comedonal acne, rosacea, eczema-prone. Right now I’m on isotretinoin, so my skin is a bit more balanced but still sensitive. It’s a good, basic, and fragrance-free face cream without any fuss. It absorbs quickly and leaves the skin with a slight glow without feeling greasy or sticky. I haven’t noticed any direct soothing effect, but the skin hasn’t reacted to anything either. So maybe it helps keep the skin in check! And right now I’m on isotretinoin, and the skin is becoming more and more sensitive and dry. The only complaint I have is that it’s a small 40 ml bottle, which makes it a relatively expensive product. There are cheaper and just as good face creams where you get more product for less cost (for example CeraVe and Cetaphil). I can’t wholeheartedly recommend this product due to cost versus size. I was curious and bought it, and I like it very much. LRP knows their formulations and the consistency of their creams. But many other brands can do that too for a lower price!

    Cheaper option

I love this face cream but it’s a bit too expensive for me. Is there an alternative with the same ingredients or that is very similar in properties to this one?

Hello Meia! 👋🩷 I can warmly recommend this one 👇 lyko.com/sv/cerave/cerave-facial-moisturizing-lotion-pm It contains three essential ceramides, niacinamide, and hyaluronic acid, which makes it very focused on strengthening the skin barrier and retaining moisture 🫧 All the best!

Does it work for atopic combination skin?

Hi! Is this cream a good option for sensitive combination skin that is also atopic? I've used Clinique Moisture Surge 100 Hours but find it a bit too weak at moisturizing. Is this one too heavy/oily for combination skin? Is there a thinner (fluid) version? I use a cream with niacinamide in the evening and it works for my skin. Grateful for tips and answers!

Hi Katarina 😊 This is a mild, soothing moisturizer for sensitive skin, specially designed to strengthen the skin barrier and reduce irritation, tightness, and redness. It has a slightly richer texture and is better suited if the skin is dry or tends to feel tight. So if you want a somewhat lighter cream, I can recommend this one, which is also developed for sensitive and reactive skin, including atopic-prone skin. It is more restorative than Moisture Surge but still quite light in feel, focused on calming redness, strengthening the skin barrier, and reducing irritation: lyko.com/sv/la-roche-posay/la-roche-posay-toleriane-dermallergo-creme-40-ml Have a nice day! 💌

    Amazing product, frustrating packaging

I don’t normally leave reviews but I feel I have to give feedback to La Roche-Posay here. The product itself is genuinely excellent and easily deserves five stars, but the packaging is far from the same level. If you ever switch to a tube design that actually allows you to use every last bit of the product, the rating would immediately go up to five stars. As it is now, you end up having to squeeze so hard at the end that it becomes uncomfortable, and there is a real risk of losing grip and accidentally poking yourself on the rigid edges of the tube while trying to get the remaining product out, sometimes even breaking the skin. There are far more flexible and better tube solutions available, which makes this choice hard to understand. This applies to both Toleriane Sensitive Cream and the Riche variant. You can remove the plastic cap to get slightly easier access to the remaining product, but in practice it is such a hassle that I usually end up throwing it away earlier than I should. That said, the formula itself is very good. The Sensitive Cream works well for everyday use, especially during summer. The Riche version is noticeably thicker and better suited for the winter season. - I rarely write reviews, but in this case I want to give clear feedback to La Roche-Posay. You have created a five-star product in packaging that barely deserves one star. The day you switch to a tube that actually makes it possible to get out all the contents, the rating will also be five stars. As it is now, you shouldn’t have to squeeze so hard that you risk hurting yourself to get the last bit out, especially when you easily lose grip and can accidentally poke yourself on the tube’s hard edges so that it starts to bleed when you try to press out the last bit. There are plenty of soft and more user-friendly tubes on the market, which makes it hard to understand why this hard and impractical solution is used. The problem applies to both Toleriane Sensitive Cream and the Riche version. You can remove the plastic part of the tube to more easily reach the last bit, but to avoid the frustration, I usually end up throwing the product away before it is completely finished. The product itself is excellent though. Sensitive Cream works very well for everyday use, especially during summer. The Riche variant provides extra moisture and is better suited for winter.

    Works on skin with PDO

Always go back to this when PDO breakouts get worse. After a while, I’m tempted to use more active ingredients but it works poorly on my skin, then this is the rescue alongside the cream from the doctor.

    Sensitive Skin

I started using this cream when my skin was extremely sensitive for a while and I had heard so many good things about this brand. The cream is light, moisturizes well, and doesn't irritate my skin, it's just perfect. I also like to use it under my makeup, which gives an incredibly good result. I've bought this cream several times and it always helps when my skin needs something gentler 🙌🏼
