Overnight Serum ✨
After testing this product with care (since it contains active ingredients), I have experienced a more even and glowing skin tone. To be on the safe side, I first tested using it on my neck to see if any irritation would occur. When I found that the serum suited me, I started using it on clean skin and for the first 2 times AFTER a moisturizing face cream. Currently, I use it 3 times a week and apply a moisturizing cream afterward to lock in all the product & moisture. It has proven to be a good product and gets 4/5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ❣️It is important to always use SPF cream in the morning to protect the skin from sun rays and avoid irritation since the cream contains AHA acid. Overnight Smoothing Serum 30 ml
I think the Face Formula Overnight Smoothing Serum is a good product that makes the skin softer and smoother over time. It absorbs nicely into the skin, and I find that the skin looks a bit fresher and more radiant after regular use. You also don’t need a lot of product at once, so the bottle lasts quite a while. At the same time, it’s a product you need to use with some care. Since it contains exfoliating acids, it’s important to use sunscreen during the day after application. That’s not necessarily a problem, but it can be a bit inconvenient for those who often forget to use sunscreen. I’m also not so fond of the dropper. After use, product often collects on it, which can feel a bit messy. The bottle is also made of plastic, which works fine, but it doesn’t feel as luxurious as some other serums in the same price range. The price is probably the biggest downside. 890 kroner is quite a lot for a serum, and there are cheaper alternatives on the market. At the same time, you don’t need many drops per use, so the product lasts a while. Face Formula Overnight Smoothing Serum has a pleasant formula that feels light on the skin and absorbs quickly without leaving any sticky feeling. After using it for a while, I notice that my skin tone has become more even and that my skin looks more balanced. I am satisfied with the product's effect but will probably not buy it again. I have been testing the Face Formula Overnight Smoothing Serum for a few weeks now, and this is without a doubt one of my favorites in my evening routine! 💜 When I first started using the serum, I was a bit surprised that it contained small granules. At first, I thought it would affect the feel on the skin, but they melt away immediately when you work the product in, and now I don’t even think about them. The serum is easy to apply and feels very pleasant on the skin. What I have appreciated the most is how moisturized the skin feels after use. Even though the product contains exfoliating ingredients, I don’t experience the skin becoming dry or tight, but rather soft, plump, and hydrated. After a few weeks of use, I also think the skin tone feels more even and the skin has a nice glow. ✨ I have sensitive skin and was therefore a bit cautious at first, but I have not experienced any irritation or discomfort when using the product as recommended. On the contrary, the skin feels calm and well-being the morning after. The only thing that lowers the rating a bit is the price, which definitely is in the higher price range. At the same time, I think the product delivers such good results that it actually feels like a worthwhile investment. Lovely serum 💙
As a test pilot, I got to try the Overnight Smoothing Serum and two other products from Face Formula. 🌺 The packaging has a very nice color and beautiful design, I think. Sometimes I do have to press the pump several times before I get any product out, and the packaging feels a bit plasticky. But as mentioned; nice color and design on the packaging! The serum itself is rich and feels creamy, light, and pleasant in texture. The serum contains glycolic acid, which is an AHA acid that exfoliates the skin. It also contains tranexamic acid, glycerin, shea butter, floral water, etc. In other words, it’s a serum that both exfoliates and moisturizes the skin! 💦 The serum should be used in the evening. You can get your skin used to it by using it two to three evenings a week at first, then gradually increase usage. 🩵 It’s important to use sunscreen 🧴 the day after using AHA acids! 🏝️ For reference, I have somewhat dry and very sensitive skin. My skin reacted with a few small pimples at first, but they disappeared quickly. I continued to test the serum occasionally and had no further reactions. I have now used it every evening for a week. I used the serum in the evening after cleansing, toner, a gentler serum, and before my night cream. 🥰 A really lovely serum. 😍 Moisturizes wonderfully. The skin feels hydrated and soft but not greasy. I have woken up several times with hydrated skin the morning after use. Usually, my face is drier in the morning! 😍🩵💦 Apart from my skin reacting right at the start, this serum has only felt positive to use. Exfoliating, moisturizing, softening. Gives glow. It’s a lovely cream, a really good serum – which even I with sensitive skin can handle! Really good product, I want to continue using it going forward. Overnight smoothing serum
This serum really feels like a little overnight treatment in a bottle. The packaging is elegant and exclusive with a practical dropper that makes it easy to get the right amount of product. The serum has a silky texture that absorbs quickly without feeling sticky. I apply a few drops to cleansed skin in the evening and then follow up with my night cream. I have very sensitive skin and can react a bit to it, but I still think that when I wake up, my skin feels softer and looks more rested. SKIN TYPE: VERY SENSITIVE
This is a night serum with ingredients meant to work on exfoliation, radiance, and a more even skin tone over time. The texture feels lovely and it melts nicely into the skin instead of sitting like a film, so product-wise it feels very pleasant. However, I have sensitive skin that easily reacts to acids, and for my skin, this one was a bit too strong. It’s not the product itself that’s the problem but my skin reacting to most things at the moment, which is sooo unfortunate… Because it’s often these products that actually have active ingredients that make a difference, and I really wanted to find active products that work for me.. But unfortunately not this one. 🌙✨ Gives glow and silky soft skin overnight! ✨🌙
I became very curious about this serum when I read about the ingredients and what it is supposed to do for the skin. The packaging is sleek and practical, and I really like that it comes with a pump. It makes it easy to get the right amount of product, and 2-3 pumps are enough for the whole face. I have experienced a couple of times that the pump has been a bit slow, but not often enough for it to be a big problem. I have used the serum every other evening during the test period, on the evenings I don’t use retinol. The consistency feels a bit richer than many other serums, but I find that it absorbs surprisingly quickly into the skin without feeling heavy. Already after application, the skin gets a fresh glow, and when I wake up in the morning, the skin feels smooth, soft, and well cared for. ✨ I am in my late 20s and have skin that can easily get occasional breakouts, while also being interested in products that give glow, a more even skin tone, and lots of moisture. I have been especially positively surprised that the serum has not caused more breakouts, despite the active ingredients. On the contrary, the skin has seemed more balanced and fresh throughout the test period. 💗 I especially like the combination of glycolic acid, tranexamic acid, and moisturizing ingredients. The serum provides a mild exfoliating effect that makes the skin smoother and clearer, while also feeling well hydrated. I always use a high SPF during the day, which is extra important when using products with AHA acids. In my routine, I have combined this serum with Face Formula Pink Serum for extra moisture, followed by a good moisturizer. This combination has worked incredibly well for my skin, and I find that my skin both looks and feels healthier than before. ✨ The price is high, but the product seems very economical to use, so I think the bottle will last a long time. Perfection 🩵💦
I got to try three products from #lykotestpilot from #faceformula, and this serum is perfect for my skin! First, a little about me: 🩵 33 years old with freckles 🩵 Dry patches 🩵 Fine lines around the eyes 🩵 Easily dull skin 🩵 Easily sunburned I am hooked! The serum feels incredibly nice on the skin and it makes me wake up with a glow in the morning 🧚🏼♀️. I think you can see after using it that my skin looks more glowing and even, and I have only used the serum for about two weeks, which means the serum gives me what I need 🩵🤍. Since it contains AHA, it’s important to use SPF during the day and start using the product gently, but my skin is used to AHA now, so I’ve actually been using it about 4 nights a week. So it’s a serum that should be applied in the evening and work overnight 🌙. The serum’s consistency is thin and it doesn’t smell like anything special, which I like! Face formula is a favorite brand of mine, so I had very high expectations for this product, and it delivered! I like how it clearly states on the bottle when to use it during the day, like with this one: a moon 🌙, and on some products it’s both sun and moon ☀️🌙, which makes it easier to plan your skincare routine 🫶🏼. I can only give the serum five stars as my skin responded so well to the product. The design is, as usual, sleek, a simple pump and in plastic packaging which makes it easy to take with you when traveling 😘. I understand that the price for 30ml is high, there are other serums on the market that aren’t nearly as expensive, but for me it’s worth buying again, partly because the serum is economical, you don’t need much, and I’m a bit surprised it gave results so quickly, that I see the difference. Overnight Serum ✨️
As a #testpilot, I received the Face Formula Overnight Smoothing Serum to test and evaluate over about a week. Started as recommended: began applying 2-3 times per week and gradually increased. Now I use it every night as part of my routine. This is because the product contains ingredients that the skin needs to get used to and be gradually exposed to. Especially if you have sensitive skin like me. Besides that, my skin is dry, so proper hydration is key. ✨️ Cute little packaging with a pump. However, the pump is not the best. Sometimes you have to press several times before product comes out. But when it works properly, it’s easy to get the right amount. 🫧 Two pumps every night on cleansed skin have been more than enough for my skin. Lovely, slightly thicker/richer cream that is pleasant to massage into the skin. Despite its rich texture, it doesn’t feel sticky. Acts nourishing and gives the skin a beautiful glow. ✨️ In the morning, the skin feels so nice! It’s smooth, soft, and feels more refreshed. No redness or irritation, the serum has a calming effect. 🫧 Since the serum contains AHA acids, I have been careful with SPF during the day as the skin becomes sensitive to sun exposure. This serum is a great product! It really gives radiance, is easy to work into the skin, practically fragrance-free! You wake up with a more even skin tone, glow, and ready for the day 👏 I have started using it 2-3 times a week to get my skin used to it. Use:
Apply 2–3 drops to dry, cleansed skin (avoid the eye area). Gently pat or smooth until the serum is fully absorbed. Preferably use in the evening.
