My hair LOVES this! The hair becomes so shiny and healthy - and it prevents the hair from becoming too dry from the cleansing. If you are someone who washes their hair often, I can HIGHLY recommend this! I use about 5 pumps for my shoulder-length hair, distribute it, and let it sit until I feel that the hair becomes easy to detangle (my fingers literally glide through, such a lovely feeling). Then I continue with washing my hair. I have been using L'Oréal Professionnel Metal DX Pre-Shampoo for about three weeks because I wanted to give my hair extra protection before shampooing and reduce the risk of damage. Pre shampoo
Does this dry out scalp? You see, I’ve tried finding a product that tackles white dry flakes which I suffer from no matter what I do. They are there every time I wash my hair and then after couple of days from washing, my scalp gets oily and itchy. Coconut oil helps a little but doesn’t resolve the problem and it’s too much of a hassle to do an oil treatment before every wash. I feel my scalp is very dry. I’ve used sulfate-free products and vise versa. I’ve tried Living proof dry scalp treatment and several others during many years but the flakes just persist and I also have hair fall a lot in the shower and after on wash days. I feel almost all shampoos dry my hair and scalp. I have used the coco and eve like a virgin hydrating shampoo together with living proof clarifying charcoal wash but the coco and eve tangles and makes my hair full of static (also because of dry air in winter but still). Any suggestions? I have long dark chesnut brown natural hair (=not color-treated), tends to be wavy coarse medium thickness low-porous. I’m white female. Try gentle, hydrating shampoos, lightweight oils or serums on the scalp, and wash less often. Avoid heavy conditioners that tangle your hair. Great, but not necessary
I used up a whole bottle of this earlier this year. This is a pre-shampoo treatment that you put on damp hair before shampoo. The consistency is a light gel and it's supposed to fill up tiny holes in your hair and remove metal buildup. I definitely noticed a difference when using this pre-shampoo treatment versus just the Metal DX shampoo. At times my hair even felt a little "over-conditioned", you know that limp feeling like you haven't fully rinsed out your hair conditioner? It's a very conditioning product, but I think you'll get similar results with just the Metal DX shampoo. So while the pre-shampoo treatment is great, it's not a must-have. The Metal DX shampoo on the other hand is one of those rare products I hope everyone tries! #lykoreview1447 views

How to Use:
