Spa feeling and tightening at home
This one is absolutely great for depuffing, relaxation, and a soothing feeling. HEAT BY SOPHIA LIE - Sculpting tools
I’ve had the chance to get to know three tools from HEAT by Sophia Lie a bit better: Facial Gua Sha, Facial Cryo-Ball, and Ionic Body Brush 🧑🏻🩰🤍 The first thing that caught my attention was actually the whole package. The products are very nice, feel solid, and have a minimalist design that I like. But the interesting part is, of course, whether they are the kind of products you actually keep using once the novelty wears off. Facial Gua Sha A tool for facial massage. The shape makes it easy to work over areas like the jawline, cheeks, and neck. I like the feel of the tool itself and see it mainly as a little moment of massage and relaxation in my skincare routine. Facial Cryo-Ball This one I’m probably most curious about. It’s used cold for facial massage and is meant to give a cooling, refreshing sensation and temporarily help a puffy face feel less swollen. Feels instantly very nice for tired mornings. Ionic Body Brush A body brush for dry brushing. It feels sturdy and fits well in the hand. I like dry brushing as a ritual before showering, so it will be interesting to see how this one feels after regular use. My first impression: ★★★★☆ 4/5 I especially like the quality feel and simplicity. These are nice tools and feel significantly more solid than many similar products I’ve tried. At the same time, I don’t want to judge the results after just a first impression. Especially with this type of product, I think the most important question is: will I actually use them regularly? So 4/5 will be my initial rating. I’ll come back once they’ve had a place in my bathroom for a while and I know which ones have actually become part of my routine. First favorite? The comment was made 2 weeksHi Ann 🥰 This ball needs to be filled with water and frozen, otherwise it will be empty when you take off the top in the morning and massage your face 💗 The whole idea of this part of the routine is to cool down the skin to tighten it, reduce swelling, and shape the face. If you prefer to use something that isn’t ice-cold, I can recommend this Gua Sha which you can use as is or keep in the fridge to keep it cool 🌸 Good luck!2 likes

It was unfortunate to hear that the Cryo-Ball didn’t quite suit you ❤️ If you want to give it another try, it might help to store it in the fridge (not the freezer) before use and apply light pressure when rolling it over the skin.
