Deserves better reviews!
I've seen that this Bronze Glow Priming Moisturizer from Hickap hasn't received such good reviews on Lyko, which I think is a shame because I really like it! I use it under foundation, both lighter and heavier foundation, and I think it gives such a heavenly nice sun-kissed touch to the makeup! It gives glow, is light and moisturizing on the skin, which is perfect for my dry skin type. I definitely think the product lives up to its name ✨ The pictures are from last summer and I only have the Bronze Glow Priming Moisturizer on my skin. I think it looks nice in itself, but I am definitely a bit tanner than in winter, of course. That probably contributes to it laying nicer/smoother. Pretty okay
Nice, but feels almost a little unnecessary. I don't really notice anything when I use this, and besides, it's light so it doesn't make me more sunkissed in the face or anything. Hickap Honey Glow Priming Moisturizer – moisturizing glow with a perfect makeup base
I have tested this product for a few weeks and it has quickly become a favorite in my makeup routine. The texture is light and creamy, absorbs quickly, and feels moisturizing without being sticky. The skin immediately gets a nice glow and feels soft while the product works excellently as a primer under foundation. It evens out the skin tone and makes makeup apply more smoothly and stay fresh longer. After a few weeks of use, I noticed that my skin looked more hydrated, even, and naturally radiant. The biggest advantage is the beautiful glow effect that gives a fresh result without feeling greasy. A minor downside is that the luminous finish can feel a bit shiny if you have very oily skin. It does not contain Alcohol Denat/ethanol in the ingredient list, but it has fatty alcohol like Cetyl Alcohol plus preservatives like phenoxyethanol and color/gloss agents (mica, CI 77491/77499) that some people with sensitive skin may react to.

It also contains a type of alcohol in the form of Cetyl Alcohol, which is a fatty alcohol that is moisturizing and gentle on the skin – not a drying alcohol! All the best! 💛1 likes

Best primer for glow
I use this as a primer or completely alone in the summer when I want glow. Most foundations sit so nicely on top and my otherwise dry skin is barely visible after I apply it. I usually use this product after my skincare routine along with a little blush. No foundation or other coverage. Easy to apply, soft and creamy. Gives a nice glow but my makeup gets patchy and it crumbles. A thin layer reduces the risk of the product "rolling". ⏳ Let it sink in: Give the primer a minute or two to really sink in before applying foundation or other makeup on top. 🖐️ Avoid rubbing: Apply your foundation by dabbing or buffing it in instead of dragging it across the skin – this reduces the risk of disturbing the primer. 🧴 Check compatibility: Sometimes certain foundations (especially silicone-based) may not really work well with moisture primers.
