Pretty okay
I got the Heartfelt balsam spray in Lyko's Easter egg that was released for Easter 2023. So it has taken a while to use it up, which might say something about my opinions on it. A product that does what it’s supposed to but nothing more. My hair is quite thick, a bit highlighted, and dry, and tends to get frizzy. The hair is a bit easier to comb, but I need to use quite a bit of product to get there and get through the frizzier parts. I really like that it has UV protection in it and that it has a mild and nice scent, as well as being organic. It’s okay in every way, but I still don’t find myself completely taken by it and prefer other balsam sprays that work better on my hair, like Lanza’s for example. Sun exposure oxidises the hair's natural proteins and lipids, causing it to lose shine, elasticity, and colour.
