How often can you use this? :) Should you complement it with a moisturizing mask sometimes? Or what do you recommend?275 viewsMaria L.
Customer service at Lyko4 weeksHey! You should use this before every shampooing and finish with conditioner. It's always good to use a mask, so you can complement with this one lyko.com/en/loreal-paris/lor-al-paris-elvital-hyaluron-plump-mask--300-ml Take care! ✨

I did exactly what it said on the packaging, and I lost this much hair during the first use. I don't know what happened really, but I usually don't lose this much hair under normal circumstances. I didn't feel anything special on the lengths afterwards either, so I don't know if I dare to try it again.1406 viewssandrainkila
1 monthStrange response, if it’s the case that my hair isn’t damaged enough, then you should write in the product description that it can cause hair loss if the hair is "too healthy". I mean, how are you supposed to know if the hair is too healthy or not damaged enough for the product?

Great product! I've started using pre-shampoo bond repair products like this or Olaplex No. 3 after cleansing my hair with shampoo for better effect on clean hair. I definitely wouldn't say this is a time-consuming measure to get or maintain healthy hair. If you wash your hair every day, maybe, but otherwise no. I have no problem letting this sit in my hair for 5 minutes. Time to do other things like using body scrub for example.1 likes935 viewsKaty

I normally use biosilk color therapy and my hair is relatively healthy aside from getting highlights. In past I have used olaplex but discontinued because of the price. I was excited to try this range from L’Oréal Elvive since it is supposed to reconstruct the bonds in the hair. I had a horrible reaction. Immediately I noticed my scalp was burning and began to shampoo the pre treatment out. I proceeded with the bond recovery conditioner and leave in serum. My hair turned into a tangled mess, my ends look blown and my scalp burned the rest of the day. 24 hours later and it’s still itchy. This is not what L’Oréal advertises. I recommend to use this with caution.52 viewsEmelie
