A lovely boost for the skin
As #lykoinflutester, I got the chance to try these products from #lumene✨ A little background about my skin: dry, and can easily feel impure and lifeless. I have previously had acne and easily get pimples from "wrong" products. I must start by saying: the scent! 😍 Both the serum and the cream have a lovely scent with a touch of orange. Quite quickly (after a few days of use), I also felt that my skin became more plump and felt both "cleaner" and had more glow, even when I hadn't used the products. However, there is one thing that detracts from the overall experience: the products don't really work together if you use them directly after each other. If I apply the cream too close to the serum, it starts to roll off the skin instead of sinking in, which is annoying especially in the morning when I often have a bit of a time crunch. A brief summary of pros and cons in my opinion: ✅ Makes the skin more plump and glowy ✅ Nice scent ✅ Economical products – especially the cream ✅ Nice gift packaging ✅ Got a few pimples at first, but they went away quickly and then my skin felt clean ❌ Serum + cream react with each other if applied too closely A duo I will probably buy again, even though I found it a bit annoying with the reaction between the products! - Most helpful negativeThe user's roll: Lyko Creator. I have been testing this lovely kit with serum & face cream, rich in vitamin C & antioxidants that give glow to the skin for a few weeks now. I must admit that I am quite picky with my skincare, it is important that new additions fit well with my existing products. And most importantly - they need to add something, I need to see a difference in my skin, otherwise they can't stay. This series is quite rich in fragrance, both products have a strong citrus scent & I think the scent lasts quite a while, so those of you who are sensitive to fragrance should probably think twice about this 🍊 The serum has a very light consistency, a bit runny but still easy to work with and absorbs quickly. Gives a nice glow ✨ The cream is super lovely in consistency, easy to work with and absorbs quickly. However, I find that it gets a bit sticky afterwards. And on me, it "rolls" on the skin. ➖ Unfortunately, I don't get any effect from either of the products, the serum unfortunately doesn't do anything and the cream doesn't sit as it should on my skin. They add nothing for me, so this wasn't my match, unfortunately. ➕ The gift box is really nice, a perfect gift for someone you care about. Plus, it's a great price for two full-size products. This is probably the first time that I, as a Lyko influencer, cannot give a good rating. The Lumene Nordic C Feel Good Glow set sounds promising on paper, but in practice, it became one of the most frustrating product experiences I've had. The first thing that struck me was the perfume – it is extremely strong. Not just "a little scent", but a really intense, almost overwhelming perfume. And the fact that it explicitly states on the packaging to avoid the eye area says a lot. I understand why. The products burn and sting on the skin, and it’s not that "active tingling" that some vitamin C products have, but pure discomfort. The second major problem is how poorly the serum and cream work together. One expects a kit to be formulated so that the products complement each other – that’s the whole point of selling them together. But no. If you use the serum first and then the cream, everything starts to pill. The products flake off on the face and leave the skin with an uneven, gritty surface that looks really unfresh. And I hate pilling; it’s one of the things I absolutely do not tolerate in skincare. It’s a shame because if you overlook the scent and pilling issue, the products actually feel moisturizing and a bit firming in themselves. Therefore, I will use them up, but separately and probably not on my face – rather on my neck and décolletage where the skin is less sensitive and I don’t risk looking like I tried to apply makeup with an eraser. In the end: good feeling of moisture, but formulation, perfume, and user experience unfortunately fall completely short. Luxuriously packed GLOW
An affordable and uplifting duo that works with your GLOW. The scent is fresh and fruity from citrus 🍊 and the price is very good for this type of skincare. The set contains two full-sized products from the Lumene Nordic-C line: a serum + a moisturizer  🍊 The products are enriched with vitamin C and Nordic cloudberries (arctic cloudberry), ingredients known for their antioxidant effect and for providing radiance.  🍊 The moisturizer combines vitamin C with hyaluronic acid and polyglutamic acid — which is supposed to give the skin intense hydration, help even out skin tone, and make the skin softer, plumper, and more “glowy.”  🍊 The formula is vegan, and according to the manufacturer, the packaging is recyclable — so a plus for environmental thinking.  I like to use the serum as a primer under my foundation for that little extra glow that you miss in the winter months. I think vitamin C brightens up most skin types, but you don’t need to spend your entire monthly salary on such a product. Gives a nice glow
My boyfriend has been trying the Lumene Nordic-C Feel Good Glow Gift Set for a month now, as I couldn't use it myself (I don't tolerate skincare with vitamin C very well). My boyfriend has normal skin, with few issues regarding acne, texture, etc. However, he struggles quite a bit with wrinkles on his forehead and lacks some glow in his skin. He usually doesn't use any skincare products, which makes his skin quite tired and dehydrated. The products are supposed to help with texture and unevenness, as well as give the skin more glow. So, there is no mention of improvement of wrinkles, even though products with vitamin C usually do that. My boyfriend has used the products on and off for a month, so not every day. He mentions that the products are comfortable on the skin and feel a bit exclusive. The result is so-so, as it hasn't made a big difference. Still, the products do moisturize the skin more, which automatically gives better hydration and less texture. You can also see that the skin has gotten more life and glow, which is very positive. Overall, it's a nice package of products, as it feels very exclusive and provides good moisture to the skin. Whether it has an effect on pigmentation and fine lines is somewhat difficult to assess based on my boyfriend's results. Despite this, the skin still becomes hydrated and glowing, which is great now in the cold. #lykoinflutester #lumene

I love this series 🧡 The serum has a light flowing consistency that is quickly absorbed by the skin, and the cream has a very lovely soft, thicker consistency. As with many products, I need to wait a while before applying the cream to avoid it starting to "roll". After using these together, my skin feels hydrated and especially more awake with a really nice glow. Both also smell really good! I have been testing this lovely skincare gift set from #lykoinflutester for a while as #lumene, super exciting since Lumene is a brand I know well from before, but I actually haven't tested their skincare much! 🤩 The first impression is that they feel luxurious, a cute packaging and the product packaging itself feels solid and luxurious. I love glow in my skincare, so this is perfect for me! Their glow moisturizer gives a super nice glow without feeling overwhelming, it has a very light consistency and a little goes a long way. You really feel hydrated, which is great this time of year when you often feel dry! And a stoooong plus is that it sits really nicely under makeup! So this was really a hit for me! 🫶🏼 Unfortunately, I didn't feel as good about their glow boost essence, I don't feel that it directly gives any glow and I also don't think it hydrates particularly well. I also don't feel that I see any direct difference in my skin with this product, neither for the better nor for the worse, so for me, this product didn't do much at all. I have your lykoinflutester tested these products for a certain period. I have used the serum before and have an oily to combination skin type. Unfortunately, it hasn't made any significant difference for me, so it's not a product I've really connected with. The products together can also be a bit strong for the skin, especially if you're sensitive. The scent is very nice, but maybe not entirely optimal for those who are scent-sensitive. I wouldn't say that you necessarily need both. Despite that, it's a very nice and luxurious gift, especially as a Christmas present, thanks to the beautiful packaging and overall experience. Lumene Nordic-C – Feel Good Glow Gift Set
I have had the opportunity to test this lovely kit from Lumene over the past few weeks, which includes both the Nordic-C Glow Boost Serum and the Nordic-C Day Cream. I, who have tested, am 37 years old, with dry and sensitive skin that may need a little extra love, especially during the winter months. I also have psoriasis (though not on my face) and react easily to certain preservatives, so I am quite cautious when trying new products. 🍊 Glow Boost Serum: + Light and smooth to apply – the serum sinks in quickly without leaving any sticky residue. + Gives a nice, fresh glow that immediately makes the skin look a bit more awake. – The scent is a bit strong for my taste and lingers for a while. : A light, refreshing product that does the job if you want radiance. I found that my skin felt soft and even right after application. 🍊 Day Cream – Glow Reveal Day Cream: + Creamy and lovely consistency that feels soft even in the jar. + Easy to massage in and works well on top of other steps in the routine. + Provides a nice glow, good under makeup or for a natural glow day. – For me, it wasn't moisturizing enough, even though I use several hydrating steps. – Here too, I find the scent a bit too strong. A cozy cream that gives radiance, but didn't quite meet my dry skin's need for deep hydration. ⚠️ Skin Reaction Unfortunately, my skin reacted to some of the products – or maybe the combination. After a few days of use, I got small bumps on my forehead and over my nose. As a sensitive person, it is always difficult to determine exactly what triggers the reaction, but I chose to pause the use. 🎁 Overall Impression This is a super nice kit, but for me personally, it doesn't work fully, mainly due to the scent and the skin reaction I had. Therefore, I wouldn't buy the set for myself, but I could absolutely give it as a Christmas gift or present. Super cozy gift!
I have been using the Nordic-C Glow Boost Essence and Glow Moisturizer for a few weeks now, and I must say that I am very satisfied with the results. I think the combination makes the skin a bit fresher, softer, and more hydrated, and after a couple of weeks, I also noticed that it has gained more glow and a more even tone. The serum is light and absorbs quickly without being sticky, which makes it work well even under makeup. It feels refreshing on the skin and has a nice fresh scent. The cream has a gel-like consistency that is cool and fresh, and it moisturizes well without feeling heavy or greasy. It also has the fresh scent of citrus and berries, which I find uplifting. However, I should warn that it might be a bit strong for those who prefer fragrance-free products. The only downside to the cream is that it is not very rich, which in the winter months I feel means that it doesn't hydrate as much as needed. I have very acne-prone skin and have not had any more breakouts!! Overall, I think this duo really does its job when it comes to giving the skin more glow and a healthy feel. As #lykoinfutester I got to try the Nordic-C Feel Good Glow Gift Set by lumene. The set comes in a beautiful package with winter motive artwork and interesting details. The set has 2 products: Glow Boost Essence 30 ml Glow Moisturizer 50 ml Both enriched with vitamin C and antioxidants from nordic cloudberries. I’m in my 30s and have combination skin. I’m used to c vitamin serums and use it in combination with other skincare on daily basis. The serum is nice and gentle C serum. I feel like even those with more sensitive skin can use it. It has a very strong fruit/citrus scent though and I’m not sure that it would be appropriate by everyone. It’s not unpleasant for me but something to be aware of. The cream I have used before, it has a light formula but is very hydrating and lovely for winter days. Works very well under makeup and provides moisture during the day. This product is also scented with almost the same notes I would say. Overall I think it’s a cute and good starter pack kit as a gift to someone or to enjoy yourself. Incredibly beautiful Christmas gift! but didn't fit me
The first impression was how beautiful the box it came in was! The color perfectly reflects the products, and the design fits perfectly for Christmas😍 I started with joy to try the products. The first impression is that the products have an intense citrus/orange scent. Strong scent is something I notice is a characteristic among Lumene's skincare products. This can be a miss for those who can't handle strong scents. But right on target for those who love fragrances. Taste and preference☺️ I noticed some days it became a bit much, while on other days I liked it. The second impression is that the serum absorbs quickly into the skin and gives a lovely glow. The same goes for the cream. I used the combo daily for about a week, but had to stop as I felt my skin didn't like these products. My skin didn't necessarily get worse, but I noticed I missed my other products that I think suit my sensitive combination skin better. I didn't get intensely red or itchy, so I didn't react badly to the products. But I felt that my skin in the long run couldn't breathe. I therefore did a deep cleanse and went back to my own products. I feel these products are well-suited for those who may have drier and tired skin. Because if there was one thing they did well, it was precisely that - a fresh glow to the face. Which is nice especially at this time of year. But unfortunately, it didn't suit my skin. Something I still struggle with. But I'm glad I got to test them. The last thing was that I also didn't feel they worked well with my makeup? I tried to wait until it was properly absorbed, even though I felt it did so instantly? Throughout the day, I could on some days roll off my makeup with my finger… not so pleasant. Disappointing because I really wanted to like them, but they were wrong for me.
