It gets 1 extra star because the formula in the eyeliner is actually good (holds well with and without primer). But I've had many different liquid eyeliners over the years and this one drove me insane - just because of the brush itself. It reminds me more of the brush you use to paint your nails with, so not for precision work. It lays down in thick layers on the lashes because it can't be precise.331 viewsAnnica
