Soft gloss with super pretty shine!
Doesn't give as much color as you might think when you see it, but it's soft and lovely on the lips and gives them a super pretty shine! Smells good and I really like the applicator! Disappointed
I am a stoor fan of NYX, and when I saw this was coming out, I was excited to test it! Unfortunately, it didn't become a favorite this time.. The scent was supposed to correspond to a cherry fragrance, but when I opened the tube, I thought it was a bit nauseating and reminded me a lot of cheap lip gloss that you used when you were little. The applicator was made of hard plastic, instead of a traditional brush, and was not very comfortable on the lips. It was also difficult to gauge how much product I should apply, as it quickly became too much and ended up in my mouth. When I needed to reapply, I had to find a mirror every time as it was hard to apply nicely. The product itself after application was okay, the color was pretty, and I thought the result was nice, but I would have liked a slightly stronger color. If you want more control with Jelly Job, it might help to apply a small amount with your fingertip or a separate lip brush, and scrape off the excess from the applicator before applying. If you're looking for something with a more comfortable applicator, you can check out NYX Butter Gloss (Madeleine) or Anastasia Beverly Hills Lip Gloss (Butterscotch) – they give a nice shine without a sticky feeling.
