Natural base
I recently clicked this home in shade 02 but realized right away that it was too light for me, so I ended up clicking home 03 as well. 03 suits me much better! I think it lays nicely on the skin and gives a natural and glowing base. Exactly the kind of base I like to have now that the sun is starting to peek out and the warmth is starting to be felt☀️ I have quite oily or combination skin (easily gets shiny on the forehead and t-zone) but still think this suits me, I just set it with powder to not get too shiny during the day. I found it easiest to apply the product with a damp sponge or with clean hands👋🏼 Because when I applied it with a brush, it got a bit patchy and the product didn’t lay so nicely on the skin. The product has a bit of a coconut or tropical scent🥥🌴 I might have preferred it fragrance-free, but it’s nothing that bothers me during the day as the scent disappears after application. #lykoreviewTranslated from swedish

First of all: I chose the second shade. The Vanilla Bean Butta. It’s more for lighter skin. This foundation is not only a great base for your makeup, it also supports your skin with shea butter, mango butter, and niacinamide for more moisture. I have not only light but also dry skin, and it’s great to care for my skin while using the foundation. As if that wasn’t enough, there’s also an SPF 30 included. Perfect, as the days are getting warmer and the sun is shining more often. You should of course choose a foundation depending on your type. I am very satisfied with my choice, as the color matches my skin and doesn’t look unnatural. What I also really like is the scent. For me, it’s a mix of vanilla and sunscreen. Using as tinted day cream..

Love the glow ✨️
I love glow and just had to try Nyx Buttermelt Glaze, and I like it, but unfortunately it doesn't last all day on me, I have combination skin with a shiny T-zone and large pores. I use a pore-filling primer and apply with a damp beautyblender, and at application, it looks so nice ❤️ with a brush it doesn't work for me either with fingers. Nr. 02 is very yellow and it oxidizes, I can use base products that are yellow in tone but this one is borderline and a bit too yellow unfortunately. Satisfied in the end!
I was so disappointed the first time I used the product. I used a brush, but it sat like a layer on top of the skin. I tried the next day to apply it with my fingers, but it looked even worse.. I was thinking of throwing it away, but I'm so glad I gave it another chance! Now I mix it with a damp beautyblender from Caia and it sits nicely on the skin 🥰Translated from swedish

Unfortunately
Had high hopes for this. Looks nice at first but comes off very easily from the skin (had NYX primer underneath) and gets patchy. Had to wash it off because it just couldn't look nice. Sad because I love the glow, maybe I should try mixing it with something else to make it work.Translated from swedish
