INSANE Glow
Beyond expectations! Wow, what a glowwww, never tried a similar body oil 🌟🤩 I’ve been so excited to try and review this body oil from NYX PROFESSIONAL MAKEUP and it was insanely beautiful on the skin!! You can see in the video that it almost glows! It also smells so amazing, like a day at the beach with sun and swimming🍦🥥🍨 This will definitely be used at parties where you want to look a bit extra summery and have a nice glow on your arms and upper chest for example! The only tiny downside is that it doesn’t dry completely 100%, it’s a bit moist/sticky after application, I would have liked it to dry completely. Glitter Explosion
I’ve been lucky enough as a Lyko influencer to test this body oil from Nyx. The product is marketed as a light body oil that should give the skin a hydrated, sun-kissed glow with a shimmering finish. Starting with the scent – 10/10. It smells absolutely divine. Sweet and summery without being too much. A plus is that the scent lasts loooong😍 The texture is also great. Light, pleasant, and not at all heavy or sticky like some body oils can be. It feels comfortable on the skin and is easy to apply. But the finish… no. 0/10 for me. I was after a nice glow, but instead I turned into a walking disco ball. The shimmer is much more glitter than glow on my skin, and it was way too much for my taste. If you love sparkling from head to toe, this might be your dream product, but I’d rather not look like I just rolled through a glitter explosion. The perfect summer scent🍊🥭
I LOVE these kinds of citrus scents🍋🍊. Not too sweet but a fresh, tangy scent🤌🏻. To me, it also smells a bit like blood orange, which is one of my favorite scents. The texture is quite thick but luckily absorbs well. Easy to apply despite the thickness. The oil is slightly reddish but doesn’t leave any color on the skin or clothes. Beautiful glow, but stays sticky
I got to test NYX’s Fat Oil Body Oil and chose the Coconut Cutie version. The oil has a delicious scent and leaves a beautiful glow, but it stays sticky for a long time and easily transfers onto clothes, furniture, or any surfaces the oiled skin touches. 😁 The saying 'leave a little sparkle wherever you go' definitely applies when using this! The videos show the product freshly applied and dried. Perfect for parties!
✨ As a #lykoinflutester, I got to try Fat Oil Body Oil from #nyx Professional Makeup in the scent Caramelt Mami! ✨ The first thing that stands out with this is the glow, and we’re really talking glow here! The oil gives the skin a lot of radiance and contains quite a bit of shimmer that is clearly visible on the skin. The oil is also tinted, with a warm terracotta brown color, which actually shows on the skin. So if you have lighter skin, you can expect a little "tan" effect! (A very light and cool skin tone probably wouldn’t appreciate it) The scent is the same lovely Caramelt Mami as in the rest of the series: warm, sweet, and gourmand with clear caramel notes and a creamy feel that makes it really cozy to use. I find the oil neither too thick nor too light in consistency, but it spreads nicely on the skin without feeling too heavy or sticky. The skin feels soft and looks moisturized right after application. But if you don’t like "oily" body oils, beware! What’s worth mentioning, though, is that the shimmer is much more intense than I expected, especially in the sun where it sparkles a lot. For me, that makes it feel less like an everyday product and more like something you use when you want to stand out a bit! I therefore think it’s better suited for parties, nights out, vacations, or summer events when you want that extra glowy and almost glamorous look on arms, legs, or décolleté. If you’re wearing light clothes, I’d also let the product set a bit before dressing. I made the mistake of wearing a white top while applying, and the oil transferred a little. It was easy to remove right away, but I later noticed it stopped transferring to clothes after it had set for a while. In summary, this is a body oil that gives a lot of glow, clear shimmer, and a lovely gourmand scent. Pretty okay
I have tested NYX's Fat Oil Body Oil in the scent Suga Baddie, but I'm not quite sure if it was for me. The design is very simple, but cute. Maybe a bit too childish for my taste, and it can seem a bit cheap. The product is easy to use and comes in a hard plastic container with a pump function. One of the first things I notice is the scent! It has an incredibly strong vanilla smell, but it still becomes quite pleasant when applied. This makes the scent last long, which is a plus. The oil is easy to spread on the body and sits nicely on the skin. I also didn't experience any issues with pimples when using the oil. Unfortunately, I don't use body oils very often, so it wasn't quite a hit for me. The design wasn't really my style either, and the scent was a bit too sweet for my taste. A delicious body oil
If you’ve been looking for a body oil that smells heavenly and does not leave you that annoying greasy feeling; this might be the one to get. Like the rest of the suga baddie scents: This one also smells like a batch of freshly baked vanilla sugar cookies🍦❤️🍪 This scent is honestly addicting and stays on through out the whole day especially with this one paired. It moisturizes the skin and keeps it looking glowy. I’ve also used this mixed with body cream for some extra softness and care☁️❤️ I have not noticed any Oily spots on my clothes after use but proceed with caution if it has not dried down yet. Very glittery✨
As a Lyko influtester, I got to try this body oil and it’s quite okay💕 It has a nice scent and a lot of shimmer, for me almost a bit too much🫣 The consistency is a bit too thick for me; I prefer my body oils a bit more runny so they’re easy to spread over the body🙏 Since it’s also so glittery and a bit thick, I would probably use this together with a regular body oil to make it easier to blend out and less glittery✨ But otherwise, it’s very nice on the skin💕🙌 #lykoinflutester #nyx1 product in post Very glittery✨106 views - The user's roll: Lyko Creator. Deliciously Scented Body Oil
I instantly fell in love with this product's rich caramel scent! The texture is nice and absorbs quickly. The product has plenty of shimmer and a bit of tint that blends beautifully into the skin when applied, leaving a sun kissed look. ☀️ I might personally prefer a bit more glow instead of glitter. But as mentioned, it still leaves the skin beautiful. The scent also lasts a long time✨ Bonus for the packaging, which is the right size and easy to carry around. For the friend of glitter
I expected a glow, but the oil is actually full of tiny glitter particles. If I mistakenly put this all over my body and step into the sun, I sparkle more than the Twilight vampires 😅 so this is probably better suited for festivals and summer parties. The shade doesn’t stain clothes when applied to the skin and allowed to absorb. This feels more like a makeup product than a body oil 🤔 Maybe next I’ll try a plain clear body oil. The happy surprise with Nyx Fat Oil body oil was that it doesn’t leave a slippery and sticky finish like oils usually do! Instant glow, so glittery
I have used this body oil and got a good first impression when I tried it on, but as the evening went on, the glow turned into glitter as what was left felt like just glitter. It smells nice, with hints of coconut and vanilla. It provides moisture and an instant glow, which I think are the positive aspects. It might be that the finish with a lot of glitter is simply because there are larger glitter particles rather than finer ones in the formula. This is not a dealbreaker for me, but to start with you also get a nice tan color, which I think is lovely! It doesn’t last very long. I actually don’t have much to compare this to, since I neither use nor have tested many body oils before.. The first thing I noticed was how much glitter it contains. Personally, it was a bit too much for my taste. I almost felt like a character from Twilight 🧛♀️🤣 If you love lots of shimmer and glow, it’s probably perfect, but for me, it was a bit too much glitter… The oil itself feels nice on the skin, and it definitely gives a good shine. The problem is that the glitter and product easily transfer to hands, clothes, and other things you touch. That makes me a bit stressed about using it daily. I can really only see myself using this for special occasions in the summer, like festivals, beach clubs in the south, or other summer events where you want extra glow… 🏝️🪩 Normally, I just don’t feel comfortable walking around sparkling that much. For me, this was more of a “miss” than a favorite.
