Super satisfied!!!
Super satisfied!! I think this has a more reasonable price than Dyson. I’m not interested in paying so much for styling tools. And also because I don’t think it’s super fun to deal with my hair, but still want a bit of volume and to look nice. Then this is perfect, and I recommend it. Easy to use and gives a nice result and a lovely wave with a nice fall, soft curls, and volume. I mainly use the rods that curl quickly pick up the hair, very easy and gives a nice result. I have used the rods, the dryer (which is really handy and easy to hold) and one brush. The brush came off the tool, and this is something I saw on YouTube happened to another person who tested this tool. So it seems to be a problem with some at least. There’s also a round brush, but I haven’t tested that yet. Comes in a super nice packaging with a stylish box and in a nice black leather-like box to store everything in. Melted
Very unclear what happened, when I was going to blow dry my hair today it was completely sticky from some black goo. Everything around was clean, when I was going to wipe it off I realized that it’s the color that has started to melt off. I suspect it’s because it gets so hot. Last time I used it everything looked normal, I wrapped the cord around and hung it up like I usually do. I obviously don’t use any products in my hair that would cause this. Was thinking of buying a... BUT
After reading the reviews here and how Lyko's customer service chooses to handle issues with defective products, I have changed my mind. They also sometimes don't want to respond to negative feedback or similar. Which I think is unprofessional and irresponsible for such a large company!
