Holy grail ✨💛✨
Finally, my absolute favorite serum was in stock again, so I thought it was time for a little review. This has really been a fantastic moisturizing serum for my skin, with glycerin and centella💧💧 I didn't realize how good it was until I was without it for a while. And we (me and my skin😅) have missed it! I noticed that my skin became more unbalanced in its absence - maybe it has been a bit soothing? It definitely provides good moisture, is fragrance-free, and my slightly acne-prone skin tolerates the ingredients well. I think this works well, gives a nice glow, and is definitely soothing on the skin, but no wow feeling for me. For reference, I have a combination to oily skin type, especially in the T-zone! This ampoule has become a real favorite when my skin needs a little extra calm and hydration. It feels super light and almost watery on the skin, it is very runny in consistency. But it still hydrates really well without feeling heavy, greasy, or sticky! Which I, having oily skin, really appreciate. I love using it after dermaplaning or when I've plucked my eyebrows, as it provides a soothing effect when the skin is a bit more sensitive afterward. It’s also perfect on days when the skin feels irritated or just needs some hydration. I find that the skin feels softer, calmer, and more hydrated afterward.🥰 It mainly contains centella asiatica extract, which is known for its soothing and skin-caring properties. I’m not exactly sure what this serum does to the skin, but it feels really fresh, not prickly, and it’s fragrance-free which means my skin doesn’t react to it. A MUST
I've almost used up my entire bottle and I am so satisfied! It moisturizes well and leaves the skin very smooth and soft. I've also used it on areas that have been extra irritated, including sunburn on myself and others, and both I and they have experienced that it worked great. I especially notice that the areas that have been irritated and red calm down and look less red after use. It feels like the skin gets help to recover and "repair" itself. For a while, I had an acne gel that easily irritated the skin, and this has really been a lifesaver for me🏆 The serum can feel a bit sticky if you have a lot of product left on your hands, but on the face, I don't experience the same thing at all.
