Luxury in a bottle
I got to try Sensai Dual Essence. An elixir that is a mix of oil and serum with the idea of calming the skin, softening the skin, providing moisture, and reducing wrinkles. Can be applied in several different ways and should suit all skin types. A little about me before I dive into my opinions on the product! I have a normal to dry skin type that is sensitive and easily gets clogged. I have often struggled with oil on my face as I have gotten many clogged pores from it. My opinion on Dual Essence is as follows: ◾️ Incredibly economical product that will last a long time! ◾️ Does not leave an oily feeling on the skin ◾️ I think it works best when you mix 2-3 drops into your night cream or use it on its own as the last step in your skincare routine, especially now in winter ◾️ Luxurious packaging in feel and appearance ◾️ No particular scent that bothers ◾️ Gives a nice glow ◾️ Works well to mix into foundation as Sensai suggests for a wonderful radiance ◾️ Can be used for hair and cuticles, but it feels a bit wasteful when the product is so expensive? Well, for me, this is only used on the face, and any leftover product can be massaged into the hands ◾️ Absolutely an expensive product, but a really luxurious gift for yourself or someone you care about In summary, an expensive but luxurious product. I haven't seen any immediate reduction in wrinkles, but I definitely get a nice glow and wake up with soft skin in the morning. I also haven't had any issues with clogged pores, which is a big plus! Luxurious but not for my sensitive skin
As part of #lykoinflutester, I had the opportunity to test Dual Essence from Sensai. I have sensitive and dry skin that easily reacts to products, so I was curious how this would work for me. Dual Essence is described as an effective two-phase elixir where oil meets the power of a serum, which is supposed to provide glow and nourishment to the skin. The product comes in an elegant and sleek glass bottle that gives a luxurious impression. It contains 75% oil (olive, peppermint, and squalane) and 25% essence from Koishimaru Silk Royal. According to the description, the oil phase is supposed to soften the skin, while the essence provides maximum moisture and reduces wrinkles and fine lines, while calming and revitalizing the skin. Unfortunately, this product did not work at all for my sensitive facial skin. I found the scent to be very strong and floral, which I personally did not like. Despite the promising properties, I felt irritation immediately after application, and I did not experience any of the positive effects that the product promises. My skin reacted with redness, itchy bumps, and dryness. I also do not like that the product contains ingredients such as fragrance, alcohol, Limonene, Linalool, and also plant extracts that can cause allergies or irritations in sensitive skin. Instead, I started using Dual Essence on my hair ends, and there it really worked wonders! It gave a nice shine and softness to my hair without weighing it down. I had hoped it would become an addition to my skincare routine, but I think it’s best to be cautious with this product if you have sensitive skin. Fantastic essence that provides moisture ✨
I have been using Sensai Dual Essence for three weeks now and I am incredibly satisfied! I have normal skin that became dry in the winter, and this has helped me a lot during the winter days. This is an essence-oil that truly provides moisture without making the skin oily. It absorbs quickly and leaves the skin soft and well-hydrated. Oil Serum for Winter
I have been so lucky to test Sensai Dual Essence for just under a month. This is a combination of oil and serum that promises to add moisture, soften the skin, and give glow – while also reducing visible signs of aging over time. The product is suitable for all skin types and can be used in various ways, making it versatile. I have normal to dry skin (in winter), but I can easily get breakouts, especially from oil products. First and foremost, the packaging is beautiful – the bottle is made of glass with an elegant design that feels luxurious. The product has a clean and pleasant scent and is easy to use: You shake the bottle well, and a few drops are enough for the face and neck. I like to mix a couple of drops into my night cream or face cream, both morning and night. This gave a lovely moisture boost, while the skin got a nice glow without feeling heavy or sticky. The product is very economical in use and lasts a long time, which partly justifies the high price. Still, I don’t notice immediate changes regarding the reduction of wrinkles or other significant results, but I believe this is a product that requires time and consistent use to show full effect. Not worth the price
I have tested this product for about 3 weeks, and here is my review. My first impression was that the product is luxurious considering the weight and design of the bottle. Simple, classic, and with weight. The first disappointment came when I opened the bottle: The product had a relatively strong perfumed scent. I am 37 years old, have dry, sensitive skin with a somewhat oily T-zone. A few lines and wrinkles. I used this product after moisturizer as the last step in my skincare routine. I didn't use it morning and night, only in the morning as I couldn't stand the scent of the product when I was going to sleep. I did not experience that lines became less visible immediately, nor after 3 weeks of use. 🤭 Positive: I react easily to products, but I didn't with this one. Lovely design. Gives a little extra glow. 🧐 Negative: A product that doesn't deliver what it promises. High price. Too perfumed. #lykoinflutester #sensai

Sharp smelling serum!
As a #LYKOINFLUTESTER, I also got to try this luxury product from #sensai My facial skin can be very dry now in the winter, and sometimes little blemishes appear on my chin. I’m almost 35 and don’t have many signs of aging ⛄ I usually mostly use a moisturizing day cream from another brand and then liquid foundation. I applied this product after the day cream and then waited a while for it to sink in. The serum has a sharp scent that I unfortunately don’t like at all! This scent lingers for a long time too 🤫 I then found it difficult to adjust the amount of product as it feels dry and hard to spread over the entire face. It’s then easier to drop it into the face cream 💧 Unfortunately, the product lingers, not like an oily film but more like a dry feeling that’s hard to explain. This can feel especially noticeable on the hands after you’ve applied it 😕 However, you can see that the skin looks a bit softer and glowier after you’ve applied it, but then the price feels a bit high if that’s the only effect ✨

Nice oil serum for winter
I have been so lucky to test Dual Essence from Sensai for almost a month. I haven't tried anything from Sensai before, but the impression is that the brand is luxurious and a bit up there in price range. Dual Essence is a combination essence of various oils and an anti-aging essence that contains Koishimaru Silk Royal. The product promises to provide moisture, soften, and that the anti-aging essence will make the skin look healthier. First, a bit about my skin: - combination skin with dry areas mainly around the nostrils - rarely gets a pimple or two - large pores (hereditary burden there.. 🤷♀️) - a lot of focus on moisture in the skincare routine now in winter and in the transition from warm to cold season - concerned about combating signs of aging with skincare First and foremost, I must mention how beautiful the packaging and bottle of the product are! It has a simple yet elegant design in glass with grooves. You get the product out by first shaking the bottle well, and then dispensing the desired amount by turning the bottle upside down towards your hand. I quickly learned that with this product, less is more. You only need a couple of drops to get a suitable amount for the face and neck. My favorite way became to mix in 2-3 drops into my face cream, both in the evening and during the day. If I took more, I felt it got a bit sticky, and it took a long time to absorb into the skin. With the right amount, it became a nice moisture boost for the skin, and I got a little extra glow. It's hard to say how much more the product does, as I believe this is also a product you need to use over time to see any results, but I think it has been a lovely product now that the weather has gotten colder and my skin has become a bit tight and dry. It feels very luxurious to mix into the cream, and I find it to be economical in use. I will have this bottle for a very long time, despite using it morning and night. The price is very high, but if you want to treat yourself to a bit of luxury, this product is a nice moisture boost for the skin. At the same time, there are similar products with squalane at a more reasonable price that probably work just as well. All in all, it depends on what you are looking for. Great essence!
I have tested this dual essence from Sensai, it comes in an incredibly nice packaging and the product smells very clean and good🤗 this is an essence that consists of oil and serum, it helps to give glow, nourishment, and moisture to the skin! This is an expensive and luxurious product that will suit everyone 😇 I think this gave my skin a lot of moisture and nourishment, especially now in winter when the air is dry, it is a bit oily so I recommend not to use too much so the face doesn't get oily! What’s nice about this product is that it can also be used on dry areas like split hair ends and nails, and that’s a super plus! I really like this product and recommend everyone to try it out! Gets 5/5 stars from me⭐️

Surprisingly good
As a #lykoinflutester, I had the honor this time to test products from #sensai. One of the products was this oil serum. I immediately looked at the price tag and the promise to instantly reduce wrinkles and fine lines. I am always very skeptical about whether a product can really do that, and that Sensai is a well-known and good brand surely raises the price tag just for that... so my expectations were not super high on that point. A bit about my skin: Dry skin deluxe. Especially surface dry and itchy if I’m not nice to it. Recently, I have been sensitive to certain products, but I haven’t figured out which ingredient my skin doesn’t like yet. The product then? Absolutely fantastic! ✨It’s economical, only a few drops are needed ✨Moisturizes well. I rarely even need any cream on top ✨Smells amazing, spa feeling ✨Feels lovely on the skin and leaves no oily feeling ✨I see results on the crow's feet around my eyes, but maybe not so much on the wrinkles on my forehead. So the product seems to keep its promise 😍 Going forward, I will need to adjust my budget so that this always has a place in my bathroom cabinet. Pictures from before the first application, right after, and now after a month of use morning and night.

The first thing I think of when I see this product is the incredibly luxurious glass packaging. It’s heavy and beautiful and something you’d want to leave out, almost like a decor item. I have normal to dry skin, which tends to feel extra tight in the winter. With regular use of this elixir, my skin has felt both calmer and more hydrated. It has also gained a nice glow. The elixir is a two-phase product, meaning a mix of oil and serum. Before use, you should shake the bottle so the ingredients can mix. Then just a few drops are enough for application on the entire face, neck, and décolletage. This way, it’s economical to use. I think it smells fresh and luxurious and gives a bit of a SPA feeling during use. The downside is the high price. Exclusive Scent 🌹
As a #lykoinflutester, I received Dual Essence from #Sensai 😍 A serum that is supposed to provide glow, nourishment, and reduce wrinkles 👌 My skin: oily/combination, mature/adult, and somewhat sensitive. I have issues with large pores and somewhat uneven skin tone. I also have some beginning wrinkles here and there 👩🏻🦰 I have been using the serum every other morning (under day cream) and every evening (alone) for over two weeks. I feel it has made my skin softer, and I think it looks somewhat fresher, but this is probably a serum that gives better and more visible results when used over a longer period ✨ ➕ The glass bottle has a sleek and pretty design, and the pour spout dispenses the serum perfectly - first a few drops of the clear liquid, then the yellow, but I would have preferred a pump ➕ Lovely, oil-like consistency that quickly moisturizes dry areas and makes the skin silky soft ➕ Contains Koishimaru silk, the most precious of all silk types, which stimulates the production of hyaluronic acid in the skin and is anti-aging ➕ I think the serum smells exclusive and fantastic! 🌹 but be aware if you are sensitive to perfume, as the scent is strong ➕ Very economical in use; I only use 5 drops per application and believe the bottle will last until spring/summer👌 ➖ Contains perfume, alcohol, linalool, and citral, which some may react negatively to ➖ I felt a slight tingling in my skin during the first applications and got a couple of small red pimples/dots, but this went away after a week of use ➖ Made my oily skin a bit too shiny, so I had to use both primer and powder to mattify it during the day ➖ 1670kr is a high price for only 30ml, despite good qualities and that it is economical in use ➖ Not vegan ➖ According to EthicalElephant, Sensai cannot be considered «cruelty free» because their products are tested on animals in countries like China 💔 Unfortunately, this serum was not a perfect match for my oily and somewhat sensitive skin, but my 60-year-old mother also got to try it, and she loved it! So I would say this serum is best suited for an adult and normal/dry skin type. It provides velvety soft skin and is supposed to smooth out wrinkles over time and make the skin look younger. So if the wallet allows, it is definitely worth trying ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
