Solstick that tops everything
I have never been fond of Solstick, they have always been sticky and a disappointment when used over/under makeup, for example. But this... so simple and so perfect! This product is what I have been looking for! Easy to apply, not sticky, melts into the neck, and over makeup perfectly. It also doesn’t leave a greasy finish. There is no weird smell like some sunscreens can have, so for those of us who are a bit sensitive to that, it is the ultimate sun protection. The packaging is simple and timeless. I have been using this UV protection stick for a couple of weeks and it was so much better than I expected. It’s very easy to apply, I swipe a few strokes and then rub it in with my hands to spread it evenly. It’s not sticky and melts well into the skin without feeling greasy or anything like that. I've been trying this for a couple of weeks and I have to say it exceeded my expectations. Definitely one of the best sunscreen sticks I've tried. The first thing that stands out is the product's practicality. The stick form makes application extremely easy. The texture is light and almost invisible on the skin and doesn't feel greasy. This is a very good "on-the-go" sun stick, but not a replacement for regular sunscreen. Difficult to apply enough amount, smells a bit strong for my taste. I have never tried a sun stick as a complement to my regular SPF before. I was really so excited about this one. And now that I've tested it for a while, I have to say WOW!! It glides easily over the skin without pulling or feeling sticky. Perfect to have in the bag and quickly apply to exposed areas like nose, cheeks, and forehead. I like that it is completely transparent and doesn't ruin makeup when reapplying. Feels very light and almost like you have nothing on your skin. I'm careful to reapply SPF during the day but often find it tricky, especially over makeup. My skin is combination and can get a bit oily in the T-zone. But now it has become so much easier to actually improve my sun protection during the day, which is a big plus. The skin still feels fresh and not greasy, and I haven't gotten any clogged pores. Have been trying this for 3 weeks now and think it works really well. Easy to apply on the face. I use it during the day when I need a new layer of sunscreen. It sits nicely on the face, doesn’t get oily. It has SPF 50+. It suits my sensitive and acne-prone skin very well. Handy
This was probably the most fun to test out of these, since a stick-shaped sunscreen isn’t exactly a staple for me. In practice, though, it was really easy to use and just the kind you grab to take with you without having to fuss. The texture was a bit different from regular sunscreens, but in a good way. The stick applied easily and left a moisturized feeling on the skin. Even though the product description says it’s also suitable to use over makeup, I probably wouldn’t use it for that because the texture is a bit too sticky. It worked better when applied directly to the skin. I liked that it didn’t leave any visible layer on the face, and once the product settled, it didn’t feel uncomfortable on the skin either. Have been testing this sunscreen stick for 3 weeks now, and I am very satisfied!! It has a good texture, not too matte or sticky🤩 The scent is also quite nice😊 I find that many sunscreens make makeup crease more easily, but with this one that’s not a problem😍 Now that summer is approaching, I’m going to be much better at using sunscreen. I love sunscreen sticks and quickly fell for this one! Even though I have sensitive skin and can't tolerate products with perfume, my skin has tolerated and loved this!!✨❤️ extremely nice size of the product. It fits perfectly in the bag. My first impression of this was good, and I was looking forward to trying it. The packaging is small, so it's easy to grab and take in your bag and reapply during the day. When opening, the scent caught my attention; the cream smells on the face for a moment before fading away. The product is easy to spread over the face and applies evenly and lightly. Now in the spring sun, I don't feel the need to layer it, but in the summer, when the sun burns more easily, I would apply more / several layers because the product only leaves a very thin layer with one swipe. It doesn't leave a sticky or unpleasant feeling on the face but absorbs instantly🤩 I generally don't like sunscreens that leave the skin super shiny or greasy or feel disturbing on the face. This one does none of that! Convenient sun stick
A convenient sun protection to have in your bag for quick application. As a Lyko test pilot, I have had the opportunity to use this product for a few weeks and I am positively surprised. I have previously not used sun sticks much except for my lips, and am more used to using liquid sun protection for the face. I have mainly used this product on my lips and for touch-ups on sensitive areas of the face where I often burn. The product melts into the skin and is easy to apply. It is colorless and leaves a moisturized feeling. The packaging is neat and convenient and makes it possible to apply without mess.
