Moisturizing Serum 🤍
I had the honor of testing new k-beauty products from #mamonde, which are also new and only available at Lyko. 💕 The bottle's amount is 80 ml, so the same as in the pictures. The serum's consistency was light, a bit like a toner/essence. However, I felt a thin film of oil that kept the skin moisturized. I experienced no irritation, even though my skin can be very sensitive after removing makeup. You can apply it with a cotton pad, then you can also see impurities from the skin and possibly residues from makeup, but it works just as well to apply with just your hands. The price was a bit over my usual budget, and I didn't feel that the serum stood out, but a big plus for the ingredient in the serum that gave the feeling of an oily thin film on the skin that kept the skin moisturized after use. 5/5 #lykoinflutester - Most helpful negativeThe user's roll: Lyko Creator. Did not work for me!
I have as #lykoinflutester tested this product from #mamonde! I have combination but dry skin. When I saw that this contained 10% PHA, I first thought it could be a milder active product, but the recommendation to apply it both morning and night was way too much for me. I tried to follow the instructions anyway, but my skin barrier got seriously damaged, which you can see in the picture. After a week of intensive barrier care, I dared to test it again. During the day, it made me very oily, so much that my makeup separated in the T-zone, something I never experience otherwise. Usually, I have glow in my skin, so I was disappointed when it went overboard. When I instead used it in the evening, about every third night, my skin still felt over-exfoliated, dry, and tight two days later, even though my skin is usually not particularly sensitive. I want to add that I tested this simultaneously with two other active products from Mamonde during the same testing period (two products from Mamonde on behalf of Lyko), which may have intensified the effect, even though I tried to space out the usage. The final rating is unfortunately 1/5. I found this to be anything but mild. However, this can be experienced more like a serum, so it is suggested to also use a cream before applying makeup, but all ways are right 😍 You have to try to see what works best for your skin! I was lucky enough to win this from Lyko and have now tested it for a bit longer. Nice packaging, quite easy to get the right amount out even though you have to hold the serum instead of using a pump or pipette. However, I don't experience any particular glow, and my face feels quite sticky and like it doesn't want to absorb. I received this product for testing, at first I didn't really notice any big "differences". I've now used it a few times in the morning with my skincare routine, and my makeup sits perfectly on the skin!! It gives that glass-skin effect that I haven't gotten from other products yet. MAMONDE: Proper hydration and glow boost! I got to test these products from #mamonde and I am so grateful and happy that I got to do it as these products have really helped my skin. My skin is generally very sensitive, but these products have suited my skin even though it doesn't always want to cooperate. I would really recommend these products, especially the Flora Glow Rose Liquid Mask but also the Pore Shrinker Bakuchiol Cream. These are new K-Beauty products from the brand #mamonde and they are only available to order from Lyko. The products focus on hydration and give an incredibly nice glow and help to minimize pores while the skin tone becomes smoother. Flora Glow Rose Liquid Mask 80 ml Item no. 4115-103-0080 Currently costs 309 kr, really good value considering what you get for the results. The serum has a light consistency and could be compared to an essence. The serum feels a bit oily at first, but once the serum has absorbed into the skin properly, there is no unpleasant oily feeling, but rather a soft and lifting effect. Perfect under makeup, my makeup has never sat better. The first time I tried this serum, I felt a slight tingling sensation, but that went away. I was immediately drawn to the cute pink bottle and the pastel-colored lid. I hadn't heard much about the product before I received it, but the idea of a «liquid mask» with PHA seemed exciting since I have combination skin that needs both glow and gentle exfoliation. The consistency is light and fluid, almost like a toner, it's easy to apply without the skin feeling particularly sticky. What stood out was how quickly it absorbs. In my oily areas, it laid evenly without leaving a greasy film. After a few uses, I started to notice that my skin looked more even and a bit «fresh» in the morning. The PHA content (10%) feels mild, and I experienced no irritation or tingling. I have combination skin. I usually use mild acids and light moisturizers, and I am quite sensitive to products that are too strong. Therefore, this mask fit well into my routine, and I feel I am generally quite picky when it comes to masks. After a couple of weeks of use, my skin has become noticeably smoother, and it has gained a nice, natural glow. Mamonde Flora Glow Rose Liquid Mask
I had the honor of testing some Mamonde products and this was one of them. I don’t have much experience with PHA products. I used it primarily once a day, switching a bit between morning and evening. It’s a really light and pleasant mask that provides moisture without feeling heavy. The consistency is liquid/gel-like, absorbs quickly, and leaves the skin soft and more “plump”. The rose scent is mild and not cloying. It gives a noticeable glow, especially if the skin has been dry or tired. I don’t think I noticed it irritating or making my skin oily, and I would say I have sensitive skin that can quickly react to products. I have been so lucky to receive this rose-based liquid mask as part of #lykoinflutester It promises glow, moisture, and gentle exfoliation or smoothing, you could also call it. Consistencies like “liquid mask” often feel light and absorb quickly. What I see as advantages: Rose water and rose extracts typically provide a soothing and moisturizing effect. Good as a pick-me-up if the skin looks tired or dull. Possible downsides: Rose scent can irritate very sensitive skin. But I have personally been satisfied with it and I will buy it again, so the answer is yes.
