Soft, Fragrant Hair!
As a #Lykoinflutester, I have been tasked with testing Why Dry - Hydration Shampoo & Conditioner. An amazing duo! Huge thanks to Lyko for such lovely products 💖 My hair type: Thin, fine Scandinavian blonde hair. Dry, frizzy & needs moisture 💦 I like Lyko's own products. I think you get good value for your money. This duo also works excellently on my hair. Simple, stylish bottles, which I like. Both products smell heavenly 😍 I have been using the Shampoo & Conditioner for about 2 weeks. I am incredibly satisfied. My hair is easy to comb, shiny & really soft. Thick consistency. Easy & pleasant to use. Apply Conditioner in the hair. Wait 2-3 minutes & rinse out. Moisturizing. Gives soft & strong hair. A little goes a long way. I would definitely buy these! Highly recommended. According to the description, this conditioner is supposed to boost dry hair strands deeply with lots of moisture and nourishment! Give it elasticity and make it super soft. And give healthy, strong, and shiny hair! But no. I guess I’m the exception then! And that my fine, but thin Scandinavian hair needs a better boost! Because I had such a hard time detangling my hair after washing, and it felt so straw-like and frizzy. And just like with the shampoo I tested, I found it so hard to get the product out of the packaging. However, this conditioner smelled incredibly good. But I will return to the same brand I had before. Yes to the product, no to the packaging
The product itself is a clear 10!! I love it and it has done wonders for my hair! Buuut there is one downside, and for me it’s a dilemma whether to repurchase, but it’s the bottle 🫣 the material of the bottle is so incredibly hard! I have fibromyalgia and unfortunately reduced strength in my hands and arms, and it’s so hard to get the product out because it’s almost impossible to press the bottle! My husband sometimes helps me 😅🥹, other times I’ve had to pour the product into another bottle that’s more usable. Pretty okay
I have Scandinavian thin hair with fine strands that have bleached lengths. My hair is dry, and even though I have thin hair, I love thick conditioners that make my hair extremely soft. This conditioner from Lyko is okay, nothing wow, but I definitely found it to be softening on my hair. I tested this in combination with the corresponding hair mask, and after I rinsed out the products, I unfortunately didn’t feel that my hair was as soft anymore. Nothing for my hair…
Hair type ▶️ high porosity, bleached My opinion▶️ have used this after the repair mask from Lyko because I felt that the mask didn’t really help and thought the conditioner would help too… Unfortunately, there was no miracle or even a regular moisturizing effect. (Expectations were high since I have Lyko's own leave-in that moisturizes very well!) So I had to use after the conditioner lots of different leave-ins to hide the porosity🥲 Will pass it on to my cousin with fine hair and hope it will suit her, will definitely not buy again for myself. My hair has been extremely dry and frizzy, so I decided to try Lyko's why dry series, and it has worked wonders on my hair😍 it is not nearly as frizzy anymore, and I noticed results already after the first week.
