This Carmex stick is a new favorite! I've been using the jar of Carmex for a long time, and it's genius that this one also comes in a stick with pomegranate?!😍 Smells heavenly and doesn't feel too thick on the lips, moisturizes the lips well without feeling like you have a thick layer of lip balm on! Pomegranate can never go wrong, so if you're unsure which Carmex product to buy, I can honestly say choose this one! I got to test this lip balm from Carmex that promises deep hydration and protection against external stressors like sun, wind & cold. This really feels like classic Carmex with the standard formula that stings the lips and barely hydrates, even though one of the focuses lies right there. A plus for the sun protection factor, even though I think that spf15 is a bit low by today's standards, but of course better than no protection at all. In my opinion, you need to reapply a bit too often as I don't think it hydrates and softens enough, but that's also what I usually think about all the different Carmex, so it lived up to my expectations that it's neither good nor bad. A pretty unnecessary lip balm that doesn't add anything 🤷🏼♀️ The scent/taste is of pomegranate, it's a quite weak but very pleasant scent that disappears quickly. This balm didn't give me any wow feeling, as there are other fun things on the market. Great product for daily use
I received two Carmex lip balm sticks to test, and I have really enjoyed both. One was the Tropical Stick with a stronger SPF, and this one with the absolutely lovely pomegranate flavor will definitely be part of my daily routine. I got this #Carmex to test the Pomegranate Stick lip balm as part of the #lykoinflutester product testing. The product glides easily on the lips and feels soothing right away in a moisturizing way. The lip balm has a pretty basic thin consistency, not too watery and not too thick. It also stays on the lips for a long time, so you don’t have to constantly apply a new layer! The lip balm clearly softens the lips and helps prevent the onset of chapping. Like setting fire to your lips
No no no😭😭😭 oh my god I wanted to like this because it smells so good! And I was so happy with the Carmex minis that were more liquid. But like, this was like setting fire to my lips, it hurt and burned so much. I tried it several times but it felt the same every time I used it. I even let someone else in the family try it and she experienced the same thing. The lip balm is thick and feels quite waxy on the lips, which I also didn't think felt great. I can strongly recommend Carmex in a tube instead of this. I have been so incredibly excited to test this #carmex Pomegranate Sticken that #lykoinflutester 👏🏼 This is the same good old formula consisting of cocoa butter, lanolin & camphor that most people know. But now with a lovely pomegranate flavor and SPF 15 ☀️ So- hello, so lovely! It smells amaaazing and gives a beautiful glow and moisture to the lips, while also protecting against UV. With this, I absolutely do not need to worry about sore, chapped, and dry lips with regular application! Especially now in winter, this is a MUST HAVE for me, and throughout the year as I work as a nurse and am often indoors in dry air! I always have lip balm in my pocket, bag, bedside table, car, and at work. I experience relief and plenty of moisture immediately after application, and that it holds onto moisture 💛 This contributes to long-lasting protection against external stressors like wind, sun, cold, and dryness! By using this, the lips are soothed if you have been exposed to sore and chapped lips, and they recover quickly. Another big bonus is that the product is NOT tested on animals 🐰🌱 Additionally, the price is excellent! Good lip balm with SPF
Provides good moisture and has a slight scent of pomegranate. Tingles a bit on the lips (the brand of Carmex) when you apply it - I'm a fan of that. Easy to apply, doesn't smudge, and has a good mechanism to "twist up more product" that gives good control with a button you can stop at. Not a full score from me as I've experienced that you become a bit dependent on it. As soon as you stop, the lips may feel drier than before you started using it. This could also be because you've gotten used to more moist lips from using it, so I can't say for sure. 💄👄 Positives: ➕ Easy to carry in your pocket and use evenly throughout the day ➕ No color and sweet but faint scent ➕ Provides good moisture, shiny lips (see video)! So much fun to get to try new flavors & a little before they popped up to be able to buy 😍 I remember when I brought Carmex from London a long time ago and now they are so easy to get in Sweden & so fun with new flavors! The product is colorless on a stick which makes it easy to apply! If you ask me, I prefer when lip products aren't too thick, so that's why I don't give full stars from me, otherwise I have nothing to complain about! I got to try this lip balm from Carmex with pomegranate scent. I love the scent of pomegranate, so this product suited me perfectly.😍 I thought the scent was just strong enough, a hint of pomegranate. The size of the packaging is very practical.☺️ It goes on nicely on the lips and gives a light glossy finish.✨ I thought it moisturized very well and that the effect lasted. Absolute Carmex Favorite
I use lip balms sporadically or whenever I need it. Besides, I don't know about others, but I tend to lose them quite quickly 😂. I have aging human lips, but I still don't have any serious lines around my lips. This pomegranate version has definitely become my favorite. And it has actually stayed well. My first feelings and expectations were that it would have been nice if there had been a slightly higher sun protection than 15, but it is 15, and I was very excited about the pomegranate flavor. I noticed that this is a really good basic lip balm that moisturizes effectively and feels pleasant on the lips. The lips stayed well moisturized for a long time, and dosing from the stick is easy and precise. The pomegranate flavor is pleasantly mild but at the same time delicious – not at all too sweet. This may just be my feeling, but using pomegranate felt like the appearance of my lips had clearly improved: they looked softer, more even, and more vibrant. 🤩 SPF 15, which provides a light but important protection for everyday use. Pros: Long-lasting moisture (picture 2 hours after applying one layer) The product lasts a long time because you don't need to reapply it constantly Improves the appearance of lips (my experience) Easy to dose Delicious but mild flavor Newly formulated texture - that feels like it leaves the lips deliciously soft 💋 The fact that Garmex's packaging is yellow is, in my opinion, an overwhelmingly good thing because they stay better that way. The yellow color is much easier to find than, for example, white or blue. I have bought the classic jar of Carmex several times, and this is the first time I'm trying another of their products. Like! 👏🏻 I appreciate this packaging more than the jar. It's much more convenient than having to apply the product with my finger, which doesn't always feel so fresh when I'm on the go. 👎🏻 The scent is nice but a bit strong for me. 👍🏻 The product applies easily and feels pleasant on the lips. #LYKOINFLUTESTER #carmex65 views
