    Right product, wrong time?

I have to be honest, and this is probably the product I’ve tested from the Biocalm series where I’m most torn. I’m talking about the eye cream. A product that, according to the description, is supposed to soothe, hydrate, and reduce puffiness and redness around the sensitive eye area. Let’s start with what I like. Packaging & first impression: The packaging is just like the brand’s other products in a pump bottle, and I love it! It’s hygienic, easy to dose, no mess, no spills, and above all, no risk of taking too much. Such things are appreciated. Scent & feel: The consistency is very soft and pleasant. It glides easily on the skin without feeling heavy or greasy. It’s definitely a nice feeling to apply it before bedtime, almost a little luxurious ritual. The skin around the eyes feels well-hydrated in the morning, and that’s understandably positive. Especially when you want to avoid dryness or a tight feeling. During the day: Here comes my honesty.. I’m probably not the right target group for eye creams. I rarely have issues with puffiness, dark circles, or irritation around the eyes, and honestly, I’ve never really experienced that eye products have any noticeable effect on me. So not here either. I don’t notice any dramatic difference. It feels good, yes. It looks fresh, yes. But I can’t claim that I see any “before and after.” Price-wise, it feels like a product that leans a bit towards the overpriced side, but that might mostly be because I personally don’t notice a big difference. For someone who needs extra care right around the eyes, it could certainly be a different experience. I use this as part of my evening routine, and I’m actually thinking of giving it another chance in the fall. That’s when the skin around my eyes usually gets extra dry and sensitive. If that happens again, I will definitely update with a new review, because it feels like this could be a product that shows its value only then. So, is it a bad product? No. Is it a necessary product for me personally? Not right now. But I like how it feels, how it applies, and that it doesn’t irritate my sensitive skin. And that’s worth something too. A nice addition to the evening routine. Maybe not a must-have, but a little plus for the feeling of everyday luxury. [hashtag] [hashtag]

Hey Caroline! ❤ Thanks for the detailed review of the product! Sounds great with the packaging and the feeling after application. Maybe it's because you don't have so many issues with the eye area that it doesn't feel like there's much difference after use, and it's nice that you don't have so many problems 🥰 Have a wonderful day 🍓

    New favorite!

Not exactly the best time to try new skincare, right in the middle of a skin crisis… But sometimes you have to take a chance, and luckily I did! My skin has been nothing short of unpredictable... One day super dry, the next day oily and shiny. As if that wasn't enough, I recently found out that I have mild rosacea, so I've put almost all active skincare on the shelf for a while. But then I tried Estelle & Thild's series for sensitive skin, and you know what? I was really positively surprised. There are skincare products, and then there are those that actually make a difference. The night cream definitely falls into the second category for me. I've been testing it for several weeks now and feel it's time to give it the recognition it deserves. Packaging & first impression: Just like with the brand's other products, it comes in a pump bottle, which I personally love. It's hygienic, practical, and makes it incredibly easy to dose the right amount. No risk of dipping fingers into a jar or overdosing. It's really a small detail that makes a big difference. Scent & feel: It's basically completely fragrance-free, and that's so nice! No perfume that bothers or irritates, just a neutral and pleasant feeling on the skin. It's also light in consistency, yet deeply moisturizing. It's absolutely not greasy, heavy, or sticky, which is otherwise a common problem for me with night creams. It absorbs quickly, but without feeling like it "disappears". The skin feels protected, hydrated, and cared for all night long. At night: I like to have a light moisturizer during the day, but at night I want my skin to really recover deeply. And that's exactly what this night cream does. I wake up with skin that feels soft, hydrated, and balanced. Not shiny, not tight, not irritated. Effect on my rosacea: To the most unexpected but welcome: my rosacea. I don't have the worst type in the world, but I've long struggled with redness, flushing, and sensitivity, especially in the morning. After using this night cream, I noticed that my skin feels calmer, less red, and much more harmonious. It's not a magical spell, but I see a clear improvement. I want to emphasize that this is not a product that is specifically marketed for rosacea or skin issues, but for me, it has worked as a calming, stabilizing, and safe base in my evening routine. And that is worth so much. It hasn't worsened anything, but rather helped to create balance. For those of you looking for an effective, gentle, and balanced night cream that doesn't compromise on sensitivity or results, give this one a chance! It works quietly in the background but does a fantastic job. [hashtag] [hashtag]

    Fantastic!

Okay, maybe not the best timing to try new skincare in the middle of a skin disaster, but sometimes you have to take a chance, and I'm glad I did. My skin has been anything but stable.. One day dry as dust, the next day oily and greasy. To top it off, I was recently diagnosed with mild rosacea, so I've paused almost all active skincare. But Estelle & Thild's line for sensitive skin is specifically designed for this type of problem, and you know what? I was actually pleasantly surprised 🙌 Packaging & first impression: All three products I've tested come in practical pump bottles (love!!!). I usually think that pumps can dispense too much product, but these are easy to control and give just the right amount. Easy to dose without overflow. Scent & feel: The cream is almost fragrance-free, which I really appreciate when my skin is out of balance. No perfumed feel that could disturb or irritate. The formula is soft and pliable, neither too runny nor too thick. It glides easily over the skin and absorbs quickly without leaving any greasy residue. Throughout the day: I've used it as step two after cleansing, both alone and under makeup (with and without primer), and it works great as a base. It provides enough hydration so I don't feel the tightness in my skin, but at the same time feels light and airy. I find that my skin feels calmer, less reactive, and above all not dry. Effect on my rosacea: No, the cream hasn't magically erased my breakouts, but that's not what I expected. What it has done, however, is not worsen anything. No redness, no stinging, no pimples. Just a mild, stable feeling of hydration and balance. And that's exactly what I needed. In summary: A simple but incredibly well-thought-out day cream for you with sensitive, unbalanced skin, and I would even dare to say if you have rosacea-prone skin. It doesn't do more than it should, but that's exactly the point. Calming, hydrating, fragrance-free, and gentle. Perfect for everyday use, and a really good base in a minimalist skincare routine. #lykoinflutester #estellethild

    A real gem!

The first thing I reacted to is that many think it has an inappropriate scent for hair care as it leans towards a more unisex scent, but I must say that the scent is among the absolute best I’ve experienced in hair products – fresh, luxurious, and lasts in the hair until the next wash. The product is very concentrated, so a small amount goes a long way. Even though I have thin and frizzy hair, my hair feels both fuller and thicker after washing. I usually let the shampoo sit for 3-5 minutes to get the maximum plumping effect, and it really makes a difference! The conditioner moisturizes the lengths nicely without weighing it down. The price is completely reasonable, especially if you buy the large pack – then it lasts extra long and is really worth the price. A strong recommendation for you who want both volume, scent, and care in one! I appreciate that Kevin Murphy’s products can be combined excellently between different lines, and I can recommend that these two together with the Young again mask are an absolute top combination! 😍

    A really impressive hair serum!

I was recommended this by my hairdresser, and I was very positively surprised 😍 The scent is wonderful! Fresh and pleasant without being overwhelming. The serum is light in consistency and doesn't weigh the hair down, which makes it perfect even for thinner hair types. It absorbs quickly without leaving any greasy feeling. Moreover, it is very economical – a small amount goes a long way, which means the bottle lasts a long time. Frizzy ends become more manageable already after the first use. Sure, it is a bit expensive... But I actually think it's worth every penny. The hair feels luxurious after each use. A really good product that delivers on scent, feel, and results 🫶🏼

    Not worth the hype..

I had pretty high expectations for this product since it’s been so hyped, but unfortunately, it didn’t quite live up to them for me. I have thin hair that easily becomes dry and frizzy, and I haven’t seen any significant improvement since I started using it other than that it makes my hair more manageable and shiny. However, it is a little goes a long way product – a small amount is enough, which means it lasts a long time. It also smells fantastic, and I really appreciate the convenient tube packaging that feels both practical and hygienic. It might work better for other hair types, but for me, unfortunately, it was no miracle cure.

No home run, but still a noteworthy budget.

As a #Influtester, I have tested the entire hair care line from IZEL Beauty for about two months, and here comes my honest review of the heat spray – a product that is a no-brainer part of my hair routine and therefore something I have high expectations for. ✨ Packaging & application The bottle has a sleek and nice design that matches the rest of the line, and the spray function is really good – an even, finely distributed spray that doesn’t get messy or overload the hair. This makes application easy and pleasant, which I really appreciate. 🌸 Scent The heat spray has the most intense scent of all the products in the line. It is sweet, floral, and really perfume-heavy – something that some will surely love, especially if you want your hair to smell long. Personally, I find it a bit too strong for my taste. 🫧 Effect & results My hair is thin, fine, and easy to weigh down, so I am always cautious with styling products. This heat spray distributes nicely over the lengths without making the hair heavy, which is a big plus. Right after use, I notice that my hair gets a nice shine and a fresh look after styling with heat tools. But unfortunately, the effect stops there. For me, who has hair that easily becomes frizzy, brittle, and needs a lot of moisture and protection, this spray does not do enough. It provides shine, but not the protection or nourishing feel I seek in a really good heat protectant. 🎉 Summary A pretty bottle, good spray pattern, and a nice first impression – but unfortunately, the product does not deliver fully. For those who want shine and scent, it may work, but for us with more demanding hair types that need effective heat protection and extra nourishment, it doesn’t quite make the cut.

    Wished for more of this..

As part of my assignment as a #Influtester, I have tested the entire hair care series from IZEL Beauty for about two months. Here are my thoughts on the series' hair serum. ✨ Packaging & Design Just like the other products in the series, the packaging is sleek and pretty – something that really elevates the overall impression. I especially appreciate that the serum comes in tube form, which I always prefer over bottles or pumps – simple, practical, and hygienic. A big plus! 🌷 Scent The serum has the same intense, floral, and sweet scent as the rest of the series. For those who like scented hair products, it’s definitely a plus – but personally, I would have liked a somewhat milder and fresher scent. 🫧 Effect & Result My thin, frizzy Scandinavian hair requires a lot of moisture, so I had high expectations for this serum. Initially, it gives a nice shine and makes the hair softer and more manageable – something I appreciated. But unfortunately, the effect didn’t last long enough for my hair. I felt that I needed to use a lot of product to see any difference, which doesn’t suit me as I prefer a product to be economical and last long. Although the hair initially feels hydrated, it quickly felt dry and brittle again – especially after blow-drying or when I let it air dry. After a few uses, I switched back to another serum that gives my hair that extra boost I’m looking for. 🎉 Summary The serum delivers some shine and manageability, but for me, it lacked the deep, long-lasting hydration I need. For the right hair type, it could surely work well, but for my dry and thin hair, it unfortunately wasn’t sufficient. The nice design and practical packaging still save the overall impression a bit. #influtester #izelbeauty

Hey Caroline! 🥰 Thanks for the detailed review 💖 It seems like you have another serum that you think works better, which is great since this one didn't quite hit the mark. It's fun to try new things, and I hope you find other exciting products to test out in the future 🌸

    For high expectations..

As part of my role as a #Influtester, I have tested the entire hair care series from IZEL Beauty for about two months – and here comes my review of the hair mask in the series. ✨ Packaging & design The packaging is really nice and sleek, which makes the product look luxurious on the shower shelf. It’s always an extra plus when the products not only feel good but also look good. 💐 Scent Just like the other products in the series, the hair mask has a distinct and sweet scent – a mix of flowers and vanilla. The scent is quite intense, which some will surely appreciate, but for me, it was almost too much. I would have preferred a slightly fresher and more discreet scent. 🫧 Result & effect The mask absolutely does its job when it comes to making my fine, thin, and slightly frizzy hair soft and more manageable right after use. But unfortunately, I find that the result doesn’t last long. My hair feels dry and lacks the moisture and elasticity I expect from a moisturizing hair mask. As a quick "glow-up" before an evening, it works, but if you’re looking for long-lasting care and nourishment for your hair, this might not be the right product. 🎉 Summary IZEL Beauty's hair mask is beautiful to look at and provides a quick, visible result. But for my hair, it lacks the deep hydration I need for it to feel healthy in the long run. I had hoped for more, but for the right hair type, this can still be a cost-effective and effective mask for short-term results. #influtester #izelbeauty
