The only mascara I've bought multiple times
I have short and fairly straight lashes. I often have trouble losing them when the eyeliner goes on. Also, I never get both volume and length, but this mascara has actually changed everything. I really liked Too Faced "Better Than Sex" before, but it crumbled and dried too slowly, so the lashes easily got clumpy if you didn't have patience. This mascara from ABH has a similar brush, so you get the same nice lift and volume but none of the bad from the other. My lashes bend with the brush and dry quickly so the next layer doesn't weigh down the lashes by clumping them together. Then you get a nice length without it crumbling. The lashes hold all day and look nice despite thick liner. I prefer to buy the smaller tube because I don't wear makeup more than 1-2 times a week. You should change mascara often, so the small one lasts well for me and it lasts almost half a year! At the end of that period, I still think the effect is like from a newly opened product! My sensitive eyes don't complain either despite age, so this gets the highest rating! I won't look for anything else because I'm so satisfied! Excellent grip and really good brush
For someone like me who needs eyeliner in their makeup routine, the brush is key. This brush is probably the best I've used for my eyeliner. The ergonomic grip makes the brush incredibly comfortable to hold. With a stable grip, the line becomes perfect. I get my eyeliner on quickly and sharply. Many brushes also get worse over time, but this one seems to have held up well for me for quite a while. I'm very rough when I clean my brushes after each use, but this one maintains its shape despite my rough treatment. Gloss isn’t my thing but this did good for my lips
I actually don’t like gloss at all, especially not on my lips, but this isn’t just a gloss, it’s also an oil that softens. My lips feel amazing when I have the oil on. It’s so softening! However, that’s the only positive thing about this gloss. The gloss lasts for an hour. Then the lips become matte again. The oil is tinted but for those with darker lips it doesn’t leave any color at all. Also, I don’t get the point of the oil tasting good. You just want to lick the oil off instead. Easy to work with product but hard to determine the color
I really liked this product, but unfortunately, I find it hard to determine which shade is right if you don’t want a blush. I chose a bronzer/contour shade that still looked like it would suit me, but when I worked it in, I felt it disappeared a bit on me. But aside from this flaw, it’s an incredibly smooth product that is also very easy to work with. Many cream products get patchy and dry too fast, but this one stays creamy for a long time and blends out nicely. Completely okay foundation but no “wow”
This foundation provides an even skin tone and is supposed to have a radiant matte finish. After using it a few times, I think it lives up to most expectations. However, it’s not the best foundation I’ve used and it’s not something I plan to continue using. Radiant and matte rarely go hand in hand, and for someone with dry skin, I find matte isn’t particularly flattering on me. However, the product itself is great if that’s the look you’re going for. The foundation doesn’t irritate my sensitive skin and doesn’t oxidize throughout the day, so it’s long-lasting. However, I don’t think it provides very good coverage with one layer and you have to build it up quite a bit. I have pigmentation that needs quite a bit of work. After a few layers, it doesn’t feel so light anymore. The product is also very thin, so it runs quickly down the brush if you like to apply with a brush first. You have to be quick! Super cute kit for the little one
This is a super cute kit that comes in a lovely toiletry bag - perfect for anyone wanting to give this as a gift. The contents are also of good quality. The cloths are super soft and gentle on the little one's skin. The soap is really lovely. I find it hard to find good soap that doesn't irritate my little one's skin since he is an atopic like me, but this one worked fine. I've tested it for three baths, and it has gone well every time. The hairbrush is a bit too soft for my son, who is 21 months old and has thick hair, but for a newborn, it is perfect. The brush works better as a shower brush for him instead. The only thing that prevents me from giving this kit a full score is the oil. The oil itself is superb. It's probably the best baby oil I've used. But I can't stand screw caps for products I need to use at the changing table. They disappear so easily and take time to screw off. You can be stressed one day, and that day will be the last day you see the cap. No, screw caps belong at home among medications and food, not something like this. My new favorite
When my old foundation had been out of stock for over a year, I decided to switch. Fenty's products have worked before but have been a bit too oily after a whole day, but this is a new variant for us with dry skin. And wow! I'm glad my old one didn't come back because otherwise, I would have never found this gem! This foundation doesn't feel on the face, breathes well, and looks like my own skin but smoother. The coverage is amazing. I took two pumps for the whole face. You get a nice glow that lasts all day without getting cakey or oily. I will buy this again. I have shade 300. In the picture without glasses, you see the whole look. In the picture with glasses, you see the look after a whole day of adventure, sweat, and running! Headache
I was super excited about this spray, but oh, what a disappointment it was! Normally, Maria Nila is my lifesaver in a pinch, but this one didn't cut it. The spray is said to improve hair structure through its ingredients, but I noticed no noticeable difference at all. My hair is frizzy, and I have some damaged areas. I wasn't expecting a miracle, but for 499 kr, you want to see something at least. But the worst part is not even how little effect it has on my hair, but the horrible smell. It smells like a perfume shop with just one spray, and I still need quite a bit for my long hair. I feel like my pillow smells like men's perfume right now, and I've gotten such a headache from the scent that I had to wash it off and put the pillow in the wash. Great mirror with great light
I have now tested a makeup mirror and think it is very good. It provides fantastic light that can be switched in several different settings for those who want to see from different perspectives. The mirror also has a dimmer, so if you think the light is too bright, this can be adjusted. However, I find the buttons a bit sluggish as you have to press a couple of times before anything happens - or maybe I lack patience. But this is the reason why the mirror doesn't get a full score. It is also quite heavy, so it should be standing in one place. Not something you carry around easily. But that's of course completely okay too. Something I miss about the mirror is a side for magnification, as that is often why I have an extra mirror. If you look at the picture of my makeup table, you can see that this mirror is incredibly unnecessary for me. So I will give it away. Better than expected
I rarely expect Nordic products to work well for me and my skin, but here I was pleasantly surprised. The cream evened out my skin tone nicely and is perfect for those who just want a smooth look without covering too much. The cream also feels light on the skin and is easy to work with. However, I think I chose a shade that was a bit too dark for me, but that's not the end of the world since I can adjust it with other products. The makeup also held up all day, so I am very satisfied. I was out in the rain and walked around without anything getting ruined. However, it's not a full score for me here. I find that it stings a little on my cheeks when I just apply the product, possibly due to the acids in the cream. And I'm not so fond of the scent! It doesn't smell very pleasant. But overall, I am satisfied and will definitely use the rest of the tube's contents!
