🥵🦾I know the struggle, so here are my best tips! 💦 Ways to refresh hair after a workout: 1. 🧴 Co-wash/cleansing conditioner Perfect if you have curly hair and want to avoid over-washing with shampoo several days a week. Massage into the scalp (just like with shampoo) and scrunch through the lengths. Rinse + finish with regular conditioner in the lengths if needed (varies by brand). Style your hair as usual afterwards. 💨 Dry shampoo Spray into the scalp where it’s sweaty or oily. Massage in or blow-dry with cool air. 🕒 Quick option when you don’t have time to shower but the scalp looks shiny. You can easily refresh the lengths with a little water + a refresh spray/conditioner spray! Find good hair ties! Preferably gentle ones in silk, my favorites are from ByBarb.
