    When you wake up and your hair is almost stuck to your head because it’s time to wash it but you’re going out for a run and don’t want to wash your hair before the run.. Then you get less happy when your husband thinks you should go run an errand.. But luckily we have quick fixes. Can I manage? Since I’m going out for a run later, I’ve only used a few products in my makeup. Mascara (waterproof since this one holds up during running), blush, and lip liner. I’ve gotten hooked on this pencil. A bit unsure what color it is because all the text on it fell off immediately. They should look into that for their own sake.     Always SPF when running in the sun!

    ☀ I always apply before I run – especially when the sun is shining. When I sweat, I find that my skin becomes extra sensitive to burning, so I apply on all exposed skin and extra carefully on my face, shoulders, and tattoos. 🧮 On my face, I use Beauty of Joseon Relief Sun Aqua. It feels like a moisturizing day cream, with high SPF and without niacinamide – perfect for me as I easily get reactions from niacinamide. This is my go-to whether I’m at work, home, in the garden, at the beach, you name it. It gives a nice glow without becoming greasy. đŸ‘¶ On my body, I use ACO Sun Kids Spray SPF 50. It’s actually for kids – but I love how convenient it is. Spray, done. It’s water-resistant and works just as well on my run as it does at the beach. Yep, I even have this at the beach. Maybe more of a product we share freely in the family. 👀 I previously used Dr. Ceuracle Hyal Reyouth Moist Sun on my face. It gives a more glass skin glow and is suitable for you if you like that – if you can tolerate niacinamide – and aren’t externally dry. My friend, who has drier and perhaps especially externally dry skin, finds it funny that Hysl Reyouth MOIST sun dries her out. I have normal, maybe slightly dry, skin and haven’t experienced that.
