A great alternative for you with dry and/or sensitive skin 👌🏻
I have had the opportunity and honor to test two products from Klairs: Rich Moist Soothing Serum (80ml) and Rich Moist Soothing Cream (80ml). 🫶🏻 The Rich Moist Soothing Cream is supposed to be a deeply moisturizing cream that strengthens the skin's protective barrier and is specially designed and recommended for sensitive skin. Perfect for this time of year with winter and dry air! Personally, I don't have major issues with either dry or sensitive skin, just a few small dry patches around my nostrils and generally a bit drier in winter than in other seasons. Therefore, I never buy face creams that are specifically designed for dry skin – those products tend to be too greasy for me. My husband, on the other hand, has very dry skin (year-round) and is incredibly sensitive. He flakes as soon as he neglects to moisturize, and he needs very gentle, moisturizing, and soothing products, otherwise his skin becomes red, spotty, and stings. He felt like a perfect candidate for these products. So he got to do this test with me - and he is also the one who stands for the before-and-after picture this time! 😄 My husband's thoughts: Doesn't sting, doesn't itch, stops flaking, and it lasts pretty much all day. It can get a bit dry by evening, which he doesn't experience with his regular face cream. But there is also a couple of hundred kronor difference between the products, so for this price, it's more than approved, he says, and it definitely lives up to what it promises. I have tested both with and without the accompanying serum, and I believe it gets a bit better with the serum, but it's not a must; it works to use just the face cream if you want. My thoughts: I expected a very greasy cream, but I don't think it is; I was almost a little surprised at how light it was. For me, it is actually just the right amount of moisturizing (in winter) without looking greasy or shiny. However, I think it might be a bit too moisturizing for me in spring/summer, but it is very pleasant now during winter. Good durability – my skin feels moisturized all day. 👌🏻 I have also tested using both with and without the serum, and I agree that it gets a bit better with the serum. As mentioned, we have used the product together, so a total of about 3-4 times a day over the course of a month, and there is just over half left. I would therefore say that one package lasts about 3-4 months, depending on how much you use. About 400 kr for up to 3-4 months of use we find more than reasonable and very affordable! 👌🏻 The only critical comment I have is about the packaging; It is a tube that feels like a wide toothpaste tube or an ointment you buy at the pharmacy. I wasn't really a fan of that; I would have preferred a slightly nicer design. 🫣 So for you who have dry and/or sensitive skin that often reacts to skincare products; this could absolutely be an alternative for you to try! #Klairs #LykoInflutester1 product in post A great alternative for you with dry and/or sensitive skin 👌🏻77 views - The post was made 1 dayRating: 5 out of 5Verifierad testare
A fantastic option for you with sensitive skin! 👌🏻
I had the opportunity and honor to test two products from Klairs: Rich Moist Soothing Serum (80ml) and Rich Moist Soothing Cream (80ml). 🫶🏻 Rich Moist Soothing Serum is a moisturizing and soothing serum, specially designed and recommended for sensitive skin. Perfect for winter and the dry air! Personally, I don’t have major issues with either dry or sensitive skin, just a few dry patches around the nostrils and generally a bit drier in winter than in other seasons. My husband, however, has very dry skin (year-round) and is incredibly sensitive. He flakes as soon as he neglects moisturizing, and he needs very gentle, moisturizing, and soothing products, otherwise his skin becomes all red, spotty, and stings. He felt like a perfect candidate for these products. So he got to do this test with me - and he is also the one who stands for the before-and-after picture this time! My husband's thoughts: He rarely uses serum normally, so he doesn’t really have much to compare with. But like the face cream, the serum doesn’t sting. It doesn’t itch, it stops flaking, and it absorbs quickly into the skin. I’ve tested both with and without the serum and feel that it gets a bit better with the serum, but it’s not a must. I can absolutely recommend the combination of serum + face cream for those who have sensitive and/or dry skin, and are looking for gentle and soothing products. 👍🏻 My thoughts: I’m a real sucker for serums and use it daily in both my morning and evening routines. I usually have very dry skin, and often buy serums that have more properties than just moisture focus (my usual products generally have a strong focus on anti-aging and evening out skin tone). But now, being pregnant, I’ve had to pause a large part of those products and work with some gentler variants, and it was perfect to test this serum! The serum has a good texture - on the thicker side, which I prefer - and absorbs quickly, and my skin feels very soft and smooth, and stays hydrated all day. 👌🏻 As mentioned, we both used the product together, so a total of about 3-4 times a day over a month, and only about a third has been used? If you’re one person, then a pack should last at least.. 4 months? It’s incredibly economical, in other words! And very reasonably priced with generous size! A super good option for you if you’re looking for a moisturizing serum! Thumbs up from us! 🙌🏻 #Klairs #LykoInflutester1 product in post A fantastic option for you with sensitive skin! 👌🏻62 views - The post was made 2 monthsRating: 4 out of 5Verifierad testare
Perfect perfume for you if you prefer floral and summery scents 🌸
Here we have a perfume that is summery, floral, and playful, a bit on the youthful side. 🌸 It is said to be inspired by a cold ice pop/sorbet on a warm summer day, and I really think you can feel that inspiration in the scent! Top notes: - Golden peach sorbet - Black currant buds - Grapefruit tonic Heart notes: - Dewy peony - Airy freesia - Gentiana Base notes: - Sandalwood - Crystal amber - Juniper - Benzoin I think you can feel many of the scent notes above, especially peach and peony, but it is very floral and sweet, so I can imagine that it is also freesia and gentiana that you can sense. However, I don’t really notice the base notes, personally I would have liked more amber and sandalwood to tone down the floral aspect a bit and achieve a better balance - but that’s a matter of taste. Considering both the perfume's name and the bottle's appearance, you might think it should smell more citrusy, that was something I at least expected. But there is actually none of that. The bottle is playful and colorful - a bit too much for my taste - but it still fits with the style they are going for. The longevity is incredibly good, I’ve spritzed a bit in the morning and haven’t needed to reapply anything at all throughout the day. It might be a bit strong at first, but settles nicely after a while. For me, who likes a bit heavier and more elegant scents (my red thread is apparently vanilla/jasmine together with patchouli/musk/woody - almost a bit autumnal), DKNY’s Ice Pop Collection Citrus Splash wasn’t a perfect match. So if I had rated it solely based on personal preferences, it would have received a significantly lower score. But now I rate it based on whether it lives up to its description or not. And I definitely think it does! So, if you like floral, summery, and sweet scents, you will probably enjoy this one! 👌🏻 #DKNY #Lykoinflutester1 product in post Perfect perfume for you if you prefer floral and summery scents 🌸 - The post was made 4 monthsRating: 4 out of 5Verifierad testare
Perfect for you with pigmentation!
I got, as a Lyko Influtester, the TOTALLY fantastic opportunity to test this LED mask from Silk’n. A magical mission! Thank you! 🫶🏻 My skin is quite uncomplicated today, but I have had my fair share of problem skin when I was younger. So a few small traces of that are probably still left. I also feel that my skin has started to feel a bit saggy (😂) and shiny, so I was most excited to see if the mask could help on that front, and maybe reduce some small signs of aging that have started to show up… In addition, I have, during the summers, a larger skin pigmentation on my forehead from careless sunbathing in my younger days. (Wow, that sounds like I’m 100. I’m not. I’m 34). The pigmentation doesn’t really bother me, but I was a bit curious to see if the mask could reduce it. It became something a bit more concrete to test. I have tested the mask for two months, and after getting used to it according to the instructions, I have used it daily (the EMS function should not be used more than max 3 times/week). The mask has four different settings, and I have mainly used setting 1 (focus on fine lines and wrinkles as well as lifting effect) and setting 2 (focus on pigmentation, redness, and uneven skin tone). The first two to three times feel a bit unusual maybe - no pain or discomfort, just unusual. But now I think it’s incredibly nice and relaxing to use. Almost like I’m falling asleep, actually 😄 With the EMS function on, it feels like a little facial massage. Perfect end to the day! And the result? ⭐️ - The pigmentation on my forehead has decreased significantly, it’s actually almost gone. See upper before and after picture. - I see no significant difference regarding my existing fine lines on my forehead. However, it could be that the mask prevents the emergence of new ones. - My skin looks firmer and more radiant, and some small blemishes have decreased (see lower before and after picture - but unfortunately, I don’t think it shows as well in the pictures as in reality). The only negative thing I have to say about the mask is the Velcro straps. I can’t quite get the lower strap right every time. It sits too far down to be able to tighten as tightly as the upper strap. This leads to the mask sitting a bit unevenly, and not sitting properly everywhere, without me having to press a little myself with my hands. At least if I’m sitting/standing up, lying down it works fine. A minor detail really, but it’s still about 3995kr so worth mentioning. It gets a high rating from me as I believe it delivers what it promises. I had high expectations and I think it lives up to them! Can absolutely recommend it, especially for you who struggle with pigmentation and/or uneven skin tone. #silkn #influtester #lykoinflutester1 product in post Perfect for you with pigmentation! - The post was made 6 months
So WOW!
But pull me backwards, I was about to fall off my chair when I saw my next assignment! 😍 What an honor, it’s going to be SO exciting to try this LED mask. Thank you so much for the trust, Lyko and Silk’n! 🫶🏻 #Influtester #Silkn - The post was made 6 monthsRating: 2 out of 5Verifierad testare
Doesn't smell nice
As an Influtester, I had the opportunity to test some of Lyko's new sun protection products. Super fun! ☺️ Unfortunately, this face mist was not a favorite of mine. The mist itself is very light and pleasant, and it gets a plus for being SPF 50. I like the concept of spray/mist, it feels less sticky and easier to reapply than traditional sunscreens. However, you need to use a pretty large amount with each application, so the question is how long it lasts. I also don't think the protection is as good as with traditional SPF in a tube, but it works great as a complement! But that's how it is with most SPF in spray format. Like the body spray, I just have to comment on the design. It actually looks a bit too dull compared to Lyko's other products, which usually have a very cute design. What really brings down the rating is the smell. It's not pleasant. It smells.. musty. Old. Like it might be bad, so it was even to the point that I asked for a new one to test. When bottle number 2 smelled bad too, I asked if the intention was for it to smell like the other products in the line - which go towards vanilla/coconut. I thought that in that case it would be very easy to determine if there was something wrong with my samples or not. But I didn't get an answer to that, so I have to assume that this is how it is supposed to smell. After reading some other reviews, I am still unsure, it seems to be a bit mixed - some smell super good and others just okay? 🤔 It could be that I had really bad luck with my bottles, and it is super unfortunate and a shame to lower the rating because of two Monday products, but I don't have much else to go on. If I were to overlook the smell, the product would have received at least 3 stars. #ByLyko #LykoInflutester1 product in post Doesn't smell nice10118 views - The post was made 7 monthsRating: 3 out of 5Verifierad testare
Nice product, but no full score
I have, as an Influtester, had the opportunity to test Lyko's new day cream/SPF. Super fun! ☺️ During the testing period, the weather has only been mediocre with limited sun, and SPF 30 might be enough, but I would have liked to see it as SPF 50 if I'm going to use it in the summer. The scent is incredibly sweet, like candy? I can imagine that there are others who like it, but for me (who prefers more scent-neutral products/natural scents on my face) it is just way, way too intensely sweet for a regular workday. 😅 It gives a really nice glow, and it works great as a primer before makeup. The makeup applies nicely and stays well all day! 👌🏻 I have used it as the last step in my routine, and I, who don't really have major issues with my skin (neither oily nor dry), still feel that my skin dries out a bit, so I would have wished it was a bit more moisturizing. At least if you're going to use it as a standalone day cream, of course, you can supplement with another, moisturizing cream. As a primer, it is definitely approved, also as a glow-giving product. But as sun protection and as a standalone face cream, it unfortunately falls a bit too short for me to buy it. #LykoInflutester #ByLyko1 product in post Nice product, but no full score493 views - The post was made 7 monthsRating: 4 out of 5Verifierad testare
Positively Surprised!
As an Influtester, I got the chance to try out some of Lyko's new sun protection products ☺️ The products from By Lyko usually have a very cute design, but what happened here? 😬 The bottle feels and looks cheap and super dull? Sorry Lyko, but can you make it look nicer? 🫣 That's why I was skeptical the first time I was going to try it, but OJ how positively surprised I was! I got schooled, you could say. A really lovely and light oil, that doesn't get all sticky or.. yeah.. oily. I love that it has such a spray applicator, so you don't have to mess around with your hands when refilling. With this in my bag, I know I will definitely reapply more often than if it had been a tube. It really smells like summer, I think it's like coconut/vanilla? A bit too much and a bit too sweet for a “normal day at work” for me - but I will absolutely use it on vacation/at the beach/in my free time. I usually use SPF 50 on my face and alternate between 30 and 50 on my body. So this being 30 could work for me, but I (like many others) would have liked a 50 as well. I will definitely continue to use this and can totally see myself buying it again later (despite the design 😉)! Thumbs up! #LykoInflutester #ByLyko1 product in post Positively Surprised! Janna

Love!
I had the opportunity and pleasure to test three products from Shiseido for a month. A fantastic brand with many lovely and popular products, so the joy and anticipation was total when I received these products 🤩 My skin: I don't have any major challenges with dryness/oily skin/acne/pores, more than that it can lean towards the drier side during the winter. In that way, my skin is fairly uncomplicated, but as a 30-something and a parent of small children, my skin has started to look a bit.. tired and dull, and a couple of fine lines have started to show up here and there. This eye cream is supposed to reduce visible wrinkles in just a few days. Right around the eyes, I don't have many fine lines - just a little rascal, and it still sits there after a month of use 😆 But it should also prevent the appearance of new wrinkles, and that could very well be! What I really like about the product is that I feel like I look much more awake under my eyes! I can often look a bit dark and puffy under my eyes when I'm tired, and I think the cream reduces that significantly. Another plus is that it is incredibly economical. You only need a minimal amount of it, so it lasts a long time. And the jar is really pretty and luxurious, that must be mentioned! ✨ The only thing I can see as a bit negative is the price. I understand that you might hesitate a bit about it, even though it is a really good eye cream that will last a long time. But maybe you can wait until it’s on sale? #Shiseido #Lykoinflutester1 product in post Love!509 views
