No, no, no…
I have now used this maybe a dozen times (or almost at least). So I feel that I have a good understanding of the product, so I can give a fair review. Or to be honest, I probably felt that way already after the first use. And it’s probably very easy to get a sense of a product after just one use, if the product is fantastically good, or very bad? This one is unfortunately the latter. When you read the description, it sounds like this is a really good hair mask (or treatment as I usually call it😄). The description promises, among other things, that the mask will strengthen from within, provide moisture and shine, and restore damaged hair. I don’t have directly damaged hair. I use heat protection every time I use heat tools, and it’s not extremely long since I got a haircut. But I won’t say no to moisture and shine, as I have curly hair that can often feel dry. As I said, the hair mask seems promising. Avocado oil, rice protein, shea butter… Yes, you hear it yourself! How perfect is this for my hair?! I have a lot of hair! Thick. Many and coarse hair strands. And I don’t mind if products weigh my hair down, since I have so much volume in my hair. 😅 So what does this do for my hair? Nada. I had good expectations for this. But it just makes my hair even drier. 🤔😩 When I squeeze it out of the packaging, it is very thick in consistency. You would think that should be a good product for my hair. But no. I have to use a lot of conditioner afterwards for my hair to be somewhat easy to detangle. On the plus side, I find this: simple packaging with snap lid. Produced in Europe (shorter transport distance). And packaging made from sugar cane. Vegan.🌱 But all these positive aspects unfortunately do not outweigh when the product itself is really bad. How happy was I when I got this as an influencer test assignment?! 😃 I bought my previous/current hair dryer in 2019, and it has been a "favorite" ever since. So the fact is that I now have two hair dryers that are my "favorites". ☺️🥰 I have a lot of hair. 🙈😅 Thick hair. Many and strong hair strands. And hair dryers usually always dry my hair, as it takes a long time for thick hair to dry. I also have curly hair. This "little favorite" from OBH nordica is, despite its small size, surprisingly effective. It dries hair as quickly & effectively as traditional/larger hair dryers. 🙌 The hair dryer comes with two nozzles and a diffuser nozzle. Which is a big plus (for my previous one, I had to buy a diffuser nozzle). The dryer is, as mentioned, small and handy, and has already accompanied me on an overseas trip. The dryer "feels good" in the hand and weighs almost nothing. What I see as a big advantage is the noise level of this dryer. It surprised me with its low sound volume. Which is of course a good thing. As mentioned, I usually always dry my hair. And the nozzles that come with the dryer help distribute the heat and dry the hair quickly. Unfortunately, I actually haven't had time to style my curls and thus use the diffuser nozzle. Placed an order a few days ago, even though I ordered "only" about 2 weeks ago. But that is completely reasonable. 😅 I had been keeping an eye on the set with Clarins lip oils, and when they came into stock, I jumped on it. And there was also a 25% discount. 🥳 I had been craving Ole Henriksen's lip balm with shimmer for several months. So with a discounted price, there was nothing to hesitate over. I had the previous version of Lyko's heat protection "beat the heat". So it will be a bit exciting to see if it is the same product, just a new packaging. ☺️ I am a heavy user of hand cream, so also fun to try a new kind. I imagine this one from Ellwo has a lighter consistency, since it says hand lotion on the bottle. It has the most amazing pineapple scent! Ooooooomg I love it!! 🍍😍 The shower soap is also lovely on the skin. It’s supposed to be gently exfoliating. And I would believe that it is, because the skin feels smoother/softer after using the shower soap. It also gives a lovely lather. There was a promotion on Armani perfume. So I ordered the smallest size of Si (10ml), and got Passione red musk (15ml) with the purchase. 🥳🎁 In the second order, I got two lip products (essence & Catrine) containing peptides. A new favorite!
I just ran out of a cleansing balm from another brand, and then I got this cleansing balm from Q&A. And going from one "similar product" to another makes me clearly see the differences between these products. So Q&A's cleansing balm: Practical tube with snap lid. The appearance is nice, and appeals to me. I find the cleansing balm has a citrus scent. Not a strong scent, just pleasant. ☺️ The cleansing balm removes absolutely all makeup! Foundation, powder, mascara... I use this one first. Then a water-based cleansing gel. It says here in the description that you should wipe off the cleansing balm with a damp cloth. I rinse it off with water and it works perfectly! Unlike the previous cleansing balm I had, Q&A's doesn't leave a greasy surface on the skin, which I appreciate. I haven't tested much from Q&A. Just their caffeine eye serum and glycolic acid toner. Those were nice products. ☺️ And since the cleansing balm is fantastic, I'm excited for more products from Q&A. I would say that Q&A is a budget brand. And here you get a whole 125 grams for 139kr! This will most likely lead to more purchases in the future! 😍 #lykoreviewTranslated from swedish
