The perfect "spray" mist!
I think it gives the perfect spray/mist. It is so lovely, and it doesn't get "spotty" from it. Like some other setting sprays can do if it gets too wet in one spot and the makeup almost comes off. Very moisturizing, and it can be used before, during, and after makeup, and the makeup looks incredible! You get so wonderfully glowy and incredibly smooth from it. Unfortunately(!!) not for me💔
I got to try this Setting Spray from Fenty Beauty, and my experience with it is that there is potential for it to be a really good product, but unfortunately it just didn't suit me optimally. To start with, I rarely wear makeup and very little. I can imagine that you get more out of the product's functions if you use more foundation and other makeup. I personally use a maximum of a thin layer of BB cream at its height and a little bronzer/rouge. I have used the spray over just primer, tinted sunscreen, or BB cream as well as cream bronzer and blush. There I absolutely experience that the makeup's longevity is good, especially considering that I haven't even used powder. However, it probably doesn't quite suit my skin type unfortunately. I have combination/oily skin, and this lays almost like a shiny film on the makeup. It makes me just look oily in the skin, I think. It’s like it continues to look wet even after the spray has dried in. The skin then feels a bit sticky, but not in a “sticky” way, rather like a glass surface. The formula is light and pleasant. It creates very small droplets that distribute evenly. That it’s a metal bottle feels nice, but unfortunately it had gotten a small dent during delivery. A slightly strange scent brings the rating down a bit, but otherwise I find this to be a really good product that just doesn't suit me! I’m posting a video where you can see the finish. Look especially at the T-zone and chin, and you’ll surely understand what I mean by looking oily. Okay WOW – Fenty Beauty Setting Spray is truly a game changer! 😍 I’ve tried many setting sprays, but none have kept my makeup in place this long and still felt fresh all day! I did my makeup at 7:00 AM this day, and when the car is taken at 5:00 PM almost 6:00 PM, I look freshly made up!!! The ultimate setting spray
I have tried many setting sprays in my life, and I think this one really stands out. The spray feels light and fresh, and doesn't smell toxic like setting sprays normally do when they are alcohol-based. I have extremely acne-prone skin and can happily say that I haven't had any new breakouts with this setting spray! The makeup holds up really well, even through moisture, sweat, and the dance floor. I also think that my skin feels hydrated instead of dry with this, if anything it feels maybe a little on the oily side. The spray also gives a nice, natural finish without flashback in photos. The setting spray is alcohol and fragrance-free, which I really appreciate! The bottle feels really luxurious with hard aluminum, and the spray itself works wonderfully, just a couple of sprays to cover the whole face. You mist
I love Fenty Beauty but wasn't super impressed with this one, it might be that it doesn't suit my skin!💔 However, I am a big fan of the bottle, I like that it's not plastic and äääääääälove that it's such a nice mist, it lays super nicely over the face!✨ But! I have combination skin and am very dry now during the last months of the year, so I want a setting spray with lots of moisture. Nice mist
💦 I have as #lykoinflutester tried this setting spray from #fentybeauty! 💦 I have mixed feelings about this spray. What is good is that I really like the very fine mist, that it is fragrance-free, and I think my makeup holds a bit better with it. What I thought was less good is that I didn't really experience the makeup ”melting together” like with other wet setting sprays I've tried. When I spray it, my skin, as mentioned, becomes very wet but dries so that it almost feels ”dry,” even though you get glow in the moment. I don't feel like my setting powder, for example, melts in, but it still looks dry. On the other hand, I feel that my skin becomes less shiny throughout the day. In the video, I haven't used anything to refresh my base during the day, and it still looks nice despite a combination skin type! 💜 What I would have wished from this spray is that it melted my base together better, so that powder products ”disappear” into the cream products, and that the skin becomes more glowy in a natural and hydrated way, rather than the base looking more powdery. Fantastic Setting Spray
I finally tried Fenty Beauty's You Mist Makeup-Extending Setting Spray, and I have to say I'm really impressed! I've been using it for a few weeks now, both for everyday and before longer days, and here are my thoughts: Right from the first spray, I noticed how fine and even the mist is, it feels almost like a cloud of moisture landing on the skin. No big drops, no sticky feeling, just a light and even mist that really envelops the makeup perfectly. The packaging also feels luxurious and sleek, just like everything from Fenty. After I spray it over my makeup, everything really melts together. The base looks smoother, the powder looks less dry, and the whole makeup gets a natural, fresh finish. I love that it extends the wear of the makeup, but without making the skin shiny or heavy. I've used it both right after I did my makeup and even during the day to really melt all the layers together! Magic in a bottle
LYKO has FINALLY gotten #fentybeauty! This is exciting news and as #lykoinflutester I had the honor of testing the FENTY BEAUTY setting spray! I LOVE this spray because - YOU GET WHAT IT PROMISES - MAKEUP LASTS FOR HOURS I tested the makeup for several hours and I was really impressed. Throughout the day, I was outside, cleaning, and even had a baby eating on my face. Despite ALL of this, my makeup still looked fresh and good! I don’t know what they put in the bottle, but it’s completely magical!! I highly recommend this product if you want to look dewy. If you have issues with oil, I recommend using a mattifying primer under the makeup.
