Natural and nice
This blush from Idun Minerals was on my wishlist for a long time, but now it has been in my hands for a few months. Very satisfied and think it looks really nice and natural on the skin. It can be built up for more color as it is not that pigmented. But I still prefer quite a little and natural blush, so this suits me perfectly. So no huge color shock that you can get with certain products😅 Just the right size and convenient packaging👍🏼 There are many more beautiful colors, but I have the color smultron🍓 #lykoreviewTranslated from swedish

No, unfortunately 🙈
Ordered this on win & loss. As many of you know, I love blush. Not a single day without blush, is a bit of my life motto. Then there are of course days when I actually don’t wear blush. Like when I was in Cyprus recently, for example. I haven’t really tested extremely much from idun. But I love their mascaras. And also their brushes. That’s probably what I’ve tested from idun. So I assumed I would like their blush. But unfortunately. I would say I have a medium skin tone. Bought the color rhubarb. So it’s not an ugly color. But I think it’s too weak for me. It’s much lighter on the skin than it looks in the product photo, and also as “full cake” in the packaging. I think the color rhubarb suits light skin. I also think there’s too little shimmer in it. That’s of course a matter of taste, but I want a clear shimmer. I remember asking the question here under the product, and asked if it’s shimmery. And got a yes in response. The case/packaging is made of paper. I assume it’s supposed to be environmentally friendly? I don’t like the packaging. I think if you use the blush a lot, the “blush part” will come out. Because there’s nothing that locks the packaging. I also think the packaging can wear out quickly and get damaged faster. Many (like me) might store makeup that is used on a daily basis in the bathroom. The packaging can hardly be moisture resistant? One thing I usually do with powder products (setting powder, blush, and bronzer, for example) is to use the inside of the lid to “swirl around” the brush in, after I’ve picked up product/powder on the brush, to get an even amount distributed on the brush. That obviously can’t be done with such a case. The application: I find the product/blush to be low pigmented. I had to apply many layers/take a larger amount than any other blush I’ve used. So the blush was easy to blend out, to avoid a sharp edge where you applied and didn’t. I have (unfortunately) a blood vessel that has burst on my cheek, so I have a little red spot. After foundation, I apply concealer and finally setting powder. So then the red spot is gone! Right there, where I applied concealer, a lot of pigment from the blush stuck. So instead of a red spot, I got instead a pink spot (from the blush). 😩 A, no… This was not for me. But just what I don’t like about this, is maybe what someone likes about this? And I will continue to love Idun’s mascaras and brushes, even though the blush wasn’t for me. ☺️ #lykoreviewTranslated from swedish
