Light, moisturizing, and shine-giving!
This is a nice shampoo that I think suits several hair types and works really well for my hair with many fine strands of long length and a lot of bleached highlights. It gives a nice shine and is a light shampoo that provides quite a bit of moisture. The shampoo has the nice classic design of the bottle like Kerastase with a new light pink color that is really pretty. The shampoo is transparent and smells just as fantastic as the rest of this new lovely series with shine-giving effect. A wonderful scent of grapefruit, rose, and other flowers! I love it🌸. The shampoo lathers a lot when washing with a soft lather that is really nice, and my hair becomes both clean from the shampoo and also quite soft, but not so soft that it doesn't have volume; still, the hair feels nice, smooth, and light after being shampooed. I really enjoy washing my hair with it. I have previously used the shampoo in the Chronologiste series from Kerastase, and they both contain hyaluronic acid and have moisturizing properties, and I think they have quite a few similarities. But the scent and price are the most obvious differences. This shampoo from the Gloss Absolu series gives a lighter hair with more volume and also a bit more shine, which it is primarily supposed to provide as well. I think it’s a shampoo that is really good to use when I want to look nice in my hair. To have airy hair with shine. It gets five out of five, the highest rating from me. This series is really very good and lovely to use. Quality product but not recommended due to the price and not cruelty free
A little about me: Long, thin, fine hair that often gets frizzy - especially in the summer heat🌞 Sensitive scalp. Quality product in super cute packaging🩷 (The whole series looks absolutely wonderful together on the bathroom shelf!) My hair felt soft and voluminous after use, and less frizzy. Additionally, my scalp felt less irritated. However, you can get a comparable product for less money. An incredible product!
I had the honor of testing this shampoo, and I just want to say wow wow wow! With other shampoos, I usually need to shampoo at least 2 times. But with this one, it felt like it would have actually been enough with just one!! time. However, I am used to shampooing twice, so I did this with this shampoo as well, and my hair felt really clean in a completely different way. I would really recommend this to anyone with long hair that can be a bit frizzy and easily get tangled. After, my hair became incredibly manageable, and I also feel that my hair is fuller. I also used the conditioner from the same series, which I also recommend. I promise it’s worth every penny. Plus, the product is so concentrated that you don’t need much at all. As you can see in my pictures, I have very thick hair, but I didn’t even need nearly as much as I usually do with other products. Lovely shampoo with a feeling of luxury!
I have tested the shampoo on my long, slightly frizzy hair. I think the consistency of the shampoo was good, smelled nice, and was fairly economical. I have a bit of a dry scalp and unfortunately, it wasn't my best friend, but absolutely a shampoo I can see myself using again. Fantastic shampoo
I have tested Kérastase Gloss Absolu Bain Hydra-Glaze Shampoo. It smells fantastic - fresh but not too strong. After washing, my hair feels both shiny, less frizzy, and airy. My hair feels completely crispy during washing and makes that crackling sound that it only makes when the hair is really clean. Although the shampoo is designed to prevent frizzy hair, it works incredibly well for my combination hair that can be dry/frizzy in the lengths and oily on top. I have long used both Kérastase Premiere Bain shampoo and Genesis shampoo which can also be recommended, but this one is definitely a new favorite. Very lovely feeling
Shampoo with a completely fantastic scent! It glides easily and is easy to manage. When the hair dries, I immediately feel how clean and airy the hair is. You can't stop running your fingers through the hair! After one use, however, I don't see any major difference in the frizz, but the hair became incredibly shiny and I have long frizzy hair, so the results might show after a few uses. When I shampooed my hair, I noticed that it felt very voluminous. It created a nice lather that smells fantastic. Kérastase Gloss Absolu Bain Hydra-Glaze Shampoo
So lucky am I to finally say that I have tested the entire gloss absolu series from Kerastase. I received a package with Kerastase's gloss absolu shampoo, conditioner, and glaze drops as a test pilot for Smartson🎀 The first thing you notice is clearly the luxurious packaging, and the scent you are greeted with (wild rose). The shampoo cleanses the hair deeply, I always use 2x, and then rinse thoroughly🫶🏼 My hair becomes super shiny after every shower, and I get many compliments on how good it smells. I also have very curly and somewhat frizzy hair that gets tamed by using this shampoo. Since I have tested the shampoo for a few months, I can wholeheartedly recommend it. *I have previously bought and tested the Gloss Absolu shampoo myself and tried this for a few months. Anti-Frizz Glaze Milk Heat Protection is not included in the package I received, I have also tested that for a few months. I have not tried the Gloss Absolu Insta Glaze Conditioner before. Salon Wash at Home
I’m lucky to participate as a test pilot via Smartson and have received a free test product🫶 My hair feels heavy and lifeless, quickly the feeling that it’s getting greasy. After a shower, even with conditioner, I can never run my fingers through it like with this product here. It was like velvet, just in towel-dried hair. Even softer and shinier it became too. The use from the bottle is economical, so these last long! And the scent is lovely. Here you get the salon wash feeling at home in the shower. I tested the Kérastase Gloss Absolu line on my long and frizzy hair, and I am really impressed! The products make my hair soft, much more manageable, and easier to style. I experience less frizz and a beautiful, natural shine that makes my hair look healthy and well-groomed. One small downside might be that the line is quite perfumed – that’s probably a matter of taste. Personally, I really like the scent because it feels luxurious and lasts a long time in the hair. All in all, a hair care line that really delivers, especially if you want shiny and more controlled hair. Nice and lovely shampoo
The packaging is the classic Kerastase, and it’s just so pretty to have on display! It lathers well in the hair, but it gives my hair a bit of a "dry" feeling. That it washes too thoroughly 😅 if that makes sense.. but when the hair is dry, there’s nothing. But the scent is so lovely and it really feels like pampering to use this line. My hair doesn’t fall apart, I have very fine hair. But it just stays fresh longer.
