Wonderfully scented and shine-giving oil. Swipe for a picture of hair 💖
I had the pleasure of testing this fine hair oil that is supposed to give hair shine, and it really does! My hair is very long and has a lot of bleached highlights, and my hair color is basically medium blonde. I have thick hair that mostly consists of fine strands. The hair is dry, both because it is treated and because it is long. The oil comes in a super cute and nice round glass packaging in light pink glass that I like to have on display in the bathroom as a decor item. The pipette that you use to pick up and dispense the oil works just as it should! The oil itself is light in consistency; it is the lightest hair oil I have actually used from Kerastase! So it works well to apply as needed; my hair doesn't get too heavy from it even once. Sometimes I take two pumps in my hair and get a huge amount throughout my hair, and frizz disappears immediately! The scent of this series from Kerastase is incredibly good! So this is, at the same time with its fine shine-giving effect, a perfume oil for the hair with a wonderful scent of grapefruit, rose, and other flowers. The scent is fresh, and I really enjoy having it in my hair. I highly recommend getting the oil if you want a nice shine-giving and light oil with a bonus, the wonderful scent! Quality product but not recommended due to the price and not cruelty free
A little about me: Long, thin, fine hair that often gets frizzy - especially in the summer heat🌞 Sensitive scalp. Quality product in super cute packaging, seriously one of the prettiest packages I have ever seen for a hair care product🩷 (The whole line looks absolutely wonderful together on the bathroom shelf!) My hair felt soft and voluminous after use, and less frizzy. Additionally, my scalp felt less irritated. However, you can get similar products for less money. Shine
This hair oil has quickly found its way into my regular routine. The bottle is beautiful and easy to use with its dropper, and the oil feels light and silky. The scent is a bit strong, but the results speak for themselves – the hair becomes shiny, soft, and healthy without being greasy. My fine hair gets new life and a natural glow, and I love that it still feels light. A perfect finish to the Gloss Absolu series! Lovely design
The design of the hair oil is super elegant and it works really well with the little pipette that helps to dose the product. The oil is long-lasting in use and you don't need more than a couple of drops. The consistency of the oil is really nice and of good quality. However, I don't think the oil helps much with frizz, but it does make the hair shiny and super soft. If I have to say something negative about the product, it has a VERY strong perfume scent that lingers for a long time. Changed the scent?
There has been a long wait after this sold out the first time. Now that I finally got my hands on it again, it smells significantly sharper, of rose. And I don't like it. I liked the scent of the first bottle I used. Something must have changed(?) Otherwise, I like the oil against frizz. Not worth the price
I bought this after wanting to invest in a more expensive hair oil that isn't too heavy for the hair. But when I finally tried the product, I can't say I was impressed. I don't feel that it gives much shine, and you need quite a bit of product to see a difference. The Gloss Absolu oil is meant to be the last step to seal in shine and softness, but it works best when you use the whole line together 🤗 The shampoo and conditioner build the foundation, the leave-in spray (Anti-Frizz Glaze Milk) smooths and protects the hair, and then the oil is the cherry on top that seals in the shine ✨ This way, the difference becomes much clearer and the hair gets that really luxurious, mirror-like finish 👌🏼 Have a nice day 🩷

It smells luxurious!
After the enormous praise and all the positive reviews this has received, I finally couldn't resist and clicked this home! Since I have thin, fine, and typically Scandinavian hair, this should be perfect for me! I love Kérastase and have all my hair care from them! And among other things, their Elixir ultime L’huile originale oil that I have used for many years! So now the question was whether this new hair oil would become a new favorite or the old one would remain! And with the result in hand; this smells magically good! You feel like you’re taken on a trip to the Riviera and Nice where you carry expensive designer bags and enjoy an Espresso ☕️ 🤍 You feel super feminine and beautiful just from the scent 💕🌸🩷 The oil is very economical and will last a long time! But after a few weeks of use, I realize that it neither tames my frizz particularly effectively nor gives any direct shine either! However, the hair becomes incredibly soft and easier to work with! But when it comes to frizz and shine, it actually doesn’t beat my old faithful; Elixir ultime! However, I will use this until the bottle is empty, and just the scent makes me want to buy it again! Kérastase doesn't disappoint you 🤩
Kérastase gloss absolu glaze drops 🥰 The first impression you get from the bottle is luxury. A round glass bottle with a dropper. The oil is rose-colored and smells divine. Please, make a perfume out of this???? It smells a bit sweet of wild rose but still mature in some way. The oil is very light, so it also suits those with thin, fine hair. It doesn't weigh down, leaves no residue, and doesn't make the hair greasy. I've used the oil both on dry and towel-dried hair and find that it works just as well either way. The hair becomes soft and shiny without frizz. Even though the bottle may seem small, it is a concentrated product that lasts a long time. It doesn't take many drops for my relatively long and thick hair. I love Kérastase products, but was a bit worried that this oil would be too light for my hair, but it wasn't. It works perfectly. 😍 First time in a while that I really have nothing negative to say.
