2 monthsverified customerIt's not the same product
Ordered the Rome color like I have many times before, but received a slightly different packaging. When I asked your customer service, they said it was the same product with a new look. But it’s not. The "new" one is runny and smells extremely strong, it doesn't even look like the same shade. I'm very disappointed.5 likes2517 viewsEncade
1 dayWhen contacting customer service, they said it was the same but improved (hardly), so Rome is being replaced and now they become Lisbon.

I have naturally light blonde, very thin hair of baby quality, but I think the color has become a bit ashy in tone over the years, and it looks dull. For several years, I've bleached my roots 2 times/year with Schwarzkopf's mild bleach (2-4 levels of lift), but it's no longer available 😢 so I tried this one. This one burned immediately on my scalp! I even got 2 small sores, and this is supposed to be a mild bleach... I've never experienced anything like it. But I was very dry on my scalp, so that might have played a role. It was easy to apply (I use a brush to overlap as little as possible, just putting the bleach in all my hair for a few minutes before rinsing out). It bleached very evenly, and the line between new and old bleach is barely visible. I let it sit for an extra 5 minutes because it looked a bit yellow (see picture just before rinsing), but the hair still turned out really light yellow, instead of just lightly light yellow like it did with Schwarzkopf's bleach, which I could rinse out earlier. I needed to put a good amount of silver mask in dry hair the next day to get an okay blonde color and will now need to tone it to reduce the yellow. Next time, I will have to try another brand.+1
