Good for neutralizing copper tones in average hair
I wanted a color that would be the same darkness level as my own hair color, but would neutralize unwanted copper tones from the ends and lengths after bleaching (the background has been a project from dark brown to my own color). + effectively neutralizes copper tones + easy to apply + did nothing to the roots, so the darkness was perfect for my natural color and I don't have to worry about the roots + just the result I hoped for + quick processing time - the fumes were particularly strong for the eyes and nose during the coloring 5/5! Exactly what I hoped for. 😍1 product in post Good for neutralizing copper tones in average hair6560 views - Most helpful negativeThe post was made 1 yearsRating: 1 out of 5verified customer
It's not the same product
Ordered the Rome color like I have many times before, but received a slightly different packaging. When I asked your customer service, they said it was the same product with a new look. But it’s not. The "new" one is runny and smells extremely strong, it doesn't even look like the same shade. I'm very disappointed.1 product in post It's not the same product12458 views- The comment was made 1 yearsWhen contacting customer service, they said it was the same but improved (hardly), so Rome is being replaced and now they become Lisbon.

10.21?
Hi! I want to lighten my roots by 2-3 shades, would 10.21 work well or is it not recommended? 😅1 product in post 10.21?410 views- The user's roll: Customer service at Lyko. The comment was made 2 weeksHi! 👋😊 It can lighten your roots by 2-3 levels if your hair is natural and untreated, since it is a lightening blonde color (high-lift). However, the result will not be as light as the lightest highlights in the front, but more in line with the darker beige-blonde parts in the lengths. The result will likely be in a warmer shade! It is super important that you always test on a small strand first to see what result you can expect and how the hair reacts. All the best! 🩷1 likes

Which of these lightening products would suit best?
Which of these Loreal Paris Preference lightening products should I choose, since I have naturally yellowish blonde hair that I want to lighten a bit and remove the yellow tones from? I would like a fairly light ash blonde type of result.1 product in post Which of these lightening products would suit best?593 views- The user's roll: Customer service at Lyko. 9.1
Does this 9.1 lighten at all?1 product in post 9.1825 views- The user's roll: Hairdresser at Lyko. The comment was made 2 monthsHi Maria! 👋🏼😊 This can lighten the hair a little bit since it is a permanent color, it can only lighten untreated hair 🤗 For best results, I recommend having a starting level around 7–8, meaning very light brown hair. Then you can get a more neutral blonde tone where the ashy shade helps to tone down warmth. If your own hair color is already around lightness level 9, the effect will mainly be a slight refresh with a cooler tone, rather than a clear lightening 🤍 Have a nice day ☀️

Does 7.1 bleach as well?
Does the shade 7.1 bleach or just color? :)1 product in post Does 7.1 bleach as well?1040 views- The user's roll: Hairdresser at Lyko. The comment was made 3 monthsHi Linnea! 👋🏼😊 This is a permanent hair color and does not bleach the hair. Since the color contains hydrogen peroxide, your natural, untreated pigments will be slightly lightened so that the color pigments can adhere best to the hair. On already colored hair, it instead works more to adjust the tone and give a nice cool/ashy shade 🥰 Have a great day ☀️

Good toning for light brown hair.
These are good for giving a cool tone, but make the hair darker than you might expect, so choose a shade lighter or leave the product in for a shorter time.1 product in post Good toning for light brown hair.1359 views - The post was made 8 monthsRating: 5 out of 5verified customer

7.1 Iceland
Hey, can this have a lightening effect if I have completely untreated roots? I was primarily thinking of using it on the lengths that are highlighted to cool them down, and I would prefer to avoid turning orange in the roots if that's the case 😅 Thanks!1 product in post 7.1 Iceland2965 views- The user's roll: Hairdresser at Lyko. The comment was made 8 monthsHey Olivia! 😍 If your highlights are bleached to the golden side, this ashy tone can make them have a slightly greenish hue ✨ (blue + yellow = green). It also depends on how dark your roots are – if they are darker than a 7a, the color can lighten the roots. To get the best results and see which shade suits you, I recommend doing our Hair Color Test, where you get tailored advice for both lengths and roots 🥰 lyko.com/sv/beauty-scan/harfargstestet Have a nice day ☃️1 likes

Ammonia
Does this contain ammonia?1 product in post Ammonia4475 views- The user's roll: Customer service at Lyko. The comment was made 9 monthsHello!😍 Yes, L'Oréal Paris Preference contains ammonia. It is the ammonia that helps the color penetrate the hair strand and provide a more durable result! 🙏🏼 Take care!

Color Roots
Coloring this roots has bleached hair, but my roots turn that grayish brown that all blondes get when they dye their hair. Will this be able to color it?1 product in post Color Roots2682 views- The user's roll: Customer service at Lyko. The comment was made 9 monthsHey Nellie!
