Unfortunately not a favorite for me
I had high expectations for this gloss, but unfortunately it didn’t quite live up to them. On me, it sits more like a layer on top of the lips instead of blending in, and after a while it starts to crumble. This makes it uncomfortable to wear for a longer time. Ordered Birthday suit because the one in the picture looks like a light pink gloss with pigment. When I got it home, it is peachy and more transparent. lets fudge (shade) - 90s/00s vibe
Wish it lasted a bit longer, but the shade is beautiful. My lips have strong blue/violet undertones, so this shows up as a pale pink on me rather than a concealer-lip shade. With an ashy brown liner, it gives the perfect ’90s/00s vibe. Disappointed ~ hard to work with and drying 👎
I really hoped for more from this gloss, but unfortunately it was a big disappointment. • Application: It’s a struggle to get any product on the applicator! You have to dip and swipe countless times just to get a somewhat decent layer on the lips. Very time-consuming and frustrating. • Feeling on the lips: Instead of moisturizing, it feels dry and almost like it’s sucking all the moisture out of the lips. Not at all the soft, glossy finish you want. My tip: Skip the Boss Gloss and go for By Lykos Lip Oils instead!
