I had the honor of testing Clinique’s lip products and I am incredibly impressed! Clinique Almost Lipstick Black Honey I have never tried a color like this before, so it was a completely new experience for me, and I love it! Clinique Almost Lipstick in Black Honey has a fantastic, universally flattering shade that looks so natural and elegant. The best part is that the color is easy to build up; a swipe gives a soft tone, but you can easily apply more for a deeper pigment. The formula is also incredibly soft and pleasant, and it doesn’t dry out the lips at all, which is a big plus. It feels like a perfect blend between a balm and a lipstick, and I really understand why it’s a cult favorite. I will definitely be using this often! Not quite friends with this
I like the concept, and it gives a nice shine. The color was a bit too reddish-brown for my taste, but that's probably more about my own lips and preferences. It's easy to apply and has a simple and neat packaging. 🤍 My problem with this is that I can't get it to lay nicely, it goes on incredibly streaky on my lips and I can't "smudge" it out either. Liked the concept of no packaging
The color and concept are totally okay...but the tube the lipstick came in is broken so it can't be twisted up and I have about 90% left of the stick...so sad.27 views- The user's roll: Customer service at Lyko. Price and quality do not match at all. The color was really nice, which is the only plus. It didn't stay on the lips at all, but clumped in the lines and dried out the lips. I'm used to having to reapply lipstick/gloss throughout the workday, but with this one, I didn't even make it to work before it had already disappeared from my lips. I would have to reapply every 30 minutes. If the price had been 8€, I wouldn't have been so disappointed. But the price is over 30€, so you would expect some quality. Very, very nice, always have it with me in my bag. I find that it gives my lips a ”plump” (without it stinging, I want to point out) which surprises me a lot because that was not at all what I expected. I thought it was placebo until my boyfriend also noticed it. Great for everyday
I've always liked Clinique overall and their lipsticks. I heard about this lipstick and got curious. I was a bit skeptical, but I think it glides beautifully on the lips and the color looks nice on me. It's not too much color, but gives a very nice natural result on my lips. Then I can build up the color a bit.
