Great multiproduct that keeps its promises💖
I have tried this multiproduct from Matrix that is surprisingly good! This leave-in spray is supposed to give shine to the hair, be detangling, strengthening, and also provide heat protection for the hair! It has been a long time since I used products from Matrix when I test this leave-in spray and other products from Matrix now, and this became one of my favorites! My hair is long and has bleached highlights and consists of many fine hair strands, and yes, I almost wrote that it consists of many tangles instead of hair strands 😁! I need to detangle at least one tangle daily. Even hairdressers say that it is impossible to wash my hair without it tangling. I always have at least one detangler spray, so a tangle-releasing spray handy in my gym bag, and it is as obvious as toothpaste for me to have at home. This spray smells a bit like marzipan, caramel, and floral, and it is a medium to mild scent. I find the scent pleasant and not too sweet; I can't handle overly sweet scents. The packaging works well and provides a good distribution over the hair. It can also be unscrewed and refilled, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed that a refill pouch comes for this💖 It costs 255 kr without a deal, and that is a really good price! Sure, the packaging doesn't look luxurious, but it is a professional product inside, so it gets 5/5 from me. I recommend it as it is great for detangling, protecting my hair from heat, and strengthening my hair. Such a shame that the packaging makes the product worse
I have been able to test some products from this brand for a few weeks, and since everything else has been top-notch, I unfortunately have to say that this one gets a lower rating. It is far from bad, but it doesn't hold the same high level as the other products. It softens, but not much more than that. I don't know if I'm maybe using too little product, but I just don't dare to use more since the actual “spray” is quite hard and goes more straight out than distributing the product when using it. I might have had a completely different feeling if that function were better. But unfortunately, I have to go by the feeling now. I have used several bottles of this leave-in conditioner now, and I absolutely LOVE it! No other leave-in I have tried has made my hair as soft as this one does! However, forget the 20-in-1 marketing.. it's quite ridiculous, because by those standards, almost all leave-ins would be "20-in-1". I spray this leave-in conditioner into a cupped hand and then apply it with my hands to the hair lengths (not the scalp).. it works really well and gives me better control than if I spray. The scent is nice but faint and almost disappears immediately after application.. that doesn't bother me much. Add a separate heat protectant if you're going to flat iron your hair. This leave-in conditioner plus the light oil from Moroccanoil is a winning combo for my hair. I had high expectations for this multi-tasking treatment spray from MATRIX and I am absolutely satisfied with the result.🤖 The hair feels fresh and moisturized after using the spray. I use the spray when the hair has dried a bit but is still damp. I would assert that there is a difference and that the hair feels somewhat fresher on the days I have used the spray vs. when I don't use it. This multi-spray is practical and covers many needs at once, which means you don't have to buy several separate products. For me, the most important thing is that the spray provides heat protection, shine, and moisture, and that it delivers on all these points. 🌳 Covers 20 needs – It's a relief to know that one product can do so much, saving me both time and space in the cabinet. 🌳 Smells good – The spray has a pleasant scent, which makes me want to use it more. 🌳 Heat protection, shine, and moisture – My hair feels protected and gets a light glow after use, with a noticeable moisture boost. 🔋 Uneven spray – The spray could be more even, as it sprays a bit unevenly and gives a feeling of “bumps” in the hair. It's annoying, and I have to go in with my hairbrush to distribute it. A tip is also to spray on a wet brush and then go through it on the hair for an even distribution. 🔋 Minimal effect so far – After one month of use, I've only seen minimal results, which means I won't give it top marks.
