Patchy and flaky
I use milk hydro grip primer, I notice that my makeup doesn't sit on but just clumps together in a patchy way, and also in places where the makeup just completely disappears.. I found out that the water-based primer and the silicone-based foundation from L'Oreal that I use don't go well together… can this primer improve this problem? Impressive Result
