Dries out my scalp
Hmm, I am a bit disappointed with this product. I was really looking forward to trying it because of the positive reviews, but after giving it an honest chance for about a month, I feel I can write a review. Unfortunately, I find that it has dried out my scalp a lot, which I haven't experienced with other shampoos. The hair also feels quite rough, and I usually have soft hair. I've also become dry around my ears and eyelids. Unfortunately, I don't see any noticeable difference in volume. Plus points for the nice and fresh scent and the hair feeling very clean after washing. Also relatively economical and lasts a long time. I find that Maria Nila's volume shampoo works better for me.

💗 A shampoo for that extra volume feeling!
Redken Volume Injection Shampoo is truly a shampoo I like when I want my hair to feel a bit fuller and more alive. I love that feeling of freshly washed hair that feels airy and has a bit more bounce, and that’s exactly the kind of feeling I associate with this shampoo. ✨ What I like right away is how fresh the hair feels after washing. It cleans thoroughly while the hair still feels soft and easy to work with. I especially like it when the hair feels flat or a bit lifeless and I want to get some more volume back. I also think it’s easy to get that salon feeling at home. After washing, the hair feels airy and I find it easier to create volume when I then blow-dry and style it. 🤍 The scent is also really lovely and gives the whole hair wash a more luxurious feel. I really love when hair products make the shower feel a bit more like a visit to the hairdresser. 🥰 This is a shampoo I would especially choose when I want more volume, fullness, and airier hair without having to use lots of styling products. Redken Volume InjectionShampoo
I have Scandinavian fine hair that is naturally flat, my hair is "sensitive" to products containing oils as they quickly weigh my hair down and make it greasy fast. This shampoo is so far 10/10, it makes my hair feel airy and really CLEAN after washing, I get an incredible shine and the hair feels super soft! 😍 I use both the shampoo and conditioner in the same series! The shampoo has a fairly strong floral scent that lingers after blow-drying, but it’s really nothing that bothers me. However, if you are sensitive to strong scents and perfume, this might be a downside!

Didn’t give me much volume, but the hair did become very shiny and manageable. It stayed clean for 3 days, which my hair usually doesn’t. The hair became airy and soft but didn’t quite get the volume I wanted. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for volume. But great if you want soft and clean hair.
