💗 A shampoo for that extra volume feeling!
Redken Volume Injection Shampoo is truly a shampoo I like when I want my hair to feel a bit fuller and more alive. I love that feeling of freshly washed hair that feels airy and has a bit more bounce, and that’s exactly the kind of feeling I associate with this shampoo. ✨ What I like right away is how fresh the hair feels after washing. It cleans thoroughly while the hair still feels soft and easy to work with. I especially like it when the hair feels flat or a bit lifeless and I want to get some volume back. I also find it easy to get that salon feeling at home. After washing, the hair feels airy and I find it easier to create volume when I then blow-dry and style it. 🤍 The scent is also really lovely and gives the whole hair wash a more luxurious feel. I have Scandinavian fine hair that is naturally flat, my hair is "sensitive" to products containing oils as they quickly weigh my hair down and make it greasy fast. This shampoo is so far 10/10, it makes my hair feel airy and really CLEAN after washing, I get an incredible shine and the hair feels super soft! 😍 I use both the shampoo and conditioner in the same series! The shampoo has a fairly strong floral scent that lingers after blow-drying, but it’s really nothing that bothers me. Didn’t give me much volume, but the hair did become very shiny and manageable. It stayed clean for 3 days, which my hair usually doesn’t. The hair became airy and soft but didn’t quite get the volume I wanted. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for volume. New favorite!
I am unfortunately very picky when it comes to hair care, especially when talking about shampoos. I have naturally Scandinavian light hair that is very thin, and I got help from the staff at Lyko in Helsingborg to try this, which quickly became a new favorite. Leaves you with a feeling of freshly washed hair, without it being rough, and I would absolutely say that it gave my hair more volume. I also really appreciate the scent, as well as that the product is economical and lathers well. Good for thick hair?
I've seen a lot of recommendations for this for thin hair, but mine is quite thick, damaged from bleaching, and gets oily extremely fast.
