This is truly the dream peeling for us impatient souls. Works like gold in just 1 minute!! Delicious thick consistency that is easy to apply and easy to wash off. Subtle, nice scent. I got to test the Emma S. exfoliator and mask, and I was pleasantly surprised by both! The exfoliator has a consistency like a thicker face cream, which doesn’t contain visible exfoliating particles, but utilizes AHA and BHA acids for skin exfoliation. I noticed during the first use that it’s best to use this in the evenings, as it was nice to apply a thicker night cream instead of sunscreen and makeup to soothe the redness after use. The product is said to cause a slight tingling sensation, so I was prepared for that. My first impression was that the product had a thick and creamy consistency, was easy to apply, and was very effective. The peel contains active ingredients (AHA and BHA acids), so it’s very important to follow the instructions, as you really see results within 1 minute. I get a warm feeling in my skin after application, and my skin turns slightly red right after - but this calms down quickly, and it’s important to apply a soothing and moisturizing cream right after. Definitely the best peeling I've ever used! So amazing, it really does its job!! On the first use, I got very red, I probably had it on for too long. But what a result & what a glow 😍 I've used it 2 times a week for about 4 weeks, and my skin has become smooth, the pores have minimized enormously & my skin has gotten the world's glow. I've been using the enzyme peeling for about three weeks, as recommended by the manufacturer - twice a week. Before the first use, I did an allergy test because products with AHA BHA acids could cause allergic reactions for me. With the product from Emma S., there were no reactions, which was already a huge plus for me. I apply the product to a cleansed and dried face for about one minute. At the moment of applying the product, I felt a slight tingling, and there was also a feeling of warmth - which the manufacturer informs about. It was a temporary feeling and quickly subsided. And after washing off the peeling - slightly reddened skin, and then - the wow effect. One minute was enough for my face to look beautifully tightened and radiant! I was very surprised by this radiant skin, I didn't observe this with other similar peels. After a few uses, besides a well-cleansed and radiant face, I also noticed a tightening of the pores on my nose and around the nose. Blackheads are a nightmare for my combination skin, and after using the peeling, they are definitely less visible. I used the enzyme peeling in the evening, after washing off the product I chose a gentle barrier care, moisturizing and soothing, and the next day definitely a cream with SPF. The product positively surprised me, primarily for the amazing brightening of the skin and the reduction of the visibility of blackheads. Also a plus for the practical packaging and formula. Emma S. treatment enzyme peel is a chemical peel that I tested for the first time in 2022. I liked the product back then, but I never got around to buying a new tube... So it's wonderful that I got my hands on a new piece! 😍 I don't use physical peels at all, as they are too harsh/scratching for the delicate skin on the face. Additionally, their effect is only superficial. Emma S's peel is amazing in that it contains both AHA and BHA acids! AHA acids exfoliate the skin's surface, remove dead skin cells, and promote cell renewal. In contrast, BHA acids can penetrate deeper into the pores, which helps to cleanse impurities and excess sebum deep within the skin. I was once recommended this peel when my skin was quite textured and I suffered from acne. Effect time: This peel is great because it works in just one minute. You have to be quick with the effect time so that the mask is not on the face for more than a minute. It's that effective. User experience: The mask tingled a bit on my face, but not too much. After rinsing, my skin was slightly red, but I understand that this is normal with this product. These effects are also mentioned in the product description, and the redness calmed down quickly. I feel that the mask has improved my skin's tone, texture, and moisture balance. I haven't had any pimples for a while. 😁 How often to use? You have to be patient with the mask. I use the product once every couple of weeks. I also recommend being careful about what ingredients your facial serums and creams contain. I managed to damage my skin's protective layer because I used a facial cream that contained vitamin C, which is not recommended to combine with AHA and BHA acids. Also, don't use serums or creams with retinol in the days following! However, I managed to calm my skin down by taking a break from the renewing ingredients. During the break, my skin was revived by the lovely Emma S. repairing overnight mask. 🥰 Final thoughts: Even though I managed to irritate my skin, I think Emma S's enzyme mask is a 5/5 product!
