Better than I dared hope for!
I was lucky enough to be assigned as a #lykoinflutester to try out a series of hair products from #WellaProfessionals. It's their Ultimate Smooth series, which includes shampoo, conditioner, hair mask, and hair serum. If you're curious about the other products, my reviews are up to read, but here we have now come to the last step, namely the Hair Serum ✨️ I have quite long hair, typically Scandinavian and bleached with color residues. I think my hair is healthy, and I have no problems with frizz or anything like that. Maybe I'm not the best test person, but I have tried 😊 And the truth is that my expectations were exceeded. Since I have "Scandinavian hair", it is already smooth and shiny. So dry shampoos and texture sprays are my type of products, and I have had a bit of fear that a hair serum would just enhance the smooth, shiny feeling and possibly make the hair feel greasy. So I haven't used any such product, and I don't use any heat tools, so I don't need any heat protection either. This hair serum is apparently a "hair oil in serum form", and I find it very light, which I like! I use it after I've washed my hair in towel-dried hair, take a few pumps, and spread it over the ends and lengths. Then I brush through and let it air dry. I think the serum disappears nicely into the hair, and I don't find it greasy! When it has dried, it also smells lovely of jasmine and vanilla, and just that is a reason for me to want to use it. I don't know if I can say that I've been won over to the other side and have now become a hair serum enthusiast, but I actually like this product. Doesn't feel at all like it's made for my hair
I got to test the Ultimate Smooth series from #wellaprofessionals as a #lykoinflutester, which was fun even though it didn't suit me. In the first picture, you can see how it turned out when I used all the products in the series during the same hair wash. After that, I was much more careful, I can say, and the result wasn't as terrible, even though my hair still always felt dirty. The thing with the whole product line is that it's too much for my natural hair. But if we focus on the hair oil. The part of the hair that has been treated (bleached), which is only the ends, is the only place where I can put this product without the hair strands sticking together or being weighed down. I have to be extremely careful to only take a very little, and that I really only place it at the very ends, where the hair is bleached. If I do it this way, and use it together with a heat protectant, the ends don't dry out when I straighten it. And it's quite usable, after all, since the ends tend to look dry and dull when I've used heat tools. But no, I wasn't particularly fond of the product. It doesn't feel at all like it's made for my hair. So how is my hair? Well, thin and flyaway Scandinavian hair that consists of however many hair strands, which are completely straight. Light, doesn't weigh down, and gives shine and nourishment
As a lykoinfluencer, I have tested the entire Ultimate Smooth series from Wella Professionals, and it has truly transformed my hair! This review is about the Ultimate SmoothMiracle Oil Serum 100 ml. I love using this oil serum both between washes and right after washing. I was a bit skeptical at first since my hair can easily get greasy from oils, but this formula surprised me! Unlike many other oils, it doesn't weigh my hair down but only adds a lovely softness and fantastic shine. It feels light and airy in my hair while providing plenty of moisture – exactly what my blonde, bleached, and naturally curly hair needs during the winter! For me powerful, but at the same time not?
My hair is as follows: Dark brown healthy hair in the lengths, but with split ends that have frizz. I wash my hair a maximum of 2 times a week, and after each shower I blow dry my hair on low heat. In the period I have tested these products, I have used the shampoo every time, and alternated between the conditioner and the hair mask as needed. There is the same neutral and good scent from all the products, I like that, consistency in the product line ties them better together. The scent is simple, not too strong and pleasant. I can't quite put my finger on what it smells like, it's not floral, leans more towards something sweet/caramel-like maybe. The first week or two I used the products in this series, I struggled a lot with greasy hair, even dry shampoo didn't help. My hair adjusted after the first period, so it got better over time. This one was too powerful for me but at the same time not enough, strangely enough. It provided way too much moisture in the scalp and a length down the hair, but didn't give anything special in moisture to my ends where the need is greatest. I need frizz control, which it mostly has but I have come across products that have more «frizz control» to offer. I found that this worked best for me if I avoided putting it all in the scalp, and rather just in the lengths and ends. I just missed more moisture and life in the ends when using this. I like that all the products have risen in the routine on the front of the packaging, and the instruction on how to use it on the back. Already from the first wash, my hair became incredibly shiny and looked healthy almost down to the ends. The first thought after the first wash was «wow what a shine!». And that shine has lasted since day 1 and is still really nice even without any «maintenance» between washes. All in all, I am quite satisfied with this hair series, it is not perfectly matched to my specific needs therefore the product does not get top score from me. But I definitely see that this could be a hit for someone with slightly different hair than mine. I recommend this series for those who might have dry and lifeless hair, because this series really has «pow» effect from the first use! #LYKOINFLUTESTER #WellaProfessionalsTranslated from norwegian

Best product in the series
Was so lucky to receive 4 different products from Wella Professionals' Ultimate Smooth series to test them out. Pros: ✔️ Gives a nice shine and protects against heat ✔️ Helps reduce frizz and makes hair more manageable ✔️ Light consistency that doesn't feel too greasy Cons: ❌ Can be too heavy for fine curls – requires careful dosing ❌ Doesn't provide enough moisture on its own, should be combined with a leave-in cream ❌ The effect is temporary and disappears after a few hours Conclusion: This is a good serum if you need a «final finish» to smooth out frizz and add shine. But for really dry curls, it won't be enough on its own – you also need a moisturizing leave-in or cream. Overall rating of the series for curly, dry hair: If you have curly and dry hair, the mask will be the most useful product for you. The shampoo can be a bit too cleansing, and the conditioner isn't moisturizing enough on its own. As a #LYKOINFLUTESTER, I got to test this lovely series from #WellaProfessionals. I've been using it for a few weeks, and I think my hair has become really nice. I've used Wella Professionals Ultimate Smooth Miracle Oil every day. The serum is a delicate hair oil (with serum texture) that nourishes the hair from the inside and outside and leaves it visibly smoother and shinier. It contains a blend of notes of jasmine, vanilla, bergamot, peach, and sandalwood, and it smells really good! I got my hair cut and took out the hair extensions I had before. My hair is therefore very damaged. And colored. But this series is super nice, and I feel that my hair has become much fresher. It is economical to use and easy to get out of the bottles. My hair is soft, shiny, and feels fresher. The oil absorbs nicely into the hair and doesn't feel greasy. Nothing to complain about!Translated from norwegian

Pretty okay
I have hair that easily gets frizzy, especially on top. And the ends can be a bit dry. I've used hair products that have helped me with this. This hair oil couldn't maintain it, and my hair quickly became frizzy again. I didn't feel that using it on wet hair did anything special for my hair. But it gave shine and moisture in the lengths when my hair was dry. It's economical to use and absorbs without sitting on top of the hair. Good in theory, but not perfect for me
As a #lykoinflutester, I got to try this hair serum. My hair is typically Scandinavian with thin, fine strands. My hair often feels dry, which seems to be standard when you turn 50. The serum comes in a nice pump bottle that dispenses a suitable amount. One pump is enough for my hair. Big plus for containing heat protection and shielding against UV light. All hair products should really do this! On the day of washing, my hair looks wonderfully shiny, but the next day it feels flat and dirty. I can imagine it works much better for thicker hair that doesn't lose so much volume the day after washing. For me, there are better serums and hair oils, so I will pass this on to someone with better waves. I couldn't quite decide whether to give it two or three stars, but it has several good properties, so I will give it a weak 3 from me. #wellaprofessionalsTranslated from swedish

I have been testing this serum for a few weeks now along with several products from the line. I think it is very good. It does exactly what it says it will. The hair becomes shiny, soft, and helps with frizz. I have quite dry and damaged hair and feel that my hair both looks and feels healthier after use. A bit on the pricier side but I would definitely say it is worth it. It is quite economical in use so it lasts a good while! This hair oil is my favorite in the line! It gives lots of shine and moisture without feeling greasy or heavy. Rich hair oil
As #lykoinflutester I got the Wella Professionals Ultimate Smooth series including shampoo, conditioner, mask, and oil serum to try out. I have long, medium-thick hair which is naturally curly but I mostly style it using a blow dryer or straightener after washes. I try to wash my hair less often but don’t like using dry shampoo so much so I wash my hair 2 or 3 times a week. As I have curly hair it gets frizzy easily. I have used this series for around 3 weeks now. Nice pump bottle packaging, easy to control and use. The line has a distinctive floral scent. I like the scent, it’s a mixture of jasmine and mint and woody notes and I enjoy it. The scent lingers for a while but nothing too strong. As it says it’s an oil serum I was expecting it to be very light. It is a light consistence but it’s a very rich formula. The tiniest amount is enough for me. I like to used it just once after the wash and I feel it helps a lot to keep my hair frizz free and smooth. Very happy and satisfied with the result! #WellaProfessionalsTranslated from swedish
