light and effective
I love this product, as it is light, absorbs quickly, and leaves the skin soft without being sticky. I have tried many moisturizers, but this is my "go-to" cream! Sinks in quickly
This skin cream is amazing! I love that it feels thin and almost a little watery in consistency. I, who have normal skin, rarely need heavy creams that barely sink into the skin. This cream sinks into the skin quickly and leaves it non-greasy but still hydrated. I like that it comes in a practical pump bottle and that it can be used for both the face and body. I have keratosis pilaris, which is mainly visible on my upper arms, and therefore I often apply it, as hydrated skin reduces the bumps a bit, and this cream keeps my KP at an okay level👌 I prefer creams that have exfoliating ingredients because of this. While I have been trying this cream, I have, however, exfoliated with a scrub in the shower and then applied this cream afterward. Thin, sinks into the skin quickly and leaves the skin soft and nice! 🙏 I have been eyeing the CeraVe Moisturising Lotion before but haven't tested it, so it was perfect that I got to try it now! And I wasn't disappointed 🤩 I have used it 1-2 times/day, and I have dry skin but not the driest of the driest, and it has given me super soft and nice skin! I also have what is called Keratosis pilaris (small red dots mainly on the upper arms) and it has made a big difference in the skin texture. Areas with Keratosis pilaris often feel bumpy and rough, and my skin has become SO much softer and smoother from this lotion! 👏 I have also tried several different products to improve my Keratosis pilaris, but this one has so far worked best, so much fun! 🤩 Since it is thin (but at the same time very moisturizing!), a tip is to use this thin lotion first on the skin, which can absorb more easily into the skin, and then apply a thicker cream over this to maximize hydration if you are extremely dry! 👌 ☆Can be used on both the face & body! ☆Non-comedogenic ☆Fragrance-free ☆Hypoallergenic ☆Super for Keratosis pilaris 100% worth its price! Moisturized without a sticky feeling!
As #lykoinflutester, I got to test this lotion from #cerave I have previously tried a few products from Cerave, but nothing has stood out significantly or made it into my skincare routine as a go-to, so it was really fun to test this to explore what the brand has to offer. I have very sensitive skin with dry patches on my elbows, and dry patches on my face around the eyes, on the forehead, and chin. Additionally, I get quite oily around my nose but dry on the bridge of my nose, so moisturizing is 95% of my skincare routine. I usually use a lot of products that contain hyaluronic acid as my skin thrives best on it. During the time I have tested the product, I have mainly used it on my face as a day cream but also on my body. The first impression of the packaging was nothing remarkable, but I really liked the pump, and the product was easy to dispense without splattering. The product itself was very light and thinner than the creams I usually use for my face, but that’s because this is a lotion and I usually use cream. I really like how light it feels on the skin, but it’s noticeable that it moisturizes as I haven’t experienced any tightness in my face despite the light and non-sticky consistency. It gives a fresh impression of moisturized skin but no special glow. The product sits really nicely on the skin and works great under makeup, almost as if my base sits better than the previous day cream I used, and I feel that the need to mattify shiny areas has decreased compared to previous creams. On the body, this lotion is perfect if you are like me and dislike the feeling of heavy creams that leave a greasy and unclean feeling. I usually only apply it to the areas that are noticeably dry because of this. But now that I like the consistency on the skin and it absorbs quickly, it feels like I have found a go-to body cream but also a day cream. The only negative I can think of about this product is that it provides light moisture, so it needs to be combined with a heavier/fatter cream for my driest areas not to dry out during the day. So in summary, this product is tailor-made for those of you who have sensitive and very dry skin but dislike the feeling of stickiness. The best thing about this product is really how it has such a light and pleasant consistency.785 views
