If you want more effect after that, you can let it sit longer It can be used if you have highlighted hair. If the highlights are very light and the base color is darker, the light areas can absorb more pigment and become extra cool. So be extra careful with these areas. If you have darker areas without highlights that don’t need toning, you can mix Twinkle Twinkle Silver Conditioner with a regular conditioner to get a softer effect Take care!
