Great with zinc
🩵 I have pretty oily skin, so I was really interested in trying this moisturizer because of the 1% zinc. Zinc is one of my favorite skincare ingredients, especially for oily skin, as it can help balance excess oil throughout the day. 🩵 The texture is very lightweight and absorbs quickly into the skin. 🩵 I personally think it smells nice, but if you’re sensitive to fragrance in skincare, it’s something to be aware of. I was a little concerned that the fragrance might irritate the skin around my eyes, but fortunately I didn’t experience any irritation. 🩵 The only reason I’m giving this product 4 out of 5 stars is that I didn’t feel like it provided enough hydration for my skin. Because of the zinc and mattifying effect, it felt less moisturizing than what I’m used to from a face cream. Glass skin 1/1
🩵 I’ve tried many moisturizers, but this is by far the one that gives the strongest “glass skin” effect. It leaves my skin looking radiant and shiny. If you’re looking for that dewy Korean skincare glow, this cream definitely delivers. 🩵 I have oily skin, and I was pleasantly surprised that it didn’t make my skin much oilier throughout the day. 🤎 The blush comes in a very interesting and practical packaging, really good for precise application. However, the packaging is quite small, and the shade I have requires using a fair amount of product to achieve the desired color, so I assume it would run out quickly. 🤎 My skin tone is neutral with a slight olive undertone, and the shade Meet-Cute is barely visible on my skin. 🤎 The foundation comes in a beautiful, elegant glass bottle, but for some reason it doesn't have a pump or any kind of dispenser, so you have to pour it out first, which is quite impractical. 🤎 It has a very pleasant scent. I'd say it has medium to high coverage, yet it doesn't feel heavy on the skin and gives a beautiful glow. 🤎 My skin is quite oily and tends to get shiny after some time. I have a neutral undertone. I think it looks good and holds well on oily skin as well. 🤎 What I really love about this foundation is the glow it gives to the skin and how well it blends and brings all the other products together. It melts beautifully into the skin and works especially well with cream blush and bronzer. 🤎 It applies nicely with both a brush and fingers. 🤎 I don't wear foundation very often and I haven't tried the older version of this one, but I'm very happy with how it looks on my skin and how it performs with other products. 🤎 My skin tone is neutral with dark under-eyes. The shade I use is 2N, and it works well, it covers dark blue areas nicely. However, for me personally, it's slightly on the lighter side. I could probably go one shade darker so it blends better with the darker tone under my eyes. 🤎 I would say this concealer has a good coverage. It's not very hydrating, but it also doesn't dry out the skin. However, if your skin is already dry, that dryness will be noticeable once you apply the concealer, especially under the eyes 🤎 It doesn't crease as much, but as said, it can emphasize dryness if you don't properly hydrate your under-eye 🤎 The packaging is very elegant, and you get a generous amount of product. Also, so many different shades to choose! 🤎 The applicator is a bit larger than usual for a concealer, but it's still precise and easy to use. Hydrating, but my skin reacted to it
💙 This is a lightweight yet luxurious cream that gives the skin a plump, elastic, and healthy look. The texture sits somewhere between a gel and a cream which works perfect for my combination skin type. 💙 The packaging is beautiful and feels high-end. Another big plus is that it comes in glass and you can also buy a refill, which I love. 💙 This cream does have the classic “La Roche-Posay” scent. It smells pleasant and expensive, like a high-quality cream. 💙 However, my skin did react to it. I also applied it on my neck and experienced some red patches. They disappeared quickly, but I’m pretty sure it was due to the fragrance in the product. 💙 I don’t usually have sensitive skin, so this was a bit disappointing.
