A rich cream that smells heavenly of vanilla 🤍🍦
At first, I thought it could never be worth 499 kr. But just the bottle is really nice and feels a bit more exclusive, love the pump part. Easy to dose the right amount. 🩶 I have used the product for 3 weeks in my usual skincare routine as #lykotestpilot The cream feels rich, creamy, and buttery, but not sticky. Very moisturizing and plumps the skin in a pleasant way. Gives a nice glow immediately✨. For me, who often chooses lighter creams due to acne, it almost feels like a “forbidden fruit” to use 😅 It contains fats (but I think it absorbs well within about 10 minutes). 🧴 Was worried it would trigger my acne, so I introduced it in small amounts (1-2 pumps) about every other day. During the test, I got a few extra small pimples that might be due to the cream, but I’m not 100% sure since I can get pimples for various reasons (need to test longer). 🔴 Together with Emma S. Hyaluronic Essence, I got irritation (probably due to the combination of fragrance ingredients). But with my usual fragrance-free skincare, I haven’t experienced any irritation. 🤍 I totally fell in love with the SCENT and sometimes want to apply more because of it (have to resist😅). Soft, skin-close, warm. Think vanilla ice cream with a little soft white flower, in a balanced way. But powerful, smells for over an hour on the hand (good to know if you’re sensitive). But nice and cozy.🍦🤍 Skin type: 34 years old, acne-prone and combination: surface dry + a bit oily T-zone during the day. Has fine lines. Can sometimes be a bit sensitive, especially to strong scents on the face (but this time it was fine). Unfortunately it didn't suit my skin
I have been able to test this day cream with SPF 20 for a few weeks and I was excited to use a day cream with sun protection since I usually prefer to use them separately. My first impression of the day cream was that the packaging felt luxurious and the scent was nice. It has that classic sunscreen scent that I like. The texture felt light but a bit oily. Unfortunately, the result of this was not just glow, hydration, and sun protection, but it clogged my skin and I got some bigger pimples, which I usually don't get. My skin type is dry on the surface with a more oily T-zone. I have slightly larger pores, so something in combination with my skin unfortunately didn't work. Strong scent!
Basically a totally okay cream. Feels nice and moisturizes well, even though it’s on the greasier side. Absorbs quite poorly, so I don’t use it on days I’m going to wear makeup but keep it for “home days” when it’s okay that the cream takes time to absorb. However, the scent is awful! Incredibly strong perfume scent that smells like the perfumes my grandmother used to wear (which admittedly makes me nostalgic but is not meant as a positive). If you get cream on your lips, your whole mouth tastes like perfume for quite a while afterwards. The rating would have been higher if it weren’t for that.7 views - The user's roll: Lyko Creator. Day Cream with SPF
I really like this day cream! It moisturizes the skin well and gives a beautiful glow that makes the skin look fresh and radiant. The skin feels soft and hydrated after use. The only downside is that I don't think it works so well under makeup. The makeup doesn't sit as nicely and can become a bit uneven. Therefore, I prefer to use it when I'm not wearing makeup. A really good day cream with a few small downsides
I have been testing this day cream for about three weeks now, and overall I really like it in ALMOST every way! It has become a very lovely final step in my morning routine and suits me who has very dry skin. 🧖♀️ What I especially like is how moisturized the skin feels. I usually also like to apply a generous layer of my day cream because my skin is often very dry, but with this one I actually need to be a bit careful. If I take too much, the layer becomes a bit too thick and can feel sticky on the skin. With the right amount, however, it feels very nice and moisturizing! I also have to highlight the pump, which I really like! It makes it easy to get out the right amount of product and feels very smooth to use. However, I am actually a bit less fond of the packaging itself. Compared to the other products I have tested, it doesn’t feel quite as luxurious, which is a bit of a shame because the product itself gives a significantly more luxurious feeling than the packaging does (also considering the price)! I think it feels that way because of the plastic silver lid. I took before and after pictures during the test period and to be completely honest: after three weeks I don’t yet see a big or dramatic difference in the pictures. But considering that three weeks is a fairly short time, I don’t think you should draw any too big conclusions about the long-term results yet. What I can say already is that the skin feels very moisturized and pleasant, and I actually look forward to using it in my routine. Revitalising Day Cream SPF 20 50 ml
I had the honor of being a test pilot for three products from Emma.S. My first impression was that it felt extra luxurious that the products came in nice boxes and were not just loose in the package. Always fun to have something extra to open. I think the products feel and look well-made and fresh. Nice to have them standing on a shelf and not hidden in a drawer 😅✨ I love that the face cream has a pump; it definitely gives me a feeling of extra luxury ✨ The face cream has a pleasant scent; I usually prefer fragrance-free, but this one smells really good. Not at all a sharp scent that can sting the nose. The cream feels nice on the skin and gives a beautiful glow. I don’t have problem skin but have some redness and perioral dermatitis that comes and goes, and it hasn’t reacted to this face cream, which is a big plus for me! Overall, after using all three products, I feel like I have a nice glow, my face feels clean and fresh, and I also notice reduced redness that I easily get on my cheeks due to internal and external factors. Probably good for older skin
Have tested this through #lykotestpilot #lykoinflutester and #emmas ! The packaging feels solid and luxurious, always nice when products come in a box. The bottle itself is nice and luxurious with a sleek design. Great that it’s a pump bottle, it’s convenient and hygienic. The cream itself is a bit thick, I think, but smells light and nice. Would have preferred a fragrance-free product though! My skin is dry with an oily T-zone, has many pores and some acne. Used this after cleansing. It moisturizes but feels a bit greasy! Was a bit tricky to get into the skin, easier on the neck. A plus that it contains SPF. Mixed feelings about this cream. It moisturizes but makes the skin a bit greasy – wish it absorbed more easily. I prefer to use Emma S gel cream from the Bye Bye Pores series as a moisturizer. I’m 40 years old and would probably like to use this when I’m around 60. Will therefore give it to my mom, feels like I have too oily a T-zone for this product. So overall – a nice, luxurious, and quality product that adds moisture but feels too greasy. Probably a nice gift for someone a bit older, would recommend it to them! Revitalising Day Cream SPF 20
I have had the honor to test this cream from Emma S 😍 The first thing I thought about was that the pump bottle was very nice and luxurious. Extra positive was that it is a pump bottle. I have combination skin, but a bit drier in autumn/winter. The pump dispenses a perfect amount and the cream is so smooth when you apply it, it doesn’t smell strong but really smells luxurious. The glow you get is just WOW. It keeps my skin moisturized but doesn’t leave a greasy feeling on the skin like many other creams do for me. After testing it for a few weeks now, my skin is so soft and moisturized and my pigmentation spots on my forehead have actually decreased. Good day cream for mature skin
I think this is a good product overall. The cream has a slightly thicker consistency, so it feels like you need a bit more to get it everywhere. It absorbs quickly into the skin and feels nice on the skin. I have especially noticed a difference in redness and also think that fine lines have become less noticeable. One negative thing is that I think it has a bit of a strange smell, although it’s not something that bothers me a lot. Another negative is that it only contains SPF 20, which for me is too little since I usually use sunscreen with SPF 50 on my face. So that part feels a bit pointless for me, but for someone who doesn’t usually use sunscreen, it’s a good multi-product. Therefore, a slightly lower rating from me, but I definitely think it suits others with more mature skin who want sun protection in their day cream. Overall, I’m satisfied with the product and definitely think it works, but personally, it feels like it suits slightly more mature skin better than my own. Sticky
I have used this day cream for a few weeks, but it was not for me. The packaging is great, a nice and practical pump bottle. Two pumps were enough for my face. I used the cream during the day at first, but it left a sticky film and had trouble absorbing into the skin and made my face sweaty. I then switched to using it at night instead, but the sticky feeling remained. Beautiful Glow ✨🌟🤍
I've had the honor to try some skincare products from Emma S ☁️🤍🫶🏼 The design of this day cream is sleek and the pump bottle makes it very hygienic and very convenient, but when I first pressed out the cream, I was a little hesitant. As someone with dry skin, it didn’t feel powerful or rich enough to save my skin. It has a nice formula with hyaluronic acid, niacinamide, and antioxidants as well as SPF 20. The cream absorbs smoothly and gives an immediate glow, but the sun protection factor feels a bit low for real sunny days and I still needed to apply a fairly generous layer so my skin wouldn’t feel tight after a few hours. I have very dry skin that quickly soaks up all moisture and easily gets dry patches or visible dryness lines if a day cream is too thin. I’m usually skeptical of multifunctional day creams with SPF as they rarely provide enough nourishment for dry skin. The cream softens the skin for the moment and reduces the finest dryness lines thanks to the hyaluronic acid, but it’s not quite enough on its own for me. To keep my dry skin soft and hydrated all day, I need to supplement with a hydrating serum underneath.
