I noticed an immediate difference compared to regular razor blades that quickly become dull, and that don't have a good strip. With 5 blades per razor head, you get a super close shave without having to go over the same area multiple times, which I also think reduces the risk of irritation. They are vegan, which I appreciate, and the best part about these is the strip! It is moisturizing with shea butter, cocoa butter, and jojoba oil, and I hardly even need to use shaving gel as it does all the work itself. It makes shaving both gentle and luxurious, and afterwards, my skin feels soft and hydrated. I've seen a lot of discussion online about Estrid changing their razor blades, but I don't think I've noticed any major difference and still find them much better than the competition, so I would absolutely still recommend Estrid to everyone!! The package with 4 blades also lasts a long time and feels reasonably priced considering the quality. After switching from the blue to the yellow strips on the razor, I have had problems while shaving. Even though I have shaved regularly for over 18 years without any previous issues, I have repeatedly gotten red spots and boils after the switch. These have even needed to be treated with medication. Unfortunately, I will be throwing away the rest of the razor blades, as I do not dare to continue using them.1449 views

It’s completely individual what works best when it comes to shaving, so it makes sense that you’ve had better experiences with other brands. Skin and hair type play a big role, and some need fewer blades, while others need sharper or more flexible heads. After they changed the blades, the quality has not held up. I notice that it almost "pulls" at the skin and hairs when shaving, and that it irritates the skin. Reminds me a bit of cheap disposable razors from Bic. Very disappointing because they were very good before.

I love how easy it is to click the blades into place, and store them in holders to keep them dry between uses. Refilling the blades is also much more economical and environmentally friendly than buying disposable razors🪒 In short: these refills keep the blades fresh, the skin happy, and the ritual sustainable. Use:
