(My #lykoinflutester reviews are as honest as the reviews I write about products I’ve paid for.) This is the leave-in conditioner from Redken’s popular bond building product line. My experience: The scent is very masculine and lasts a long time.. I don’t like smelling like that, so that’s a big minus. But if you look past the scent, it’s a good, creamy leave-in conditioner that also protects hair during blow-drying (if you’re going to straighten or curl your hair, you probably need a separate heat protectant). The silicones make the hair soft, easy to comb, and make the hair look healthy and shiny. Is it worth your money? Meh.. more worth it than the shampoo, but expensive. You can find better, cheaper alternatives. L’Oréal’s bond building line is cheaper.. they have the same owner and similar ingredient lists. But if you really want to try something from Redken’s bond building line, I think it’s enough with either the pre-shampoo treatment, the conditioner, or the leave-in conditioner. First of all, 15 reviews – you have to scroll WAY down to find someone who didn’t get the product for free, and guess what, then the users aren’t as positive anymore. I also understand that those who got the product for free aren’t forced to write positive reviews, but a three-year-old can figure out that you’re more likely to write a positive review to stay in good favor next time free products are handed out. If L’Oreal uses this trick, you understand that the product isn’t very good, otherwise honest reviews would have done the job for them.9021 views
