Lovely shampoo
I have also received this shampoo from the brand #KERASTASE to test as a #LYKOTESTPILOT. Very fun test since Kerastase is one of my absolute favorite brands in hair care🤩 The shampoo lathers very well, and you really don't need much product per wash. Economical product! I always shampoo my hair at least 2 times to get it really clean and fresh🧖♀️ Kerastase always has such nice and luxurious packaging✨ Pink is also my favorite color, which makes this product line extra pretty in my eyes🧷 However, the caps for both the shampoo and conditioner are a bit tricky to screw back on when you're in the shower with wet and slippery hands. The scent is luxurious and fresh in the shampoo, and the scent lingers even after the shower. However, I sometimes find it a bit too strong, so maybe not for the most sensitive. My hair feels soft, smooth, and fresh after use. To know if it helps against hair loss, you probably need to use it for a longer time, but I will continue to use it and see if I notice anything. Terrible smell
Smells just like mosquito repellent, and my hair smells very strongly after washing until the next wash, when the smell intensifies again. THIS SMELL IS AWFUL. If you're sensitive to scents like I am, you should definitely skip this. My hair breaks just as much during washing and afterwards. I haven't noticed any effect on hair loss/breakage 😔 but I will use this up because it was the most expensive shampoo and conditioner of my life. Mediocre shampoo
Kerastase shampoo Genesis Bain Hydra Fortifiant Shampoo is a strengthening shampoo that protects weakened hair prone to hair loss. Contains a unique blend of ingredients that reduce hair loss. During periods of significant hair loss, the product from Kérastase strengthens the hair follicle and thus reduces the risk of hair falling out. The formulation soothes and reduces itching by strengthening the naturally protective barrier of the scalp. I have been trying this shampoo for 3-4 weeks now. I have medium-length blonde hair with light highlights. The hair strands tend to break easily. I hoped to achieve improved hair quality with less hair loss and broken hair strands. The first wash with the shampoo was not a success. The hair felt hard and tangled. This improved after several washes and regular use of the shampoo. I also had some itching and a sensitive scalp. After two weeks, the itching decreased. After 3-4 weeks, there is little tenderness and itching. Delicious shampoo!
I have been so lucky to be #lykotestpilot for #kerastase's genesis series, both shampoo, conditioner, and the serum. I love the shampoo and conditioner, they don't weigh down my Nordic fine hair and smell amazing. I've only used them for a little over 2 weeks (received the products a bit late compared to the review deadline), so I can't give a full assessment on whether it has helped with hair loss. But I can definitely say that I will buy the products again when I run out 🩷 The combination of the products feels very delicious, and I will definitely come with an updated review eventually 😍 I don't give the products full score on the star scale due to the price as they are quite pricey products and I still can't assess whether they are worth it in terms of purpose ☺️ #lykoreviewTranslated from norwegian

Incredible shampoo!
I’ve also been lucky as #lykotestpilot to get to try this shampoo from #kerastase at home for 4 weeks. I’ve dyed Scandinavian thin hair that has been extra dry and damaged this summer. It completely lacked shine and had a lot of frizz! 😅 This shampoo is that it is very concentrated and lathers a lot, 🫧 which I like! You don’t need to use much product at all, and I find that my hair smells fresh and feels very clean. I’ve used this 4 times a week and shampooed my hair 2 times every shower. Still, I haven’t even used half the bottle 🤩 My experience is that my hair has become incredibly soft and shiny, and all the frizz has decreased after using the shampoo and conditioner from this series! 💖 I will definitely buy this again 👍Translated from swedish

The experience in use is also very good. The shampoo lathers nicely without being excessive, and it distributes easily in the hair. Luxurious

During the testing period, I washed my hair anywhere from one to four times a week – depending on need and daily routine. A shampoo I will buy again!
This is the first shampoo I’m trying from Kerastase and I’m impressed. I usually always use shampoos that are focused on hydration and for dry or damaged hair, but I really liked the feeling in my hair after using this. Now, I don’t know if it’s the placebo effect that’s at play or the fact that I’ve been continuously using both shampoo, conditioner, and serum from the Genesis line, but I want to believe that I’ve lost less hair than I usually do during this period. I also appreciate that the bottle is transparent, something I almost never see with shampoo bottles, it’s easy to see how much you’re using and how much you have left in the bottle. I would also say that the product is quite economical, this despite the fact that I always shampoo twice. The only negative thing I have to say about the shampoo is that I don’t like the screw cap. Excellent for fine/thin hair!
I have now tested this shampoo from #kerastase for 4 weeks and am at least very impressed. My hair type: 🫧 Thin/fine hair - also known as Scandinavian hair 🫧 Color-treated hair (Balayage) 🫧 Oily scalp 🫧 Issues with hair loss & broken hair strands I find it very difficult to find hair products for my hair type. Most end up making my hair look dirty, due to too many oils and heavy products or silicones. This shampoo and this series are without a doubt some of the best I have tested for my hair. I have previously used volumizing shampoo to make my hair look lively, but then had issues with dry hair. This shampoo is the perfect middle ground between volume and hair that looks and feels healthy. 🩷 Something special that I have noticed when using this particular series is how easy the hair is to brush when it is wet (I am very careful with this and use a good brush that is meant for this). I find that the hair does not tangle and fall out, which is very rare for me. ✅ Economical formula ✅ Gentle on the scalp ✅ Natural volume without compromising hair health ✅ Hair feels clean for a long time 🚫 Strong scent of rose, which I personally like. I have been #lykotestpilot for shampoo, conditioner, and serum in this series for 4 weeks #kerastase #genesis. My hair type is bleached/dyed, porous, and dry, I think the following about the shampoo: ✅ Will last ~5 months ✅ Fresh scalp, hair feels clean without being dried out ✅ Hair loss has decreased (can't determine if it's the shampoo or the whole series) ✅ Good packaging, easy to take with you without risk of leakage (screw cap) ✅ Smells and scents just right 🆗 For the time the shampoo lasts, I think it's worth the price ❌ The shampoo smells like unisex perfume (but doesn't smell too strong) ❌ Hair smells "dirty" on day 2 By the end of the month, I would say that the hair I usually lose in the shower has decreased significantly, and I think the products perform as described.Translated from swedish

Gentle and luxurious
#lykotestpilot #kerastase This shampoo has high quality, just as I expected from Kérastase 💙 It has a light and creamy consistency that lathers just right, and leaves the hair clean without drying out the scalp. It feels very gentle 🌿 💐 The scent is floral and strong, which I personally really like, but not everyone can handle (10 out of 10 from me 😊). 🕒 After 2.5 weeks of use, my scalp feels balanced and I don't get oily on it, so it really is gentle on it, and I have actually seen a reduction in hair loss that I usually struggle with, especially after washing and while brushing. The hair has gained more strength from the roots 💪 ❌ The only negative I see is the price for the small amount of product, as my hair is thick and needs a bit more. Gives good shine and hair feels stronger
As #lykotestpilot, I have had the opportunity to test this shampoo for a few weeks🚿 My hair type is: Straight, long, bleached/dyed hair with fine strands. Typically “Scandinavian”. I just had a baby, and with breastfeeding and all the other hormones swirling around in my body, my hair has taken a bit of a hit. This series feels extremely suitable for me and my hair. I have never had problems with hair loss or breakage before, but now it has unfortunately started to show a bit here and there. My experience with this shampoo is that it actually, as described, strengthens the hair. I have always had positive experiences with Kerastase shampoos in their other lines, and this one is at least as good! The hair feels clean and shiny afterwards. I also think it is very economical, so you don’t need much product per wash. Use:
Wet hair then remove excess water before applying a quarter-sized amount of shampoo to the hair. Add water and emulsify. Focus this first wash on the scalp using finger tips to massage the scalp and remove impurities. Rinse thoroughly. Apply a second quarter-sized amount of shampoo and add water. The second lather will produce a more abundant foam which will help cleanse lengths all the way to the ends. Rinse thoroughly.
