The product promises a lot, actually more than I thought it could deliver...but K18 plays in its own league 🤩 This is promised: - frizz is tackled on 2 levels - long-term and preventive - molecular repair - shine and fewer split ends - heat protection Is it even possible!? I honestly didn't think so, but already after the first use I have less frizz and fewer split ends, and after using it for a while, my hair looks incredibly healthy 😊 The product is expensive, actually a bit outside my budget for a hair oil...BUT it is magical! It is concentrated, smells good, and delivers results. The consistency is a bit watery, which is positive as it absorbs quickly into the hair. K18 Molecular Repair Hair Oil is one of those products that I really feel makes a difference in how the hair feels. I love when hair feels soft, smooth, and shiny without feeling heavy or greasy, and that’s exactly the kind of feeling I get from this oil. 🥰 I usually use it mainly on the lengths and ends when the hair needs a little extra love. It can be after styling, when the ends feel dry, or just when I want the hair to look a bit more well cared for. I think a small amount is enough, which is a big plus because I can easily feel that some hair oils are too much for my hair. What I like the most is the finish. Wow product!
I went from not liking it much to loving it. At first, I felt it was too light and didn’t make a difference. I had it standing in my cabinet and thought I’d just have to use it up. Now I really see a difference when I use this oil compared to other oils! I have bleached hair with fall, which means the hair is a bit dry and needs care. This oil helps maintain the straight and shine treatment, gathers the hair, gives shine, and makes the hair look like I just came from the hairdresser. Smells bad and too greasy
Unfortunately, I am not impressed. I only took three drops and ran them through my very thick hair, and the hair became greasy, the oil does not absorb into the hair strand at all. Repairs Deeply!
Really love this repair oil from K18 Hairscience 🤩 It’s a light formula that still makes a huge difference for the hair! I usually use it in the evening on the lengths, just a few drops (I have quite thick hair), and wake up with soft hair completely without frizz! Love using this together with a silk ear warmer or silk cap, the result is 10/10. I’ve been using the oil for quite a while now and you see more results the longer you use it. My hair has grown out to long, thick, healthy hair again from being very dry and damaged, though I haven’t used heat during this time, and have done everything to protect the hair, but this has definitely helped!! The oil doesn’t feel heavy or greasy on the hair which I love, and it feels nourishing🫧 It repairs deeply instead of just sitting on the surface. Good to keep in mind is that it has a pretty strong scent and only a few drops are needed! Hey! I let my hair air dry because I think it gets a bit frizzy when I blow dry it. I do straighten it once it's dried. But I'm wondering in what order I should apply the products; heat protectant, hair oil k18, and maybe Olaplex leave-in conditioner? Finish with heat protection just before you straighten 💁🏼♀️ If you blow-dry your hair first, apply leave-in, then heat protection and oil before you blow-dry. When the hair is dry, you can add a little extra heat protection before the straightener, that way the hair gets maximum protection and a smooth, soft finish ❤️🔥 Have a nice day 🌺
